But this faciilty is easily one of the most beautiful in the area. It sits up on a hill with these massive floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom that give you a view of LA that rivals looking out from Stark Tower,, it is just an amazng vibe. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They handled all our executive attendees with that Captain America level of patience and coordination. We had a bunch of professionals there for the event and they all kept talking about how it felt like a real getaway... not just a boring corporate room. plus there is a ton of walking space outside. you can wander around and clear your head like Doctor Strange visiting Kamar-Taj. Anyway, the whole two days went perfectly. This place is beautiful. It sits on the mountain top. Amazing views. Very quiet and overall just a very peaceful place. I've always enjoyed coming here. There's a hiking trail as well which I have hiked a few time, I like this trail because it's a good workout and very scenic. It feels good to be surrounded by nature and just being here lifts my spirits and makes me happy. I miss my grandma and wanted to come here for that reason but I'm glad I did because i forgot how amazing his place is and I will definitely be back, next time to hike the trail :)

When we first started looking for venues, we had a few specific things in mind, and flexibility was one of them. On our first visit in March 2025, we met with Emil, the venue owner. He was very welcoming, friendly, family-oriented, and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and was very transparent from day one. He never pressured us or made us feel obligated to choose everything the hall offered. All selections and packages were based on our budget and what we wanted to spend. When I walked into the venue, I was immediately attracted to the décor, high ceilings, and bar area. Everything was very clean, the white draping made the space feel even more open, and the floor plan was perfect. I knew I wouldn't have to do much. I did hire an outside vendor to help with the themed décor, but almost everything else, including the plating, was purchased through the venue. As the quinceañera date approached, we met the venue manager, Lisa. She became our go-to person for anything we needed. She was very attentive and made sure the event was a success and that everything looked beautiful on the big day. The day of the event, everything went very smoothly. We had a venue host who worked hand in hand with Lisa. I forgot his name, but he was very kind and helpful. I had many family members say, "This place is beautiful! I never knew this was here." No one had any issues with parking. The restrooms were well maintained throughout the event, the food was ready on time (we had the fajitas, beans, and rice which was very tasty), the serving staff was very efficient, and the air conditioning was blasting and felt great (the temperature that day was around 78-80 degrees). Every area of the venue was operating seamlessly. All-in-all I am very grateful to all the staff at El Palacio Hall because they helped make my daughter's quinceañera a success. I had 85 guests and having just 1 restroom was a nightmare. Manually carrying all your party stuff up stairs was awful, and my poor vendors had to do the same. The place allows only 1 hr of set up before event. It took us approximately 2.5 hrs to get all of our stuff to 2nd floor. We got some help from the venue coordinators, but only after asking for it. They were transporting chairs and tables up with an electrical dolley, while we were manually taking stuff up. The venue coordinator should offer this feature in the packet. I was physically exhausted after the party due to all of the manual labor involved- i totally underestimated the labor involved so that was an error on my part. I would recommend for small events that don't include having to have vendors, food or drinks- if you do, hire an army to help get it upstairs.
