In expressing our concerns to Steven, he went out of his way to request that his supervisor locate the exact dimensions of the sofa as it would be delivered in the two separate boxes (H x W x D) as well as the weight of each box for the delivery. Moreover, despite the couch being sold out online, Steven went out of his way to coordinate with his manager an timely delivery date that fell within our work availabilities much earlier than we had anticipated given the online estimate. She never made us feel rushed and answered all of our questions with so much patience. By the end of our visit, she honestly felt like family. The furniture we purchased is beautiful, very well made, and incredibly comfortable. We couldn't be happier with how it looks in our home, and it's exactly what we were hoping for. The delivery team was just as impressive. They were friendly, professional, and took their time putting everything together carefully. Before leaving, they made sure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. We did have one issue with a piece of our furniture, but the delivery team immediately stepped in to help. They contacted customer service on our behalf, and the issue was taken care of quickly and without any hassle. Based on our experience so far, Bob's customer service has been outstanding. I've seen many TV advertisements for Bob's Discount Furniture and, with our old, broken down sofa…read moreon its last leg, decided to give them a visit when I realized one had opened up in the shopping center near our home. I was actually surprised at the quality of the furniture at what were, indeed, discount prices. There's lots of selection, and our salesperson, Marisol, accompanied my wife and myself to field any questions as we browsed their showroom. Being a weekend, she graciously offered us coffee or snacks that were available onsite for their clientele, as well. We found the perfect sofa with twin reclining seats and a lighted, fold down center console with phone charging USB ports and even two power outlets, AND at a reasonable price. In fact, with the option of either power or manual reclining buttons, we saved even more by choosing the manual - though the power recliners weren't that much more expensive. The sofa also came with a 5-year warranty covering workmanship defects and incidental damage protection (accidental and/or pet-related stains). When setting up the delivery particulars, we were pleased to learn that Bob's delivery team could also haul away our current sleeper sofa (which is unbelievably heavy and cumbersome) for a nominal fee - good riddance! They were able to schedule delivery in less than a week (purchased on a Sunday; delivered on the following Friday), and the delivery crew was prompt, efficient, and courteous. They set the couch up, tested all functions, and ensured the recliners were an appropriate distance from the back wall when activated. They even texted a day later to follow-up on our satisfaction with their service - and we definitely were. I'm sold on Bob's now and intend to return in the near future to purchase some inexpensive hide-a-bed futons for the loft of our cabin. They have some really great deals!

After a two-month back and forth with both Jerome's and Easy Rest trying to get the mattress…read morewarranty honored, Jerome's finally came through--and the in-store team made all the difference. When we originally purchased the mattress, we were told that in order for the warranty to be honored, we needed to use a mattress cover. Unfortunately, that same cover ended up causing the stain issue that led to our claim. After countless emails with Easy Rest and a denied claim, Jerome's sent out a technician to inspect the mattress. That's when Georgina, who I believe is the manager, stepped in and really took ownership of the situation. Along with Jasmine, our sales representative, they were both incredibly patient, courteous, and committed to helping us find a solution. Despite the initial denial from Easy Rest, Jerome's ultimately honored the warranty, replaced the mattress, and helped us with a new cover and other items. Their professionalism and willingness to stand behind their customer turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one. We truly appreciate the support from Georgina and Jasmine and will definitely be returning customers.

When she and my sister-in-law tried to file a claim for crappy furniture and workmanship they were told that the "plan" doesn't cover slipping of cushions before the furniture was even inspected. This was 15 months after delivery, so February of 2025. We Have been trying to get them to come back out because it's not an issue of a slipped cushion, but rather shoddy workmanship and subpar furniture, not worth the $2500 price tag. We have been dealing directly with the store manager who said he would help escalate and had done nothing until January 2026. He assisted getting us in touch with a liaison for their FCP yet nothing, so we went back on 2/16/26 and spoke with the store manager again who set us up with Alyssa in customer service there at the store. We had to go through the whole story and timeline once again. Meanwhile, the store manager says it would be easiest to just "swap out the piece, but too bad we don't have it any longer". Why in the hell was that not offered at the beginning? They string you along for months and months then deny the claim. Elder abuse at work here, easy prey. I highly recommend Best Buy furniture because the quality is as good if not better than other major furniture suppliers, but with much better prices, service, and delivery.
