There's a good reason why these guys are sitting at five stars on Yelp. Sincere, honest guys, speedy service, and excellent prices on tires. They replaced my two front tires after I had a blowout recently. Afterward, they suggested replacing the rear tires as well, pointing out I had some sidewall damage. I was reluctant at first, and I told them I'd let them know later. Turns out that they had pinpointed where the damage was and drew a chalk circle on the back tire to show me what they were referring to. This seems like a minute detail, but things like this make a big difference in the customer service realm. I went ahead and had the rear ones changed, and they charged me as if I had all four replaced at once, saving me at least $50. read more

I had an excellent experience here. I was in Tracy for work and before I was about to get on the freeway to head back home my tire pressure light came on. I called the nearest tire shop which was these guys and asked how quick they could patch a tire. They said 20-30 minutes which I was happy with so I headed straight there. They took my car in the shop and within minutes of me being there my car was up on a jack. They kept to their promise. I was in and out of there in less than 25 minutes. The price was also what I expected. Very fair. The shop and their office could probably use a makeover and some working AC but I was happy with my experience overall. read more

Great old fashioned customer service start to finish. I didnt think you could this kind of customer service anymore. Eric was amazing, our company van needed four new tires . We really did not want to spend alot of money as the van is older and we probably won't have it for more than 6-12 more months. He suggested getting used tires. He saved us over $600. This place is truly amazing ! I went to get a quote on 4 tires at American tires and they were charging me almost 600$ . I came here because of the reviews and Im soooo glad I did ! Turns out I didn't need 4 tires . Plus American tires lied to me about the size of my tire, I bought 2 new tires and they repaired the third one for free because I was on a budget ! Right before Christmas 2017 I had a car ram into my car while I was parked. It knocked my alignment out and I went to have it checked at Cox Bros. The owner Eric was able to get to it in a timely manner and found that something else besides just the alignment was out. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He saw that my car had low miles on it and took that into consideration when deciding the next step. I really feel that he was looking out for the best interests of me and my vehicle, not his own profits. He was able to find and replace a bent strut and get my car aligned. He was very kind, courteous, and honest with me. He also took the time to show my husband and I the car on the alignment machine before repair and the bent strut that he replaced. My best endorsement for Eric and team, at Cox Bros Tires, is that I have not visited any other auto mechanic/tire shop in the last 6 years since I have known them. Super nice people. Very friendly service. They only charge you for what "really" needs to be done. That is the best part. the previous 4 years (before knowing these guys), every time I went into Honda (I have an accord) or Toyota (I also have a corolla), I would come out with atleast a $200 to $1000 bill, based on the day. With Eric and his entire staff, if they tell me something needs to be done, I dont have to think twice. That right there is worth visiting them. One specific example. I had brakes wear down quicker than normal. (honestly I didnt know how long ago I got them installed). So took it in and said hey my brakes are squeaky. They looked at my record and said, that is unusual. It is only 10k miles. that shouldnt have happenned. Let us replace them for free, and let us work with the warranty folks. In this day and age of globalization, it is a pleasure working with a business that knows you by name. Beyond the quality of their customer service, they also know their product. Shortly after buying a used vehicle, I brought it there for a tire spin balance after two other places had inspected the tires. While other places saw nothing wrong with the tires, Eric took one look at them and showed me that the rubber layers in the tire were separating, causing the tire to change shape and making it impossible to do a proper spin balancing. read more

A few days ago I pulled to close to the curb in a drive through and my tire hit the curb. My rim only had minor damage but the tire was missing a chunk of the extra rubber used to protect the rims. The dealership wanted me to purchase a new tire ASAP. The damage was really only cosmetic because the tire was designed in such a way as to protect the rims.
