    Horrible looking

I had a pedicure on 6/13/21 and this is how short the young woman that works there cut my big toenail. My pinky toenails are almost non existent. I'm wearing a bandaid on my toenail for fear that it will get infected. It's also sore. I'm unlikely to get another pedicure ever again.

I only discovered this place because I work nearby and work far from home. Have been here a couple times now and they do a great job

You're not valued as a customer at Lee Nails unless cutting and buring you is how they show it.

This review is long overdue! Zhanna at IV Aesthetics is absolutely incredible. She used the Fotona…read more4D and gave me the most snatched jawline postpartum. She also did some contouring and highlighting with the machine, and when I tell you this technology is the real deal because it is! Not long after, I flew to South Korea and noticed that the top clinics there were using the exact same machine and offering similar services. I was able to maintain my treatments overseas, which says a lot about how advanced IV Aesthetics is. Recently, I came back and was welcomed with a drink and the most calming, beautiful lobby. This time I saw Madison for nano brows, and her attention to detail and precision with shaping gave me the perfect, natural brows. I'm so glad I waited and didn't get the old-style brows because the results are everything I hoped for. Yes, I literally flew from South Korea back to Maine just to get my brows done at IV Aesthetics. That's how much trust I have in their team. I'll be back in a few months for a touch-up and to see Zhanna again for laser services. They truly know what they're doing here, and you'll be in great hands. My only advice: follow all the pre- and post-treatment steps! Don't cut corners if you want the best results!

THEY DIDN'T PAY ATTENTION TO MY ALLERGY…read more I had an appointment with Madison for nano brows, and she did not pay attention to my allergies, despite me communicating my allergies multiple times throughout the process. I communicated my allergies upon booking, And she Claimed to have checked all of the products to make sure there were no conflicts. Once I Drove two hours To get there, I filled out some paperwork and confirmed my allergies again. As we were getting started, she says " Let's go over the process so there are no surprises, we're going to take some pictures first, then I will draw on the eyebrows and make sure you like it." I close my eyes, then she immediately put a baby wipe on my face. That's not taking a picture. I asked her what she was doing, she said it was a baby white. I asked her if she checked the baby wipe to make sure I wasn't allergic to it, and I expected her to say that she checked it. Unfortunately, she did not, and I was allergic to it. I washed it off right away, she said we can't do it unless she can use those baby wipes, I asked if she had green soap or something that tattoo artists normally use, she ended up finding some other soap deep in a cabinet, but said she wasn't comfortable going through with the appointment after she exposed me to an allergen in case of a reaction. I can understand that. She refunded my deposit BUT: - I took the day off from work for this - I hired a dog sitter - I drove nearly 200 miles round-trip - 2 hours each direction + being there is about 5 hours of my time wasted - for the past month, I have not done my usual skincare routine in order to prepare for this appointment, and my skin has suffered for it I can't believe that a licensed professional didn't check all of the ingredients once I stated that I had an allergy. I have confirmed with them multiple times that there wouldn't be any conflicts! I scheduled this appointment months ago. I do not recommend this place. They're clearly not detail oriented or safe for anyone with an allergy.
