Took a game system in for disc drive repair. While it was still in the shop they began to play a downloaded game. When asked if they play tested the disc drive, I was told no. When asked why they were on a non-disc drive game (while showing them screenshots and videos of them playing) they began to walk back their story, lie, and gaslight me about their repair process. read more

This place used to be the only place I would go for 25 years but it has gone way down hill over the years. I just picked up my computer, they did not do what I asked but still insisted on full payment. They did terrible work on what small part they did do. The cover of my laptop clicks, the hinges move, and it doesn't even close flush anymore. Plus they made me wait an extra 2 weeks to work on it because they claimed they ordered the parts but they never came in so they "reordered them" Then the tech tried to gaslight me and and say "I remember what you said when you came in and that is not what you asked for." I know what I asked for. I asked them to take the motherboard out and put it into whole new case and they quoted me $150. what they did was only change the hinges and the back of the lid - not even the front! The tech claims to hear everything from the back and remember with perfect clarity what everyone says in the shop - forever. Well I am out $250, still have a broken computer, and I will never go back to that shop. The level of incompetence there now is unimaginable. Oh and as I was leaving hey tried to tell me I did not bring the power cord in with it when I know I did. The tech just threw up his hands and said there is no cord back here so .... He ended up giving me some used cord that had another customers sticker on it. So I get a garbage used cord for the nice new one I gave them with my computer! read more

NOT APPLE CERTIFIED!!! will void warranty if u allow them to touch your device. Charged me $260 to not fix my camera. My battery started acting up after i got it back and Apple tells me that they are responsible for my problems because of their tampering. Do not go here! read more

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could, and its manager Shawn deserves 10. I'm a senior with very limited understanding of modern electronics. I just want my tablet to work and not confuse me; I don't think I'm asking for too much. Over the last few years I've wasted countless hours sitting in AT&T stores trying to get basic problems fixed, trying to understand the jargon, and trying to master the operation of my devices. And every time I leave more frustrated than when I entered. And very annoyed. In contrast, Shawn identified and fixed my iPad problem in a few minutes and for a very reasonable fee. And he explained things in simple, understandable English. I really appreciate his knowledge and his patience with me. I recommend this place without reservation. read more

I'm normally a patient person and understanding when things don't go right as long as I have consistent communication. However, when I reached out to get the charging port on my husband's phone fixed I got lots of empty promises. "We'll call you when it's done." No call, so I called them. "We have to order the part." Cool, but why didn't they call me to tell me that? "if we don't call you, call us." I called at least 7 times back to back before anyone picked up. Eventually we paid for the repairs and got the phone back, but now my husband's phone has a new issue that is even worse. I should have read the reviews before contacting because I normally do. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but as someone who has worked in customer service and healthcare for 10 years I know that the people come first. I did not feel that here. read more

I took a switch to them 14 months ago to get a charging port fixed. I waited months and got different excuses and info every time I called. Finally a man claiming to be the owner/manager after maybe 6 mos, and sending them the original receipt and serial number, admitted that they lost my device. So after more calls and excuses he says they will give me a rebuilt one for the price of my original repair. Ok, fine. But I called weekly, they usually say they have to call me back, then don't, and every time they acted confused about the situation and have done nothing. It's 14 months. I still can't get them to give me a straight answer or do anything. It's honestly the first time I've ever dealt with a business essentially stealing my property and I am in shock. I would definitely avoid this place. You are taking a big risk if you take something there. read more

I took my Apple Watch in for a screen replacement on July 22. They promised it would be ready the next day after 3 p.m. I went to pick it up and was told it was still being repaired. Went back the next day it still wasn't ready to wait one more day. This went on for 6 trips back and forth totaling 240 miles and. I got it back and put it on the charger and it would not charge. I went back today. August 5, and was told they couldn't fix it and kept the screen. I did get a full refund but was very dissatisfied with their customer service and the fact that they kept telling me the watch would be ready but couldn't deliver on their promises. read more

I called to ask for an estimate for repairing a cellphone microphone that was not transmitting sound on calls or videos. I had gotten some key lime pie filling stuck in it. The man told me that he would try to clean the mic free of charge. I went down there and someone did successfully clean the tiny mic on my cellphone and did not charge me a dime. This goodwill was much appreciated by me, as they could have only pretended to clean the mic and I may have chosen to put it in the shop for a 50$ repair. This, however, proves to me that they are worth my trust for any necessary work in the future. read more

About December 3, 2019 I took a working iPad in to have a part replaced to eliminate some lines that were appearing on the side. It was supposed to be ready in about 4 or 5 days. Went in to pick it up and found out the old staff was gone and they had new staff. iPad wasn't ready so I left it. Never got a call it was ready so I went to pick it up to take it elsewhere and was told the technician broke it beyond repair. Without even telling me they ordered a used iPad from ebay for $238. I was originally told it would be a new iPad but 5th generation like the one I took in. I wasn't happy about it but all I had left was a broken iPad. When the iPad came in I was called and told that I couldn't have the iPad until I came in and paid the repair charge of $140. I didn't think I should have had to pay anything. Now I am out $530.41 for a new iPad. BTW - I could have gotten it repaired at Apollo for $120 but chose CPR because it is a nonprofit for Meals on Wheels. I will never use them again. They are not qualified and service is terrible. read more
