Art and Danyell manage the apartments extraordinarily well. They were always prompt on anything that was needed and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of . We rented a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of the K building and were very pleased with how spacious it was. The apartment has lots of storage space and the outside patio was awesome to use during the summer. They have onsite security with a 24hour emergency number to call as well . Overall my wife and I enjoyed every minute we spent at Rollingwood. Art and Danyell we truly appreciate what you did for us, even on the very last day of moving out you truly accommodated us and we greatly thank you for that . If anyone is looking for a great place to call home, I can assure you Rollingwood Apartments is a great place to live.

I am very disappointed with the management's handling of the visitor parking situation. The visitor…read moreparking spaces are consistently occupied, making it nearly impossible for residents to accommodate guests. It appears that some residents regularly use these spaces, yet no effective action is taken to address the issue. When I reached out to management seeking a reasonable solution for a guest visiting for one evening, my request was immediately denied without any alternative being offered. A community should provide practical solutions for its residents, especially when a known and ongoing parking problem exists. I understand that rules are important, but good management also requires flexibility, communication, and a willingness to help residents when issues arise. I hope management takes this recurring problem seriously and works toward a fair solution for everyone.

For 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment It went up so quick after our lease ended. It's not worth the price to live here everything in the apartment was falling apart walls peeling off shower and ceiling peeling as well. My car got broken into and so did my family members since visitors can't park inside after 6 pm. You only get 7 parkings for visitors per month after that you have to park your visitors in street which there is a lot of homeless people breaking cars. The managers Pricilla and Karla treated us so rude and condescending didn't even say thank you when there was an apartment on fire which my family used our own fire extinguishers to put out no thank you or not even acknowledge how we saved the building from burning! No idea how they have there positions as managers during our time of living here people were constantly moving in and out poor management and insane rent increases explains that in my opinion. If you're looking for a calm quiet place this is not it. I never write reviews but wanted to on this because I know family's struggle and it's hard to get stuck in a 1 year lease. If you're looking there are much better places for the same price with much better living conditions.

Per…read morethe lease, there should never be excessive noise and because I live so close to the pool, people are always blasting their music so loudly that I can literally feel my unit vibrating. Issues will also only get resolved, depending on who you speak to at the office. It's also sometimes really difficult to get anyone to answer the phone. Jacuzzi is constantly broken, and they swear that the pool is heated, but it is freezing even in 95° weather. People are always smoking, even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking property. I've seen residents jumping the gate instead of using their pool... Just things like that, but I feel really cheapen the overall experience of living here. The property itself is beautiful and the amenities are great, especially the huge dog park and the complimentary drinks and snacks you can get from the office during business hours. Also, their gym is the nicest gym I've ever seen at any complex. They also do fun little things like free smores kits during the winter. The best part of living here for sure is the modern property and the people that live here!
