A couple of years ago we purchased a used 2022 Camry from Gettel Toyota, Bradenton, FL, near Bay Shore Gardens. This was our first experience with Gettel. The initial purchase and offerings as explained at that time appeared to be inconsistent with our understanding of services actually offered by Gettel. Specifically, this involved a maintenance and touch up body work policy we purchased at the time of sale. The policy ends at 100,000 miles, or seven years. We have 40,000 mile on the vehicle. We recently sought a meeting for clarification with the General Manager, Rocky Santa Cruz. Mr. Santa Cruz eventually introduced us to EriK Grenesko, the Collision Center Manager. Both Mr. Santa Cruz and Mr. Grenesko were patient listeners, they politely offered clarification where it was needed and they offered sound solutions regarding the Gettel maintenance policy and the incidental touch up for body work. They took the car on a Monday and returned it five days later. We received a vehicle that was immaculately detailed from the pin stripes to the incidental marks that were completely removed. The work was show room quality. The interior was cleaned as well and was certainly outside the scope of the agreement. My wife and I have many years of managerial service in the Services industry. From our experience we want to extend our appreciation for Rocky and Erik's time and their outstanding ability to represent the customers interests and the interests of Gettel in terms of customer satisfaction. You both are a credit to the Gettel organization and the Toyota brand.

They are the stereotypical car dealership. Only caring when the money is on the table. I regret purchasing here and I will make sure my family and friends do not make the same mistake.

I understood the risks that can come with buying used, but it was still frustrating to face problems so soon. I reached out to the service department to see if there was anything they could do, and they directed me to David Brown in the used car department. Unfortunately, because the vehicle was purchased as-is, the responsibility fell on me. That was a tough pill to swallow. Not ready to give up, I contacted the GM, Erika, and she immediately stepped in with a plan that worked for everyone involved. What started as a stressful and disappointing experience turned around completely because I chose to communicate instead of getting upset. By the time everything was resolved, I wasn't just a customer anymore, I felt like part of the Nissan of Bradenton family, and they made sure I knew it. I went from worried and overwhelmed to genuinely happy with how things were handled. I'm one very satisfied customer.

If you have an…read moreold car I do not recomend fixing it here .The hourly charge is $220 per hour when average charge is about $180 /hr for dealerships and about $120 for independents. However the job ended up to be $3430 due to the cost of the parts that was also way inflated. I recomend you buy the oem parts from https://nissan.oempartsonline.com/ where the same parts to be replaced in my case would have cost about $1000 but the dealership charged $1900 .Hope this will help other on dealing with the high cost to use Nissan of Bradenton

Got estimates and ride home from them then picked me up when it was done only bit over an hour later. That in itself is a major find add the very clean shop, reception area , the all around pleasant attitude, knowledge, price this is the first shop since I moved here 3 yrs ago that actually has it all‼ I will be bringing my car here from now on. They also did not leave greasy hand/ foot prints all over my car. A first since I moved here. I highly recommend this business.

First time, great experience. Second time, took the car in and we had to take it back a second…read moretime for them to fix what they fixed. We thought it was a one-off. Then we referred my mom, she had the same problem. They fixed something but she still had the same problem. So she had to bring it back twice. Most recently we took our car in to have the tie rod ends fixed. We got he car back with a very very VERY loud noise. We took it back and they denied the issue. At this point we asked for our money back and the owner got aggressive. Additionally they screwed up our lug nuts so we can't get our tires off. So now we have to repay to do their work and fix the lug nuts/bolts they destroyed. They started out ok, but went downhill fast. A shame because at first we thought they were trustworthy. I recommend not taking your chances unless it's something you have time to do two or three times over....
