Crazy realistic Impossible carne asada tacos. They veganized them for me by removing crema. The staff was super helpful so if you ask about vegan options I think they'll point you in the right direction. So realistic I actually had to Google photos of Impossible steak and real carne asada because I was worried they accidentally gave me the real thing. The salsa bar in the corner with hot sauces and pickled peppers was much appreciated too. I will come back as long as they have Impossible meat on the menu! The ambiance is basic fast food type taco spot: nothing special.

No toppings on this taco. Truly underwhelmed to a level that had me shocked because I was hungry and I paid $14.25 for this. Bruh... lime barely had any juice on it to be squeezed on top. Crowded restaurant because nearby the clubs and bars, so it was busy to even get a table to comfortably sit at. Brightly lit inside so that you can easily read the menu at least. But, overpriced and mid. Ah! Service super duper quick with it, though

I crave Coyo all the time. Great tacos and casual atmosphere. I also love the free, self-serve salsas/sauces they have. This image shows the plantain tacos, beef birria tacos, and angus ribeye taco. All delicious, as always!

My friend was really excited to show me Coyo Tacos, but I was a little (just a little) disappointed by their soft tacos. I ordered their carne asada tacos, which were generously filled. However, the actual taco shell was so soft and broke after one bite. I am used to most places double shelling them because of this. It isn't a big deal, but I had to eat the majority of the taco deconstructed, eating the filling with a spoon. Their birria taco had a harder shell and didn't have the same issue, though. I also liked the birria way more than the carne asada. I can see why this place is a hit, especially with their taco deals Monday-Wednesday.

I really enjoy coyo taco quesadillas. They are seasoned well and taste amazing. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is nice and helpful. The one in Wynwood is speakeasy and has a jumping party on Sundays.

YUMZ! My friend & I ran here for a quick bite to eat for lunch! Ordered at the counter & our meal came out quickly! The carne asada tacos were so flavorful & the plantains were so juicy & crispy!

Tacos are pretty good but the deals here really make it worth it. They have happy hour deals and $5 margs. What more could you ask for?!

3 for 2 tacos Wednesday!! Got the grouper and the tacos were delicious!! There were 4 choices but you cannot mix and match! They have free water from the drink machine. They also have about 6 different sauces in the same area. The restaurant is right across from the Brickell metrorail station.

Quick service, kind staff. The margarita was delicious. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It was lively and clean; a very busy spot for takeout orders. I also liked that it was close to a MetroMover stop!

Al pastor tacos. Small and average tasting.

I wanted a quick snack on our way back home and stopped here for some tacos. I had two tacos al pastor and they were average. Bonus points for the little slices of pineapple, but it's not al pastor like back home, where it's shaved off a spit (like shawarma). One taco went down easily, the second tortilla failed and dropped all its contents into the box. At $10 for two tiny tacos, I thought it was overpriced, even for Brickell. For a full meal, I could easily eat 6+ tacos. If you need some food in a pinch, this place will work, but I'm inclined to believe there a better options nearby.

The service was just okay and the music too loud for my liking, making it perhaps not ideal for families with children. It was very busy and not necessarily spacious. However, the food is transcendent. Everything that we tried was outstanding, even the chicken nachos and quesadilla. They season and cook everything properly. The beef tacos were fresh and tasty and the quesabirria tacos were even better. Great flavor and balance. What takes this restaurant to an elite level is the mole. It is exquisite and a rare find.

When I looked 20 minutes after at my credit card statement read I had been charged $77 and change pending a potential tip on top of that, even with tip included it is still over approximately $7 what I signed off for. We called to determine the prices of each individual meal and "the manager" was stumbling to tell us the prices for everything. Even with the fake numbers that were given to us it still didn't add up correctly. I remember the prices for the 3 meals my family and I ordered and I remember what the check said. I let it be because maybe they need more than I do. As for the food, I'm born and raised on the border of Mexico and although I must say it does scream authenticity especially on appearance the meat is bland, and that "Mexican rice" is by far the worst tasting rice I've had. For a casual person that likes Mexican food you may like it, but if you know what you're tasting you will not. Also, they didn't have 4 different things on the menu available ultimately leading me to have to go with my 5th option. It is very expensive for what it is, and even more expensive when your waitress manipulates the system.

Mauricio was at the bar and we definitely missed being under his attention by not sitting there. Eliezer (the Venezuelan waiter from Mérida) took care of us in the dining room. Both are always very friendly and attentive. This time we decided to sit in the dining room because we were a group of three and had a lot to talk about. The place has 4 TVs and we were able to enjoy the France vs Spain match. We all ordered La Tropical Draft beer, a light, smooth, and very refreshing blonde. In total we had 16 beers . We shared nachos with grilled steak, which were very good (they pour the melted cheese right at the table). We also ordered tripa tacos well toasted (that's the technique) as we requested, and they came out excellent. Note: They have different promotions or offers depending on the day, not a regular happy hour variety, so it's good to be aware of that. The restaurant offers a good variety of 8 salsas: Sirloin, Chips, Guacamole, Verde, Vicente, Pastor, Chilanga, and Asada. Good atmosphere, pleasant service, and tasty food. We'll definitely keep coming back.

The server was phenomenal, and the food tasted great, though portions run a little small for the price. One thing that caught me off guard: most of the table ordered tacos and enchiladas, but when the plates arrived, the "tacos" were essentially flautas and the "enchiladas" were more like tacos (the photo shown is the enchiladas). Naming aside, both dishes were delicious. We were also celebrating a birthday, and the staff sang for her and brought out a complimentary dessert--hands down the best brownie dessert I've ever had. The drinks were good, the food came out hot, and the ambiance was wonderful, with friendly, kind staff throughout. What did we order? Chorizo Queso: Not your traditional dipping queso, but FULL of flavor and the chorizo was great, decent portion. The table loved this. Comes with some warm fresh purple corn tortillas! 9/10 Guacamole: Nothing extraordinary, standard guac, I wish there was more guac and chips! The tortillas these come with are the same as the queso but fried and uncut. A little different but it was a nice change! 7/10 Chicken and Chorizo Enchiladas: Not your standard enchilada that you may be used to! Full of flavor though and everything was cooked very well! 8/10! Drinks: 10/10 Fair warning: expect a bit of sticker shock when the bill arrives.
