This is a great store and was where I ultimately purchased my engagement ring and our wedding bands. I love working with the Pauls and everyone else at the store too. I went in with some ideas and working with Paul, we came up with a great concept for my wedding band. The only problem with it, is that I take it off too much, because I don't want to ruin it. Other people told me I was a fool and should have gotten my rings from Amazon, so I could replace them if needed. I made the right choice with Cozzi. A great selection and this new store really displays all of their incredible items. We bring our rings in to be cleaned and inspected a few times a year. Just a great group of people. read more

I couldn't have had a better experience working Paul Jr. to find the perfect engagement ring. I went into Cozzi about a week before Christmas and told Paul that I planned on proposing on NYE. He told me that would be cutting it close especially with it being their busy season, but said he would do everything he could to get it done in time. Paul more than came through by having the ring done on the 27th which provided a huge sigh of relief for me before the big day! As for picking out the ring, Paul couldn't have made it any easier. I showed him picture what I was looking for and he immediately found one of theirs that was almost identical. We went through all the different options and within an hour, I felt great about what we came up with. Also, I never felt rushed or pressured by Paul and it seems he really just wants to make sure you're completely happy with the finished product. Lastly, my fiancé was completely blown away by the ring! The only thing I messed up was having the wrong ring size. I honestly don't know where to start with my review on the experience I receive every time I walk into the door. I guess I will start on Mr. Cozzi, Paul Jr, and Lorraine, who are the owners and operators of the shop. My relationship as a customer started in 2006 when I brought my fathers necklace, who passed away when I was a young child, and I wanted them to duplicate the necklace and the charm. I was so moved by how much fine detail that went into making sure my necklace would look exactly like my fathers I was almost brought to tears. From that moment on I knew I would be a customer and friend for life to the Cozzi's. Since 2006 I have bought several pieces of jewelry all of which have been of the highest quality. One time I was unable to pick up a set of earrings for my girlfriend and Paul Jr. personally delivered them to me at my work. They will help you maintain and clean all the jewelry you purchase at the shop. They are quick with repairs and can always give you plenty of options so whatever you want can fit into your budget. Trust me I am by no means well off or wealthy and I have been able to afford the jewelry at Cozzi's. Last thing I will say is it makes me happy to see a father and son run a local business in DelCo. They have been around for a long time which proves more of what I am saying in this review. They offer the best service, always willing to go the extra mile, and it's important they keep all customers happy regardless of money spent. I was referred to Paul A. Cozzi III of Cozzi Jewelers by a mutual friend around six years ago, and ever since they have been my only jeweler. From simple stuff like scrapping old gold jewelry and replacing watch batteries and bands to beautiful custom designs and special orders, they have truly outdone themselves on every occasion. A year or two ago my girlfriend dropped her white ceramic watch on the ground and the bracelet cracked. I thought the replacement, being from a high end fashion brand, was going to cost an arm and a leg, but Paul got in touch with the company and installed the replacement links, it ended up costing under $25. They have unique timepieces, gorgeous engagement rings and classic men's jewelry, as well as small charms and crosses for confirmations, christenings, newborns etc. Most impressive of all was the custom hand engraved signet rings made from the mold of my late Grandfather's ring which Paul really went to town on for myself and two other family members. Really heavy, beautifully engraved, everyone was ecstatic with the rings. Every day I wear mine and remember my Grandpa. How is it possible that out of three jewelers' estimates Cozzi's was the best value for money while also being the most impressive? Cozzi Jewelers are the bomb. Most of their clientele seems to be older locals coming in to scrap their old jewelery or get new batteries for their timexes, or buying confirmation necklaces for children and grandchildren. They are great for run of the mill stuff like repairs, appraisals and cleaning. However, if you need custom designed work, engagement rings etc., Paul's son, Paul the third, can do it all, and they won't rip you off. I have had numerous items resized, and also had a custom ring made up, which turned out amazing. It is a cute little store, and is currently undergoing a complete face-lift (regulars business hours though). read more

Went to Cozzi Jewelers to get a wedding band for my fiance. The engagement ring was a custom made halo, so the wedding bands (we got two, one on each side of her ring) had to be custom made too. They look incredible, like they were all made at the same time- the diamonds on the outside all looked the same, all came to the same exact point going around the rings, just blown away by the custom work they did there. The father and son that work there are great. They steered us in the right direction- metals, sizes, styles, everything without making us feel pressured at all, but still being straight forward about everything. My wife and I had a great time there, we were comfortable enough at Cozzi's that it was a nice experience (we even hung out for awhile after our business was done and sat around and talked and laughed).
