There is absolutely no management on-site, and trying to communicate with anyone in charge is impossible. ​The maintenance process is completely broken. I have submitted multiple requests to fix a leaking/damaged ceiling and a broken dryer. After countless visits, nothing is actually fixed. The maintenance staff either lacks the proper equipment or simply doesn't know what they are doing. ​Every time they come out, they tell me they "need to talk to whoever is in charge," but management completely ghosts us. We have yet to receive a single response or follow-up phone call regarding these ongoing issues. If you expect reliable management and basic maintenance, look elsewhere. To make matters worse, the billing practices are incredibly shady. My trash bill alone skyrocketed from $144 to $155. There are so many units in this building that this price makes no sense. I have contacted them the second month since moving here and i still havent received a response. Thank god im leaving mid july

Art and Danyell manage the apartments extraordinarily well. They were always prompt on anything that was needed and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of . We rented a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of the K building and were very pleased with how spacious it was. The apartment has lots of storage space and the outside patio was awesome to use during the summer. They have onsite security with a 24hour emergency number to call as well . Overall my wife and I enjoyed every minute we spent at Rollingwood. Art and Danyell we truly appreciate what you did for us, even on the very last day of moving out you truly accommodated us and we greatly thank you for that . If anyone is looking for a great place to call home, I can assure you Rollingwood Apartments is a great place to live.

It appears that some residents regularly use these spaces, yet no effective action is taken to address the issue. When I reached out to management seeking a reasonable solution for a guest visiting for one evening, my request was immediately denied without any alternative being offered. A community should provide practical solutions for its residents, especially when a known and ongoing parking problem exists. I understand that rules are important, but good management also requires flexibility, communication, and a willingness to help residents when issues arise. I hope management takes this recurring problem seriously and works toward a fair solution for everyone.

The amenities are great, and they're always keeping things updated. The property is super clean, well maintained, and very quiet, with a no smoking environment. We never had any bug issues, which made a big difference for us. They also stay on top of things like annual smoke detector checks and gutter cleaning, which not all places do. Maintenance is amazing. Sal and his team are always quick to respond and get things fixed without a hassle. The front office team is also fantastic. Macelda before and now Alyssa have both been great communicators. They always keep residents in the loop with texts and emails, especially for things like scheduled water shut offs. They also make it fun to live here with little community events, even for the pets! We loved the Halloween and Christmas door contests, Easter egg hunt, and the treats for the dogs. You only get 7 parkings for visitors per month after that you have to park your visitors in street which there is a lot of homeless people breaking cars. No idea how they have there positions as managers during our time of living here people were constantly moving in and out poor management and insane rent increases explains that in my opinion. If you're looking for a calm quiet place this is not it. I never write reviews but wanted to on this because I know family's struggle and it's hard to get stuck in a 1 year lease. If you're looking there are much better places for the same price with much better living conditions.
