We have worked with Dynamic for 8 seasons and remain satisfied. The first season we hired Dynamic we had a few complaints that they immediately addressed. But in retrospect, as new owners of the home, our inexperience with what to expect was at the root of the complaints. I bring this up only to point out that the way they responded to our concerns showcased the organization and communication of their Office Staff and Service Crews. We use Dynamic for openings, closings, and for service calls. They maintain our cover, power-wash it and store it during the summer so its not in our way, and is ready to go for closing. Before we purchased our home they had overhauled our pool, replacing all plumbing, coping, tile, gunite and concrete around the pool. Tony and his crew have a lot of knowledge and do a truly professional job. The front office does a tremendous job of communicating with us. Their contracts are always detailed and billing is accurate and prompt. They are an All American Small Business that makes the fabric of our Country strong. We are grateful for their service.

Today the Gas Company changed meters in the neighborhood, came into house and relit all the pilot lights but could not get the fireplace to work. I called Emmett's, talked to Chris and over the phone he walked my wife and I through the process of getting the pilot lit and the fireplace working! He was patient, thorough, and very polite. Communication was non existent, I had to inquire when delivery would take place and when the crew would start the build of my pavilion. No one called from the shipper or the building crew to schedule. The "crew" turned out to be one guy who struggled with building the large and heavy pavilion. Many details were done sloppily with stripped or loose and crooked fasteners. Boards were cracked, panels misaligned. No builders square or level was ever used as shown in the installation manual. I had seen videos online of homeowners building this unit in 2-3 days. It took assemble it over a week. I have no confidence in the build quality of this costly purchase from assemble it. We found lots of screws in the lawn and plastic around the yard for us to pick-up as well. All the packaging was ours to deal with also, and it was a lot. When I brought my concerns to the project manager, who never came to my location, I was met with excuses. I cannot recommend this company. BEWARE.
