They knew there was a design flaw in that particular model and swapped it out for their newer sparrow mattress, but only after having to fight with them to get them to honor the warranty. Less than three years into their new replacement mattress, the sparrow the foam is now starting to degrade, and when I brought this to their attention and attempted to utilize their comfort guarantee, they said that the mattress was not eligible because I didn't technically "purchase" the mattress that it was given to me as a warranty replacement. Hence, there are no guarantees or warranties was their implication. They never gave me the option to just return my money from the bed that went bad instead they just gave me a brand new mattress with no warranty or no guarantee. This company is shady.
