I have had two experiences with this company. I pad screen cracked. Lady demanded my password or wouldn't guarantee her work. I could not give her my password as documents on the IPAD were from a sealed court case involving the abuse of minors. I told her I cant grant you access to files by order of a federal judge. she did the work it was terrible had to take it back. a kid there fixed it the second time while she wasn't there and told me what I already knew and that was that she should never need your password. The second time was today my insurance on my phone sent me there. I spoke with them over the phone and notified them I can not expose court documents that have minors in sealed cases. they said no problem they wont need your password. I showed up and a large manthing who couldn't grow a beard properly said he needed my password I explained to him..... NO you dont... No you cant. The judge would throw me in jail if I grant you access to information not only that it was completely unnecessary for the repair. He demanded the password. Nope. look folks you do not have to exchange any kind of privacy to have screens fixed go some where else. two possibilities here. These failure to launch individuals have a nice arrangement with the FBI much like geek squad and like to sift through your personal info or this heavy mouth breather enjoys probably looking for pictures of your wife and daughter. either way I am not allowed to disclose court documents in cases involving minors. You cant ask some one to disclose documents a judge has ordered sealed. go anywhere else. anywhere but here. I called a friend of mine in california his father who also does this for a living said to me on cracked screens no one ever needs your password as has been claimed to replace the screen they need no access to your personal files. he said dont unlock your phone for anyone if your not their with them. He also confirmed that some companies do get paid like geek squad to search your personal files. A individual person needs no warrant and if they so "happen to come across something they deem unfit they copy your phone forward to the FBI and if the FBI make an arrest they get paid so they have every incentive to dig through your phone whether you do something illegal or not.... so nothing is private handing out your password. I dont know about you but I dont need some half manthing looking at my kids and wifes pictures. read more

Breshawn & the gang completely took care of my iphone 6's broken screen! A few of my friends recommended I go to CPR in Norman. I don't even live in Norman, but I was assured the drive was worth it. I walked in at 10:10am on Saturday morning, only to be greeted by Breshawn's warm smile at the front counter. He was especially friendly and assured me that my phone would be a simple fix. I also asked if the screen protectors are effective scratch deterrent, and after a short discussion, I opted to purchase one of those as well. My phone was promised to be done in about 30 minutes. When I returned, I was greeted by name and he had my phone ready. It looked brand new!! In addition, Breshawn had applied the screen protector onto the phone flawlessly. This is THE place to take your phones, tablets, iPads, etc for repair. Great staff, friendly, willing to answer questions . Cannot comment on their negative reviews as I do not know BOTH sides of the story. Took two iPads in for repair, they are both working fine. Took in phone that fell in the swimming pool over 3 months ago. Was told I waited too long to get repairs. They were willing to try to fix it but said in their experience phones that have had water damage that long ago it most likely would be a excessive in futility, and would be wasted money....they said the decision is mine. My wife and I have used CPR Cell Phone Repair in Norman many times over the years and have consistently gotten great service and results. Most recently we sought their help replacing a screen saver on our Samsung Galaxy Flip 3 5G phone. Because of the phone's age no store carries a replacement screen, but we were able to get one from Amazon. We brought the new replacement screen saver and phone to CPR and even though they didn't sell us the screen saver, they quickly and efficiently installed it for us. Years ago CPR save me a good chunk of money by advising me to try cleaning the lint out of the charging port on my phone before bringing it in for a replacement.
