Came here for a private event where there were claw machines along each side of the two walls and an instagram worthy wall of cute stuffies! They had a few small machines of small goodies and then one huge machine for the huge claw goers and the rest were just right sizes. Many of the stuffies were cute- not just okay but cute! It's $1 per token where you buy in increments of 1,5,10,20,etc. You can even trade your smaller stuffies for a bigger one depending on how many you have to trade. This place is just the cutest!! We were invited for our friend's kid birthday and enjoyed every minute of it! You get gold coins to play your chance at winning a toy of your choice...that is if you can master the skill of clawing. Kid or adult it's fun trying to see if you can get a toy at the first chance. I had to make some guesses and lost but that's the fun of it. There's also some guaranteed wins if you spend more coins for mini figurines or key chains. We ended up cashing most of it in for the for sure winner figurines. The staff there were super nice and helpful and accommodating to the kids' wishes. Claw machine heaven! Such an awesome spot for kids and adults! I got my toddler really into claw machines because every time I went to a boba tea spot I'd let him play on their claw machine, and usually we always win a cute little somethin' for him. This place though, truly a pleasant surprise from the pricing to the quality of the prizes in each machine. My son and also my sister who was visiting from out of town, had a blast! This is my first claw machine review out of the hundred places we went to. We wanted to write them the best review since they made us really happy with our experience. We have been to a lot of different claw machines in Vegas and across California, but this is the greatest one so far and most likely will be for a while. The toys are all adorable and I want to keep them all. It was perfect time because they have ornaments style for my Christmas tree. Also I want to mention their employees are excellent at helping all of their customers, and they make sure to keep their machine stocked so you can get more toys. Lastly, it was great to encounter their owners, they generously exchanged some of our prices and made sure we had the best experience. Everything is well stocked, the toys aren't packed in, they're much more high quality and the claw machines aren't rigged like everywhere else. Winning prizes here was VERY FAIR in my opinion and we left with a lot. There were also some Gashapon machine available. The owners were beyond kind and so helpful if we had any requests. Cozy claw is simple family fun in a ...yes...cozy....and welcoming location. Basically you buy credits in the form of coins and use them to win prizes in the claw machine that you can then trade for bigger prizes. Couple things to point out- you can actually win these claw machines they aren't the kind you're gonna find in a gas station that literally will never actually allow the claw to close. Yes you have to have some level of skill, but you can win prizes frequently and then trade them which makes the place a lot of fun for kids. They are always changing out the kinds of prizes and also refilling machines if they are low. It has a very Japanese vibe if you have ever been there, but the bright lights and cool colors make it a fun place to spend a little time playing some games and winning some prizes. Got an hour to kill and money burning in your pocket? I think now would be a great time to introduce you to COZY CLAWWWW. We were headed over to see a special showing of My Neighbor Totoro at a Tempe movie theater and thought it would be fun to take our 11 year old to Cozy Claw beforehand for a dose of bright colors, K-pop, and stuffies. Upon arrival, there was a small line of families and some couples waiting to enter outside the door. They have a plastic bench out there, if you're curious. When families leave, then the bouncer (yes, bouncer) will let you in to keep the space from being overly crowded. Plus you get some time to get excited and see the other people leaving with the big clear backpack full of stuffies that they've earned. When you're finally allowed into the brightly lit single large room, you're greeted with the sounds of excitement and frustration alike as claws drop Pokemon, anthropomorphic food items, axolotls, and anime characters all around you. The large claw games offer different themed stuffies, while there are also mini character claw games and gacha balls (I opted for the Sailormoon one while my dudes went after the Pikachus in different Pokemon outfits). I saw the employees coming through often to add more stuffies to the machines, purposely popping one stuffy on the top of the pile in a way that would be ideal for a kid to jump on the claw and snag easily. When a specific toy (maybe it's a game filled with different colored toys and you want the red one) is stuffed into a corner, the employees will pop it open, rearrange the toys for ideal grabbing, and you're good to go once more. Great customer service, fun vibe, easy to spend a lot of money in a short amount of time. My son had a great time, but we didn't see a lot of claw machines that had things we wanted. Maybe three? So that's my only qualm here, personally. Otherwise, enjoy! read more

We had such a fun experience at Cozy Claw this past weekend. My kids were still raving about it afterwards and then called their friends to brag about all their winnings. I saw more smiles than disheartened looks as they played the machines. At other claw machine places they felt very disappointed with each loss but at Cozy Claw even if they loss the outlook of winning was higher than losing. At one point they were winning plushies in a row that I was afraid they were growing an addiction to these games. Anyway, the employees were great at restocking and arranging plushies to help the little ones win. So many happy kids. Okay, this place is amazing. My youngest has been going through chemo for the last few months and her immune system has not allowed her to go somewhere and be a kid. I needed somewhere small, clean, and fun. This place was PERFECT and the staff was so incredibly friendly. The machines didn't feel like they were "rigged" and my 3 kids genuinely had so much fun here. I was looking for a core memory experience for my kids and I after pediatric cancer entered our lives and I never would have expected it from a claw machine arcade. We have loved coming here and have recommended it to so many people because the claws usually work well and don't scam you out of winning by dropping the prize. The last time we went and spent $50 on tokens, but the claw repeatedly had the claws open up last second and drop the prizes. On their website it says with $40 worth of tokens, you can expect to win about 10 prizes, but we only got 3. Other groups there seemed to be having trouble as well. This place is amazing and has some of the best claw machines around- and we are claw machine enthusiasts in our house! If a machines plushies have been picked through and they are getting difficult to grab, the employees go in and add toys or move them around to make it easier to get. Also, the employees are all super nice and helpful here as well. You can trade all your little plushies in for larger ones if you gather up enough, so it gives you something to work towards. Also, the one review of someone who spent $20 and only got one plushie or $40 and 2 plushies, must be lacking in claw skills (sorry to whoever you are). We spend $20 and bring home anywhere from 6 to 8 stuffies, $40 and we're usually around 15 plushies, sometimes more if we are having a good day. Just keep in mind the $ can go quick, but if you like claw machines, this is the place to go! Finally they'll give you a free drawstring bag to put all your winnings in, you'll def need it. And in the past if we've brought that same bag in to resuse it, you'll get a free play/token! read more

Absolute gem here in AZ!! We used to love going to Vegas to visit "The Claw" but now we have one right here in our hometown. It's spacious and clean and there is at least 20 claw machines in this facility. You can win the plushies in these and trade them for a bigger one. Each claw machine takes one token and it's fairly easy to get a plush from the claw machine. Owner is so friendly and open to answering any questions, he also fixes the plushes so they are easier to get. The staff member (owner?) was helpful and attentive, explaining how it all worked and actively making sure the few machines with lower stock had the prizes arranged so the claws could reach them. I assume the place is fairly new because it was hard to spot. There's a hanging banner as the sign which threw me off at first because I didn't know what to expect. It was fairly empty when I arrived but that didn't mean that the atmosphere wasn't welcoming . The prizes took some skill to get but it wasn't impossible!
