I called a different company last week to clean my carpets. They did such a horrible job. After they left, the carpets were still dirty and had streaks in them and smelled terrible. I then called Coyote Carpet Cleaning to come clean my carpets. The technician from Coyote Carpet was friendly and seemed to really know what he was doing. This company is so desperate for clients that it will harass and call you constantly even without your approval. At a recent Pet expo, we filled out a contest card to win a free cleaning. The entry form said nothing about calling me after I don't win (if there actually was a contest). Two voicemail's from Jason later, I called and harassed them and the whiny woman who answered the phone admitted that there was no writing on the form that said you opted in to be called. So, the carpets looked pretty good when Coyote was done. Now I don't have to explain what the biohazard spot is to the landlord (because Coyote got it out!) And thankfully, we managed to make it out of the apartment before anyone managed to spew (unfortunately for our new place. We have been here 3 weeks and already have reached superfund status with the EPA). The tech was personable, but kept talking about some acid that every stain had in it that would prevent him from getting the stain out. Every stain, no matter the source, had it, and it sort of sounded like bunk. But really, who cares if they get the carpet clean? And so, the carpets are clean and everyone is happy. Poor service. Did not clean my carpets properly during my recent move out from a house I was renting. My landlord hired another company that was able to clean the carpets just fine Poor customer service: I forwarded to Coyote Customer service the email from my landlord explaining the poor carpet cleaning. no response from them. Would strongly recommend against using this company as others will provide both better cleaning and better customer service. read more

I'm going to start off by saying that I have never written a 1 star review on anything in my life. The guy that came out to our house seemed okay at first. Then he worked for 10 mins, came downstairs dripping wet with sweat, asking for water and Ice (I mean why didn't you bring your own) but I'm not mean, so yeah I got him a glass, while I'm bending over he starts making comments on why I should want more children, saying I should have as much fun as he did, then start talking about how he and his boss are best friends and he can tell him anything and not get into trouble....which after reading these reviews and seeing how much sexual harassment goes on with this creepy guy, I would say it's true. Then I notice the guy staring at my chest, at which point I shut off the tv and I take the kids outside where I proceed to text my mother and husband about this guy in our home that is suppose to be doing his job instead of "chumming" it up (on his end not mine) knowingly with the only woman in the house. The guy did a crap job, he put his equipment away before having it checked and he missed all sorts of spots in the living room so my mom being awesome and home at this point had him take his cleaner back out and Finish...not to mention the pricing is all screwed up with this company anyway. I inquired to get my carpets cleaned a few years back but ultimately decided not to use them. They continually harass me with phone calls to schedule cleaning. Very annoying to see their calls, which I have auto-reject turned on for, but they leave voicemail every time. Looking at the other comments, this is definitely a trend. I understand keeping a database of potential clients, but if you don't get them within the first year, do NOT continue to cal for years. read more

Our dog was sick and pooped in my daughter's room. Two stains that were fresh when we called them. The guy shows up saying it will be $100 just for the pet treatment, $34.95 for the room cleaning and $10 travel fee. We had no choice, he was already there. After he cleans it he says that not everything came off and it needed a DEEP pet treatment since the other was just topical which will be another $100 dollars!!! We've had other companies clean almost our entire house for that amount INCLUDING pet treatment. Will never go with this company again read more

I was EXTREMELY--EXTREMELY disappointed from the start !!! First of all the service man was 1/2 an hour late... Then the manager called me and raised her voice with me be caused I was upset that he would be late...AFTER I was assured that they would be here at 8:00 am...ON TIME !!! Next upon measuring the tile floor he added on an area of roughly 7' by 2' area to add to the charges...When I questioned him about it...He handed me the tape measure and told me to measure it myself... The price was lowered because the tech was not able to clean the tile...Although the price was still very high due to the fact that they were not able to remove the stained !!! NEVER....EVER...AGAIN...will I use Coyote Carpet Cleaning services !!! read more

Coyote has cleaned our carpets annually for 4 years. They do a great job, even on the very old carpet that came with the house. The technicians don't scrape the baseboards or hit the walls. One of them gave me footies to put over my shoes so I could walk on the wet carpets without spoiling the job. The office gals are very friendly and accommodating. Sadly, a couple of years ago, a new cat did some serious damage to the carpet in the room he was confined to during transition into the family. The technician assured me his special treatment, that I paid extra for, would take care of the problem. It did not and I wasn't sure I would use Coyote again. Fortunately for them, I learned over the next year how extremely difficult it is to remove that kind of damage. Maybe they should make that kind of cleaning a two-visit job, first to soak it with a pretreatment and second to shampoo. read more

This poor excuse for a carpet cleaning company has recently changed its name to Carpet Angel, but believe me, there is nothing angelic about their service! Over the years I've had different carpet cleaning companies, some better than others, but none that left things WORSE than before they came. I explicitly told the technician that my reason for calling them out was to eliminate--at least to some degree--the cat urine smell that was on some of the furniture and carpet. In the past when I've had cleaners out for this purpose, the house usually smelled better afterwards and the urine smell was noticeably diminished for several months. Not so with these shysters! After plopping down over $500--way more than generally charged--the smell of cat urine was absolutely overwhelming. I mentioned this to the Coyote Carpet guy and he said it was due to the hot water "reactivating" the enzymes, promising the smell would go away in a few days. Now, nearly 2 months later, it is as bad as ever. At the very least, they should have offered to refund all or part of my money when I complained, or suggest a redo at their expense (not that I would have trusted them to redo any better). I would give this company a NEGATIVE five, if that was possible. read more

Coyote Carpet and Tile is terrific! I had my carpets and tile cleaned just before I moved in. The other company did such a terrible job, but I couldn't justify spending the money to have them cleaned again. Finally enough time had passed and I called Coyote carpet, because they were recommended by To Fix It and had a satisfaction guarantee. Tom arrived on time and prepared. He did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet and tile. It looks better than ever and I'm especially happy with how great the tile looks. I've been scrubbing tile by hand since I moved in, trying to get out years of grime. I'm happy that I won't have to do that any longer. Tom was very thorough. The cost was about half of some of the big name companies you hear advertising and they came out the day after I placed the call. Other companies couldn't even come to give a quote for a week. I will definitely call Coyote the next time i need my carpet and tile cleaned. read more

We called this company for a flooded rental unit. They came out and put a HUGE # of blowers and dryers in the unit. They were blowing on each other. Great overkill. They invoiced us for excessive services and some not provided. Our insurance company reduced the payment requested on Coyote's invoice. The company put a lien on us the day after they finished WITHOUT EVEN SENDING US AN INVOICE! I kept calling them for an invoice. They finally sent an invoice. By the way, the lien was for more than the actual amount of work performed. Then one of their workers left a message on our phone asking us when we would pay. Mind you, this was not the owner but a plain old worker who did some work. It was a nightmare. The number of drying and dehumidifier units they put in this small place was exorbitant. Plus they cut out all the wood, etc that they said was wet from the flood; this begs the question, "What was left for you to dry since you cut it all out and hauled it away? Why so many dryers and humidifiers if all the wet stuff was cut out and discarded." Beware. read more
