The tree I was waiting to get packed for me ended up being packed and sold to someone else due to poor communication. She immediately made sure I knew what else was available and any additional discounts she could ask about on my behalf. Loved that! They were putting out Valentine's day and St. Patty's day stuff in December. I thought this is crazy but I will definitely be there next week for the Valentine sales. I waited it a few days and reached out. Days later I received a response my message was received. I waited quite a few more days and reached out again to see how the estimate was going. No response. A few more days had passed and I tried again. She said she would have it the next day. Two days later a random estimate arrived with no correspondence to accompany it. The bid was extremely high.
