This company claims " clean emissions and the face of a greener generation" but look at all the black smog that comes from their truck. Unfortunately I was stuck behind them on the road. To advertise yourself in a "clean way" and then not even care or service your vehicles correctly, I would not hire this company. They already are false advertising. read more

We just moved into a new mobile home and CR&R is the company that handle trash, recyclable, and green waste pickup on Mondays. Trash and recycling gets picked up but not green waste, despite calling in to let them know. Not impressed with them so far. What should improve? Try doing what you're paid to do! read more

First off calling to set up an account with them was like talking to a child. I had to tell the rep my basic name 3 times and still when I received a bill in the mail it was addressed to "leyna leyna" who tf is that? Secondly.....if you are going to have a website where customers can pay and view their bills then the view bill option should not be through adobe PDF where you have to pay to have an account with adobe for $14.99 a month or $69.99 a year?.... to view a bill? Are you kidding? I feel like this company needs to be looked into because seems everyone is having an issue with the lack of service when calling as well as the actual trash men. read more

Called and service requested a bulk item pick up, they scheduled it for Thursday, March 19,2026. I carried the desk to the curb the DAY PRIOR about 11am on Wednesday the 18th. No pick up. Called asked today Friday March 20th why wasn't it picked up. Was Advised my item was not outside in time for pick up. Ummm no, your team never came to my house. Was working all day in garage with door open going through paperwork, NO ONE EVER CAME BY!!! now trashed desk has to sit out for another week on the curb. Service has gone down terrible. Two weeks CR&R did not pick up the recycling bin. The truck stopped by in front of the recycling bin and stared at it then left without picking it up. Second week, CR&R picked up my neighbors recycling bin and just passed by our recycling bin. I was staring at the driver, and he ignored me and did not also pickup my neighbors recycling bin. What an asshole. For two weeks I could not recycle the boxes we used from moving in Rancho Madrina, San Jacinto community. The blue recycling bin is for cartons, papers and other recyclable materials and the driver made his decision not to pick up certain home recyclable. I taught Waste Management was bad, but CR&R is even worse. Looking at other reviews, why is management allowing these to happen??? Shame on whoever is in CR&R management. read more

When I called, the knucklehead on the phone said, they can only take two boxes under their bulky item service. I told him that was not going to help me at all and asked where can I just drive this to and drop it off myself. He said he doesn't know... CR & R service and reliability has deteriorated over the last couple years. Pick up of the organic waste doesn't get picked up on service days. Calls made to the customer service department don't seem to have a result, as the recepticle still doesn't get picked up. CR and R is a disgrace. On Friday, the driver did NOT pick up BOTH of my green waste bins on Friday- only ONE, and they damaged the top. I called immediately and spoke with Cesar. I notified him that the one bin was totally missed, and the other was damaged. I also told him that the truck was just down the street. Cesar put me on hold and assured me the driver would be contacted by Operations to turn around and pick up my other bin. Before 5 pm, I called again and was told they had until 6 pm to return for the can. No pick up. Called at 8 am on Monday and spoke with Jessica. I was told a truck would be out today for the missed bin and to call back between 2 pm and 3 pm if not picked up. Surprise. No pick up. Called at 2 pm, then 3 pm(spoke with Cesar again), AND at 4 pm. Told no truck in the area and pick up will occur on the regularly scheduled day Totally unacceptable!! Horrible customer service and lack of integrity or concern. Spoke with Carla(Supervisor) and heard the same thing, asked to escalate this to Operations for immediate pick up as it is unacceptable. It is disappointing to see that a lot of CR and R drivers are careless and reckless, and just don't take their job seriously. It is routine for them to NOT fully empty a bin, knock bins over and spew contents onto the street. I even lost a waste bin to the truck, but was not informed of it until I called. My neighbor was in her driveway when this occurred, I was inside. I am just frustrated that service is so bad--let alone to be lied to and fed standard lies when you call in to report a missing bin or missed bin, or not fully emptied(that was another call when I had enough). I have 2 green bins for a reason--and it should be an expectation that this occurs satisfactorily. No one needs the added frustration from their poor service and lies. read more

Made appt for bulk pickup and they never came. The driver noted he drove by and nothing was out. It was placed at the curb the night before, as requested. This company is inconsistent on picking up trash. Many times the black cans are picked up but the blue cans don't get picked up for days or vice versa. When you call their response is: "we are short staffed" "I wasn't aware that it was not picked up" or my favorite "It's because of the pandemic" The pandemic is over. Stop using it as an excuse. Please pickup on a timely matter. The cans are out most days of the week. Birds and animals attack the cans and garbage is all over the street. read more

I rented a large container for waste. I requested it weeks in advance and called several times to ensure timely delivery. The day the dump was supposed to be delivered, I called several times and they guaranteed delivery. I was told that it was dispatched, which meant that I would have it within a few hours. This was at 9:30am. I had a crew here on standby and the dump never arrived. I followed up again and again was told that it would be there shortly. It did not arrive until the following day which meant I paid $500 for a crew that had no work to do. When I called to complain, I was told unfortunately there was nothing they could do and there were no consequences for them and I had to eat the cost. The only thing they could do for me is allow me to keep the dump for one extra day (that I had already paid for). Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend this company. read more

However I have a question regarding rinsing out cans, glass jars, plastic take-out containers, etc. If I'm supposed to reserve water why do I need to wash out these items? Did CR & R consult w/our water district, elsinore municipal water district? Just wondering? The left hand needs to let the right hand know what is going on!!!! Temecula has contracted with this waste management company. This is the 6th time that this company fails to pick up our trash. It happens each time there is a substitute driver. Our trash cans will be on the the street full for another week. I tried calling and was on hold for over 1 hour. See the screen shot. I am very disappointed with this company.
