Have you jumped on the Crumbl bandwagon yet?? This is a wildly popular brand of cookies. The menu changes weekly so it keeps your options fresh and not the same thing over and over again. Ordered the 6 pack of minis as the larger cookies are just a little much. They were all good. The cinnamon bun and the cookie skillet Reese's were the best. The other four missed the mark with flavor. I have found that to be true of many of their cookies - especially the bigger ones. Even though the taste isn't exactly worth writing home about the service is absolutely terrific!!! You order on a kiosk and then your cookies are shown to you by a super friendly person who wants to make sure you are happy with before the box is sealed. These do make a terrific gift - hostess, teacher appreciation, housewarming, any event where you want to bring something different. The pink box is well known and loved by some. This is a cute bakery and you can tell it's all fresh. Very cute vibe. Would go to a local small town bakery that has cookies before going here. However, the service is incredible. OMG! Where do I begin. I have been hearing everyone talk about this spot and they did not disappoint! It was super easy to place your order at the kiosk and pick up your order at the next counter in this super cute pink box! There were so many flavors to choose from and the cookies are huge (I could only eat one). The cookies were so fresh and the flavors were popping! The store was very clean and well kept and the staff were super nice and service was quick! I will be stopping by again, sooner than later!! read more

So happy they opened a Crumbl in Bel Air! Walked in and immediately noticed the cleanliness of the store and big smiles from the employees as the said "welcome to Crumbl!" We ordered on the self service kiosk, paid with a tap card and waited less than 5 mins for our order. We got the peach pie, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter cookies. I had a great experience here today. I have been excited for this location to open. The location was clean the staff was wonderful. It was a quick, in and our experience. The cookies were amazing, the only issue was they did mess up my order but it was only one cookie they got wrong. But it was also my fault because they do show it to me before I took them, I did not notice it until I got home. But the cookie that I did not want was amazing anyways. Loved them all. The Bel Air store is run by employees that have no idea how to manage a store. I came here with an open mind as I've heard varying reviews of Crumbl. First of all, the prices are insane. Yes, the cookies are large but I was still sticker shocked. Secondly, the cookies just aren't good. They're way too sweet and the texture is off - more like a cake than a cookie. I tried 2 different kinds - blueberry pancake and kitchen sink. The blueberry pancake cookie had such a strong artificial blueberry taste that I almost spit it out. And the kitchen sink cookie just had too much going on. I added star for friendly service, but these cookies are definitely overhyped in my opinion. read more

Cookies are amazing! But theyre ALWAYS sold out of the popular cookies. I worked at crumbl for 2 years and we RARELY ever sold out. everytime i go there to get a cookie its sold out. The service is pretty good for the most part. Sometimes people arent really there, so your kinda on your own until you pay with cash or your order is being "made". Otherwise nice store, its big dont have to worry about parking, cookies are amazing! read more

Ordered a 6 pack and asked for a bag because I was dropping 2 off to my nephew and his pregnant wife, they don't have bags, I had to buy 2 extra boxes because they only fit one each. My friend and I ordered a 6 pack of different flavors to pickup in store. I paid for them and even put on a tip. We drove 40 minutes one way, only to find out when we got there, that they were out of all of the flavors we ordered except one! They said they could give us 6 of those, but the app did not say that any were sold out, and we didn't want 6 of one flavor. We canceled the order obviously, but my card is still being charged for the taxes and fees as well as tip, for nothing and no service! I'm beyond disappointed and not happy about them taking my money when I wasted my time and gas to get there, only to be told they wouldn't make more (despite being open almost 3 more hours and having several customers in the shop wanting to buy cookies) and there was nothing they could do. read more

Strongly discourage using the crumbl cookie app and ordering from this store. This is the third time I placed an order, paid, and half of what I ordered is unavailable. When I inquired about, I found out the store owner doesn't update the app. While I understood things will sell out, it's not fair to charge customers and then not get half of what you paid for. The cookies are good but usually the warmed ones are almost cold at this location. The service is fine but I have a major issue with every person that comes out to deliver curbside and having their gloves on, touching the door, holding the door etc. handing me my cookies and then pulling the door back open with those same gloves on and going right back behind the counter NEVER changing the gloves and prepping another order. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I've been to several other crumbl cookies and had no issues. My sister waited in line for 20 minutes for a single cookie that we watched being handed out to several other people that ordered after her. When the problem was finally addressed, they were sold out and we would have had to wait an additional 10 minutes when we had already been waiting for a very long time for a single cookie. This isn't my first bad experience at this location and this one was the last straw. read more
