Amazing service, friendly staff, honest, & dependable. Would definitely recommend taking your broken accessories here, even if it's out of the way. I strongly dislike having my phone in a case therefore visiting accessory repair shops isn't too rare of an occurrence for me. In late 2015 I dropped my iPhone 6 and shattered the screen. Eugene iRepair was about 500 feet away so I stopped in w/o an appointment. They quoted me a fair $100 and told me they could have it ready in less than an hour. They followed through on both promises. Phone worked and looked great so I popped a case on it to keep it that way. Today (circa 2/3 months after they replaced my screen) I took the phone out of it's case to clean it and noticed the top right of the screen protruding a bit. My phone still worked and I wouldn't have noticed it had I not slipped it out of it's case. However, the small problem definitely had the potential to become a large problem in the future, and bc of the dampness that coincides with the winter here, it seemed important to fix. Normally I would have left my phone in it's case and dealt with the issue when it came up again but being that iRepair is so close, I decided to stop in and ask if they had any suggestions on the best way to counter my problem. I, again, was greeted with a smile from the man behind the counter (Britt) who was helping someone else at the time but I appreciated that he acknowledged me and took the time to say he'd be right with me. I overheard him suggesting to the man he was helping that Amazon would have a better price on [whatever the guy was looking for] than iRepair would. I thought was nice of him to suggest and also spoke to the integrity of how the Eugene iRepair business is ran. When it was my turn I showed Britt my phone and mentioned how I'd been in a few months back and as I was about to ask him for a suggestion on how to fix it myself he stopped me and said they'd gladly fix it, explaining that sometimes after repair the glue can unmount causing a small protrusion. I explained I was simply looking for a way to keep my phone in tact for the time being and he said not to worry they'd fix it bc they offer a year warranty -crazy bc I had never encountered a warranty offer good for more than 30 days with any phone repair let alone one that lasts 365 days. I was happy to hear about the warranty but I had no idea where my receipt was for my previous visit (who would?) and had no way to prove I'd even been into this store. Before I could embarrassingly explain this or the fact that I was too broke to pay a BS warranty fee, Britt took the phone to inspect it and said he could have it ready in 40 minutes at no cost to me. I am so glad I decided to stop in. My phone is back to new and working perfectly. For the second time they fulfilled their time and cost estimate. It never even crossed my mind that I would leave the store with a good-as-new phone at no cost to me. It's rare to find a business that operates this way. ::Eugene iRepair could have easily gotten me for another $100 (had I had it) and I know this because the crap place I took my phone to before moving to Eugene botched the repair and I ended up paying twice ($238 w/i 2 weeks) for their mistake. Dropped my iphone 5s and immediately started looking at repair places on Yelp. Last time I broke my screen I had a 4s and we lived in CO where prices were outrageous (on the upward of $200). So I was surprised that I was able to replace the screen for under $100. I didn't call, but instead just drove straight over. I was greeted promptly as I got into the store, and told it would take about 15 minutes. It took just over 5 minutes: talk about service. I was also able to purchase a glass screen protector for $10 (I had previously purchased one at Best Buy for about $49) So grateful to have stumbled upon this place! CPR earned these five stars. Kevin was so helpful. I came in with an hour til closing after I had called and confirmed that an hour was enough time for my phone repair. He initially said the liquid underneath the glass had been compromised, which would cost a bit more to repair, but when the manager took a look and said it was too small to know for sure, they decided to lower the price for only the glass being damaged. Eugene iRepairs is the shit, and Britt is the BEST! I shattered my iPhone 6 while on vacation in Eugene, and he fixed it for me that same afternoon. After about 15 minutes at a nearby Starbucks, I was a very happy customer. :) What an impressive dude and business; I don't even know where to begin. READ TO THE END Had my screen replaced here along with my home button, but was handed back my phone with the screen sitting on top of the casing. And home button that didn't register my touch ID. I wasn't very happy with the service but after vocalizing my concerns to the owner Britt, he made sure all my problems were solved. I brought my phone back in and they touched everything up in about an hour and fixed everything I was unhappy with. I cracked the screen on my iPhone. Never did that before, didn't know where to go for repair. Went to MacTonic on 13th-- they couldn't help me, but they referred me to CPR, for which I am grateful. I went in to have my galaxy a51 screen repaired they quoted me 40 $ less than they charged and offered no explantion as to why. I told them i didnt have another number to be reached on and asked them to email me. They sent me one email the next day after they told me it'd be 3 days atleast so i should if been checking sooner but i didnt and my phone sat there for a week. OMG, another business with a ton of fake five star reviews. So annoying! Oops, wrong. This business really is the REAL thing. Five star service! Took my wife's iPhone there to have them fix a problem with the charging port. Apparently, you're not supposed to drop your phone into your salad and get creamy caesar dressing into the port. Jeez, these phones are sooo sensitive. Anyhoo, the smart people at iRepair fixed it in 1.5 hours for a very reasonable charge of $40. Since they had the phone pulled apart, we took the chance to have a new battery installed for an extra $20. Also a good deal. Got the phone back on time, and everything works great. Dear Owner, congrats on your excellent business performance. Now, please don't get a big head and start raising your prices. Instead, grow your business and do more volume. Of course, managing more people will be a big hassle, so try to split the business into smaller semi-independent work groups, so that they still have a "small business" feel, but you can handle more volume. I had been dreading getting my phone screen fixed, but finally decided it was time to and I'm so glad I chose this place to fix my screen! I was in and out within 20 minutes and had a perfectly working screen again. He also added in a screen protector, which is a nice added touch that I don't feel I would have got anywhere else in Eugene. I definitely recommend this place, as they obviously value quality. Buyer beware ! This place is not a certified repair shop any of the devices you bring in. It is not certified by assurion which is most what most of the cell phone providers offer for insurance. If they open your phone your device may not be covered by your insurance. Also I noticed there was a child in the shop. I am all for having a kid friendly workplace but not when children are in the presence and messing around expensive devices. read more
