I would not recommend - go with someone reliable who is not going to change their mind on a whim cause they're having a bad day. EDIT to their response: I never claimed they were overpriced, their prices are average, maybe just slightly on the higher end cause I ended up paying $80 less with the other company I hired. Also, the Ozone treatment was always scheduled for Sunday because as discussed with the owner, the unit needed to be empty for 24 hours so people and pets had to be relocated which needed planning ahead. Last but not least, the claims that I requested wall cleaning or mattress service added last minute are just not true. In fact it was the owner that suggested the mattress had pee stains but I had already ordered a new mattress days before, so why would I want to pay to clean the old one. Makes no sense.

The next day we went to the house to check the carpets and the carpets were slightly crunchy if that makes sense and there was still a stain where the bed outline was nothing crazy just everyday wear which should be able to be cleaned. My husband reached out to the owner to let him know about them being crunchy and the stain from everyday wear next to where the bed was still there. Immediately the owner responded by defending himself and his work then moved on to blaming us using past carpet cleaners and finally offered to come back out saying the stain in the outline where the bed was just wouldn't come out. We left it at that and didn't bother responding because we realized we made a huge mistake going with this company!
