Not only were they able to squeeze me in, they were so very nice and professional! We brought the baseball jersey to the shop on Thursday afternoon and by Friday evening, it was ready for pick up! The price was very reasonable, as well!! I would love to go back when I have time to browse. The shop smelled like Christmas and there were so many beautiful unique items that would make wonderful gifts! We even met Johanna, the owner! She and her staff were absolutely amazing!! She was great and I can't wait to go back to shop for great gifts without my husband with me!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!

We were told we shouldn't use the large table because "maybe someone with a computer MIGHT show up." Then another area was suddenly off-limits because "something might happen." Ultimately, it felt like the only acceptable option was squeezing our group into a corner near the trash cans. I understand that the shop has a philosophy behind designated laptop/no-laptop areas, and that's perfectly reasonable. What wasn't reasonable was making a group of paying customers feel as though there was literally nowhere they were welcome to sit because our presence might somehow disrupt the intended seating arrangement. It was 90 degrees outside, or we would have sat there. Policies are one thing; hospitality is another. A coffee shop should be able to maintain its atmosphere and guidelines without making customers feel like an inconvenience simply for showing up as a group. Cute shop, but the seating experience and attitude toward our group were unnecessarily frustrating and unwelcoming.
