This was a better experience for round #2. The servings are not quite as generous as we were used to from other Thai places, but we still had leftovers for lunch. And it was a tad expensive. Then, after all of that, they reversed the decision because I was only available for the summer. If long-term availability is a requirement, be upfront about it. Put it in the job posting or tell applicants before giving them a start date and onboarding instructions. Don't lead people to believe they've been hired and then change course at the last minute. I have no problem with a business wanting long-term employees. I do have a problem with wasting an applicant's time through inconsistent communication and poor hiring practices. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about applying here! To the owner and your wife reading this: learn to be better and not deplorable at what you do! Have shame
