I've lived here for a few years and it was a great experience up until January 2024. The Property Manager was replaced and many tenants (including myself) are very disappointed. The Property Manager does have an effect on your livelihood and as a result of the new Manager being rude and unhelpful, I can no longer recommend Fairvalley Villa. I've never written a review about an apartment I lived in but with this one I felt the need to. We lived here for about 6 months now and we LOVE IT here. Ana the manager is amazing. She took her time, and explained everything to us regarding our lease. She didn't rush us through anything. We did a very detailed walk through our townhouse which I was very happy about. I can honestly say that she and Martin the (maintenance guy) is on top of it when it comes to things needing to be done. Our townhouse truly has everything that you want in a home. It's very quiet and clean here even with our neighbors who have dogs. Everyone is very friendly and we just love it here. The only thing it doesn't have is a pool, however they do have an amazing summer program for the kids and its FREE. If you looking to make Fair Valley Villa your next home I assure you you won't be disappointed. read more

I lived here in 2009-2010. The apartment manager was rude and unprofessional all the time. She yelled at me over the phone numerous times. The downstairs neighbors smoked weed day in and day out making our apartment reek of weed 24/7. I even took pictures of weed plants the neighbor had in their patio and showed it to the apartment manager. I complained three times about the disgusting smell but she did NOTHING. When a 2 bedroom was available we moved in and she never had us sign a contract for the 2 bedroom. The Neighbors smoked non-stop. When we were moving upstairs they yelled at us for making too much noise from moving our fridge up the stairs. Since the apartment manager lives at the complex (and her apartment is right in front of the pool area) she is really strict on pool hours. We were never able to use the pool since we always were home late, even on weekends. The parking lot is not to be trusted. I had seen people in the parking lot "monitoring" their children playing ball and the ball would hit random cars as well as the children climbing in and out of the back of trucks that were parked in their spots and they were NEVER reprimanded. If I were to do it all over again I would choose to live in the big complex (next door) on the corner next to cvs with the big water fountain outside. I toured them out of curiosity and they were very peaceful but we had already signed our lease with the 1 bedroom at Arrow Village. I'm not sure of what its like NOW, but back then I wouldn't have recommended these apartments to ANYONE. read more

What at fantastic place to make your next home. I recently moved in with my family and have experienced such a warm and genuine welcome. They patiently helped us through ever step of the way. Anna the leasing Manager made our transition in here so easy. She is an incredible person with a big heart for her tenants. This place is super clean and a great place for kids because, of its safe environment. Martin the maintenance man keeps it clean and is quick to help out with anything that the facility needs. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! I lived here for over a year and couldn't wait to get out of this place. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS AWFUL! They charge over a 1K a month for a one bedroom and it is completely not worth it. From the outside it looks nice, and if you viewed the complex directly to the left, then you may have been turned off by the fact that it was $100 more a month. TRUST ME IF I COULD DO IT AGAIN I WOULD HAVE RENTED THERE....THAT $100 IS TOTALLY WORTH IT. Where to begin... - The intercom system on the front gate doesn't work. You have to constantly go down and let people in. - The locks on all the gates never work. The kids in the neighborhood or someone in the complex keeps breaking them. That could be because a lot of the apartments have 2 or 3 families living in them. - Something was stolen out of my vehicle once because the gates dont work and there is no security, and when I questioned the manager about the camera it became obvious they don't actually work. - They're laundry facilities are expensive, considering the machines never work. - Water Pressure sucks. It drizzles out of the faucet - Everything was broken and constantly kept breaking. -Apartment is in ghetto location. Cops are always in front or inside the complex. - STILL FIGHTING WITH THEM FOR MY DEPOSIT. LEFT THE APARTMENT IMMACULATE. HAVEN't RECEIVED ONE DOLLAR! BUT THE WORST PART???? The Manager Tanya is NUTS! Like....mental problems nuts. She makes bizarre threats and allegations, will go off on you like your in some bizarre reality show that apparently is only filming in her head. She's an intimidating person because she's quite large and doesn't seem to have much worry for personal hygiene. She walks around the complex sometimes with a morose and sad demeanor. Looking all greasy and unkept. She will get strange about certain things, make legal accusations, but in reality she seems quite uneducated and ignorant to how things really go down. Which is why they lost in court. Basically...she was the straw that broke the camels back. I was a model tenant, never received a single complaint. I actually had a good relationship with the manager until I made it clear I was unhappy and wanted to leave. The Apartment is right on Arrow Hwy so there is constant noise from a busy street. I almost forgot...the Storage facility has a huge alarm system which goes off all the time. 10pm, 12am, 3am, and 5am, it doesn't matter. So if you are looking for some advice, I would move into the apartment complex to the left of this complex. The one on to the right always has gangbangers getting arrested out front and asking if you wanna buy weed when you go to your car. Unless you don't mind sleeping with earplugs and dealing with a crazy lady manager and her weird husband. Take my advice. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LOVE DRAMA!!!! read more

We have lived here for about a year now . I'm really disappointed . Nothing seems to get done ever ! I have to constantly have to remind management that something needs to be fixed. There's stagnant still water from November 2014 sitting in the backyard drain infested with mosquito larvae . Management was notified and still nothing has been done yet they are quick to cash the rent checks which by the way are never paid late !!! We can't open our windows because the screens are broken and bugs get in ( put in a fix it request in October ) Our apartment constantly smells like marijuana because of our upstairs neighbors. read more

This property is very well maintained and the manager Ana is very professional. You can really tell when someone enjoys and puts effort into the work they do. I highly recommend this apartment complex especially the newer remolded units they're beautifully done. I had the chance to do a walk through with Ana and I was very impressed. They also have a summer program for all the kids in the property which includes different weekly activities. If I could give this property more stars I would!! read more

I am loving living here. We recently leased a contract and I couldn't be any more satisfied with everything. The place itself is beautiful and renovated, we don't have any problems with anything and even if we did the manager Anayansi Nessman and the maintenance are super responsive. From the application process to the actual move in date, Anayansi has made sure that the sailing was very smooth. When we moved in, the closet bar to hand clothes was missing and as soon as I called the manager the pole was installed with no problems.
