I will once again meet with the owner to see what they can do to reassure me of their capability to run an effective business, but as a 13 year customer who apparently has Stockholm syndrome, I'd caution anyone from getting into this cycle of abuse. But their groomer is excellent! She cares, does a great job, and is a true professional and a delight.

We called ahead and Avery calmed us down with immediate knowledge and comfort remedies to get there as it was a hour drive . Upon arrival Avery quickly came to us and too Leah for vitals . She explained possibilities and assured us Leah would start feeling better soon . A bonus to Avery was Dr Dielmann . He was amazing to say the least! We were nervous and scared about what he was going to convey. He gave us hope that the chances of a less severe diagnosis was probable. He was so understanding and sensative to our feelings. We left him with Marlene for two weeks (couldn't imagine doing this, but we weren't having much luck getting him where he needed to be). We went on vacation for a week, and then picked him up a week after that. The results have been pretty remarkable. He is much calmer and no longer jumps on us.
