Nice local coffee shop in Louisville with some good food options. I've tried their quiche and bacon and egg breakfast burrito and both were really good. The breakfast burrito is a nice sized portion with gooey cheese inside and cubed potatoes. There's an option to add salsa on the side. I like the variety of coffees and unique flavor blends. Ambiance is casual and relaxed with quirky decor and a good amount of seating with tables and couches. It's one of those unassuming strip mall spots that end up being a hidden gem. Popped in for a quick coffee to go- had the honey latte with oat milk and it was delicious. Quaint little shop with maybe a dozen or so tables and bathrooms. Many people quietly working on their laptops or reading. Seems like a fun spot to do a bit of remote work in the future. read more

Found this awesome local coffee shop because small businesses are better than burnt chain coffee companies! Am I right?! Anyways...!!! Baristas were so friendly! Felt very homey the second I walked in, not to mention how amazing it smelled! I had their dark roast coffee which was absolutely amazing! Sent my daughter for a coffee and decided to go local. For someone who had never been to Paul's and asking for a macchiato - the person helping her was beyond RUDE!! Gave her a short answer of yes, walked away and then spoke badly about her order to another employee WHILE SHE COULD HEAR!!! Customer service is key to every business and this was absolutely disgusting to treat a new customer. We will never go to Paul's again and suggest others stop supporting this business until they replace their terrible employee. We live and support all Louisville and surrounding local businesses but not this one again! Such a shame read more

Just got done with a little hike! My fiancé wanted some food and we stumbled upon this place! There is a lot of seating and the atmosphere lends itself to a great spot to catch up with a loved one. Exceptional Java stop! Their roasted beans are second to none and you can taste the quality in the coffees. The service staff were helpful in making recommendations. A lovely coffee and tea shop with an outdoor patio that has shade and friendly folks to serve you. The Cortados were perfectly made and delicious. I haven't been here in a long time and my husband and I came for a coffee we didn't have to make and a space to talk and just be. It was perfect and I will definitely return! Stayed in in the area for a week and this spot was our go to for our daily caffeine kickstarter. Conveniently located near our hotel, yelp sent us over to this very homey coffee shop. They're a coffee shop and micro roaster that serves up your basic espresso and coffee drinks. They also have breakfast burritos and pastries. The staff is very friendly. When we would wait for our drinks, I noticed that there were a few regulars talking to staff - always a good sign of a great local spot. The lattes that I've gotten were always pretty consistent. My wife did notice one day out of the 6 we went there that her cappuccino was a little off, but 1 of 6 is pretty good. If you ever find yourself yelp searching for a coffee shop in this area, definitely find your way to Paul's and you won't be disappointed. read more

Good iced coffee is hard to find and sad to say I did not find it here. Ordered iced americano with extra room for cream: they poured the water into the cup first, before espresso or ice so I got a watered down coffee with no room for cream, and it was very bitter. I will go back and try something hot. read more

Stopped in here on my way into Boulder and so glad that I did! This place has such a relaxed, homey feel to it. I really enjoyed the iced lavender latte, which is made with a house made syrup. I was looking for a little cafe near Hwy 36 to meet up with an out-of-town friend and found Paul's Coffee and Tea. We both had yummy lattes and while the shop was busy, it wasn't overly loud so we were able to catch up with each other. A few weeks later, my hubby and I met a friend at the movies on New Years Day. I haven't been to Paul's in a few years and it has certainly changed. The Coffee is great but the service hasn't been slower and worse. The staff is friendly when you have their attention, but getting their attention can be a challenge. We came in on a Saturday morning and there were two customers at tables inside and one customer at a table outside. We bought a bag of beans a latte and a cold brew. They had zero idea on the promos they were offering on Yelp and in store. They served us the cold brew and literally forgot the latte. After 10 minutes of waiting with no one else in the store we asked about it. And they were like 'oh yeah what did you order again?' I don't think I'll be coming back. OTIS has great coffee too and the staff while busy, actually works. read more

Good coffee and friendly staff. The place is always full of regular customers. Although it is located in a middle of a mall (and not downtown), the place offers a community feel. They don't have inside seating right now but they have several tables outside. Or you can take your coffee to go. read more

I appreciate them being open EARLY unlike most local businesses. No breakfast calzone. Idk when that went away but I got my hopes up for that. They do have burritos, a bunch that look like we're bought from the gas station lol. So the food or hopes of, was disappointing. The americanos were great. Service. It's like they were on island time. I guess if you can call it in, that should help. This is a cute little coffee shop tucked into a shopping center but because it's on the corner it has great seating and parking. The cinnamon toast crunch coffee I got was delicious and the baristas were super friendly. It's a pretty busy spot even during a week day morning but totally worth a little extra wait than going to the starbucks down the street. Brand new this week and I decided to give it a try as some of my Denver friends had been using the…read morelocations near them for years. This is the first shop to open outside the MOXY on the Hill on the plaza attached. It was a sunny, almost spring day and worth the walk for an afternoon treat. My standard for trying a new place to get a feel of their range, is a Cortado, decaf with oat milk. And always, some tasty looking pastry. This was a successful visit. The pastries are baked locally by Dry Storage and the orange cardamom scone was small and a great treat. Much better than humongous scones tend to be, as I think they bake more evenly. It was barely warmed so the frosting would soften and the interior soft and fresh, which enhances the flavors. The Cortado was fine too. Not quite the mellow decaf I have elsewhere every morning but nicely tempered by the oat milk. Some places use too much in their milk portion of the serving and I prefer the perfect balance of them as intended. It was nicely served on a small ceramic tray with a similar sized glass of sparkling water. Seems to be a trend these days in similar coffee shops. The decor is very modern and sleek. Lots of white and gray tile and marble surfaces with industrial duct work up high on the vaulted ceiling. There is also a good selection of teas for those that prefer. The pastry selection is still quite small and will be expanded when the need arises. The staff was helpful and getting to know their shop. I'm sure when they are more practiced and they develop a regular following, they will be able to pick up the pace behind the bar. There are some unusual seating areas which not everyone will be able to use as they require some climbing, like bleachers. I'm sure one. On fall football game days, they will fill up with agile young people and they will need far more baristas in place.
