In urgent cases, every second counts. Instructor Taku Nakasaka is patient. He was thorough in teaching my parents tell tale signs of an onset heart failure, and more importantly, what to do in such an event. In response to his comments to me here on Yelp, I had his contact in my phone, most likely given to me from a colleague years ago, and as I am still licensed in California and thought I had used their services before, I reached out to renew my CPR certification. I asked specific questions regarding how Zoom/virtual teaching would work, because I thought it was a one on one situation. And Eric is right, I have no ability to judge their teaching because I did not take a class, but this review is not in regard to their teaching, it is for their unprofessional and angry/reactive correspondence that I am reviewing. Again, if they are turning away potential clients in a nasty way, who wants to give them their business?
