Not a repeatable place. Husband/Wife team and don't appear to have employees based on having only 2 licenses on the wall. She did a nice job with my daughter, he was awkwardly quiet, seemed put out to have to work, and he did a 1/2-a job to boot. I asked that my feet be shaved and got a grunt but no shave. My toenails are painted but my feet are in no better shape than before the service. 100+ and had to schedule an appointment elsewhere to do what I went here in the first place for. I had a pedicure on 6/13/21 and this is how short the young woman that works there cut my big toenail. My pinky toenails are almost non existent. I'm wearing a bandaid on my toenail for fear that it will get infected. It's also sore. I'm unlikely to get another pedicure ever again. read more

right off the bat we noticed the horrible example nails. like when I say horrible I mean very messy, unprofessional, almost like a child had given it a go. we shook it off and waited until it was our turn. the lady was a bit rude especially after having to tell her how to do her job, which I'm not someone to do so. she was aggressive with the way she was doing my nails and didn't seem to care how they turned out. definitely don't come here this place was cute but the nails are bad. if you are looking for a place that can do neat nails and designs don't even think about Lee Nails. lmao (if I could I would give this place no stars and tear the building down myself). read more

My daughter and I went in for a mani and a mani-pedi yesterday. We were able to get sale day appointments. I could not have been more pleased with how welcoming, kind and skillful they were with these services. They have taken all the COVID precautions they could with plexus-glass barriers for both the mani and the pedi services. The facility was also very clean. Kathy was very thoughtful in asking if anything she did was causing me pain and when I shared that I had broken fingers on one of my hands causing extreme sensitivity, she was extra gentle on that side. BEWARE! My husband went into Lee Nails in Yarmouth to get a pedi. He came home with a major staph infection from the uncleanly pedicure chair. Our doctor told us to stay clear as they have had complaints of this regarding Lee Nails in the past. They do not clean their pedi chairs in between clients. The staff is very nice but did not do a good job on my nails. They had trouble getting my gel polish off that was from 2 weeks ago. My nail polish came out chunky and dented because there was gel polish still left on my nails.. If I had more time I would've had them redo it. read more

Kathy, the owner, and her staff are always friendly, very competent and provide a soothing environment. If you want to talk, they will chat. Like silence, they provide that, as well. This salon was recommended to us by a staff member of a hotel we were staying at in Freeport. We were in the area for a wedding and had some free time the morning of the ceremony and decided on a little pampering. We had essentially scheduled 2 manis / pedis split between 3 people. But, when we got there, the 3 of us decided that we each wanted manis / pedis (plus one eyebrow waxing), and the staff graciously accommodated us. The facility may have been the cleanest that I've ever been to - including my 'go to' place at home. The pedicure chairs appeared new and very clean -- and the chair massages were wonderful! The actual manis / pedis were average - nothing to rave about, but definitely nothing to complain about either, and the color selection was OK. I was a little apprehensive about the eyebrow waxing, but was very happy with the results. My only 'ding' is that the staff was speaking among themselves in their native language while doing the manis / pedis ... which bothers me in any establishment ... if you're in America, speak English please...... The staff is very friendly. The only thing is that the last time I was there to get my nails done, there were a couple spots that weren't painted. I didn't notice until I had left and I'm not one to go back and complain. My nails also chipped not too long after having them done. read more
