    Rainbow roll
    Jose M.

Best Sushi on wheels, can't go wrong every time hits the spot! I've ordered the Rainbow roll numerous times & never disappoints. We also order the bagel roll & it's on point every time. Service is really good the elderly lady makes sure your taken care of, they aren't Shystie with the toppings & sauce. This food truck is way better thank Yatai hands down! Place is located in the Pine dining, you can order a beer & sit back and relax!

California roll might be a little boring with crab stick instead of crab salad.

This food pod was a nice surprise in Lincoln City, off of HWY 101 and SW 51 street, you will find…read morean ample food pod with many food cart options. From Burgers to Hawaiian food, you will find indoor and outdoor seating. the indoor seating area is huge, it also offers a bar area and self serve coolers with a variety of drink options. They have a stage with entertainment. We tried the Hawaiian cart Lei, they had a special with pulled pork and chicken, served with macaroni salad, steamed veggies and kimchi. It was a huge portion of food, we shared it along with a dish from the Thai cart Cozy kitchen, we split the chicken and veggies with a side of gyoza. The food was amazing and well priced. We found a table inside the indoor seating and enjoyed the music while we feasted on our meal, after dinner we walked back toward our hotel. It was a nice find close to walking distance from the TAFT district.

They have plenty of parking, outdoor space, a great inside pavilion to eat....HOWEVER NO PETS!!!! The choice was hard but we have been on a Hawaiian food kick lately so that's what we chose, Lei Aloha........Husband loved his with 2 pouched eggs with kimchi (). I had teriyaki chicken, rice, broccoli and macaroni salad. My chicken was WAY overcooked and the Mac salad was not very good..... We will return to try another food truck! That being said the pavilion had nice, clean, restrooms, nice music, bar, gift shop and whatever soft drink you would want! A great place for any type of weather, time, of day, BDAY PARTY or for any reason. This is SUCH A GREAT IDEA... I hope this PINES FOOD TRUCK VILLAGE does well! Come support them!!!

La Wawa Puerto Rican Soul Food - Lincoln City, OR…read more Driving on the way back from Newport, OR to Seaside, OR .. we were hoping to find a spot for some great vegan food. A quick Google search and we landed upon a perfect option, La Wawa Puerto Rican Soul Food. When looking up their menu we were thrilled to see, not just items that could probably be accidentally vegan ... no no, they have a full on Vegan Plate listed in their menu! In addition to including a picture of the actual food we received, I've also included a picture of the Vegan Plate as listed directly on their website. For your plate, you get some typical staples of slaw, rice, beans, maduros and tostones, each item seemed perfectly spiced and flavored and the respective textures were spot on as well. We actually ordered a separate side of tostones to hold us for the drive back (waiting until back in the room before wolfing down for the Vegan Plate). So, one word of caution ~~ blink and you'll miss them ~~ especially if driving at night as they are based out of a food truck. Whatever listing we found for them when Googling, we failed to take notice of their business model being a food truck model as opposed to a brick and mortar location. They are right on south side of Highway 101 so they're easy to find so long as you're using Google Maps or Waze and mindful that you're looking for a food truck. There's a lot of options in the North Oregon Coast, some accidentally vegan, some specifically labelled vegan, Pizza, Thai, Sushi, etc ... all great options. The Puerto Rican food was something we found to be a bit unique for the area. So if you're looking for something just a bit different than the norm, along with the comfort of knowing you're eating a vegan dish ... you need to drop on by and show them some appreciation!

Came to my favorite food truck in Lincoln City with my husband this evening (40 minutes before…read moreclosing), specifically to eat Puerto Rican soul food - the drive is so worthwhile. The owners Eddie and Amanda are phenomenal people and excellent chefs. Forgot to check in today and take pictures, but our appetizer of tostones (fried green plantains), entree's of chuleta's (pork chops) and beans and rice, dessert of maduros (fried sweet plantains) and cafe cubanos was so delicious and satisfying. They are in a new location near a wooded area off the 101 that's cute - we saw a huge family of Does and their fawns, too. Give them a try next time you're in Lincoln city. Buen provecho :) PS - there is plenty of parking and the dispensary does allow you to use the restroom, they let my husband use it. There are plenty of nearby public restrooms with beautiful ocean views, too.
