I took my mother here once, six months ago, and now two weeks cannot go by without her asking about Spoon and Folks' cashew chicken. She is in love. I'll admit, we tried several dishes, and while all were good, most were nothing crazy, but the cashew chicken was incredible. Pair it with the ginger ale they import from Australia, and you'll have a party of sweetness and spice and savory bite going on in your mouth for a good half hour. Great Thai place on Washington street. We drive into Salem often for Thai and this spot is right on par with those restaurants. Salad rolls were good, Thai ice tea was delicious, and our meals were nicely spiced and really flavorful.
