We had an initial meeting with Designscapes, giving them a rough idea of what we wanted. Next week they had crafted a fantastic design plan for us with a budget, time estimate and estimated start date. They included some suggestions that we didn't even think about. They even gave us a list of suggested plantings for the flower beds. The project started when promised and finished within their time estimate. The price was exactly what was promised. There were no additional costs. The workers were here everyday and quite professional. The work is excellent and we have had no issues with the workmanship or materials used. All of our neighbors have commented on on how great the property now looks.

They asked for my approval to charge the extra money to my credit card. I suggested that since they had falsely advertised availability, that they offer me a discount on the more expensive part. They refused, and also continued to advertise the less expensive part on their site. This year, I again saw that they were advertising the less expensive part as being in stock, so I ordered it again. Again they emailed me that it was out of stock and asked for my permission to pay full price on the more expensive item. I ignored their email, but they continued to pressure me to accept the Bate-and-Switch tactic.
