This was such a great spot. It's the first seafood boil I've tried in St. Louis and it didn't disappoint. The place is super clean and pretty spacious. Even the bathroom is easy to find and not gross like a lot of restaurants. The menu has a bunch of options, whether you want to build your own boil or go with one of their combos. It's a good spot to hit with friends or a date even. I got the non spicy sauces and seasonings and it was still packed with flavor. The seafood tasted fresh and they gave me a ton, definitely worth what you pay. The staff was really nice and checked in a few times to make sure we were good. Yea I'm not a big Seafood person so when when my wife wants it i just stick to the fried food section, and the drinks. On this day we ended up getting a couple drinks while she got the seafood boil I had a drink and Fried fish basket I didn't get a picture of lol I was lit. Our waitress was cool she had the whole store to herself so she was all over the place. Food is excellent and a good value. Servings are good sized. The hush puppies are amazingly moist and delicious. The crab boil with "Juicy" flavoring is perfectly seasoned and they are very generous with the garlic in their sauce, which I love! The hostesses working the front of the restaurant did not have good customer service skills. Rude and disorganized is how I'd describe them. Our waitress however was so gracious and helpful and absolutely the best. This was truly amazing! I did a walk in order, and the service was so fast. Upon entering you are greeted by the cashier who answered the phone also. I did see hand sanitizer near by. The place was very clean, and due for the week entry, there was only one customer. But they had plenty of orders for pick up. This food was amazing, I'm not really into seafood but I would come to Crab's Landing for it anytime! The sauce is actually inside with the food. Now I'm not much of a seafood person so that was new to me. But if you are ever downtown and want to actually get full while eating seafood, I recommend this place anytime! read more

I've been twice now, both times getting standard butter only boils with shrimp and mussels. Everything is nicely cooked and I've been happy with my food and will go again. I tried the green mussels this last time and they are very large, but I think I prefer the black. Shrimp is excellent. Sweet potato fries are just ok. read more

This freshly decorated, clean, seafood themed restaurant will definitely please tastebuds! We started with surprisingly delicious Bahama Mama's and Margarita's to drink. You choose from several seafood options and sauce types to create your own meal. The food comes to you in a steamed plastic bag and you self pour into a bowl. You are also given a seafood bib and gloves which helps as you dig into the food! The shrimp, crab legs and sausage were delicious in the mixture of cajun, butter-garlic sauce. Be prepared to peel and eat your way through delicious dripping sauce! The only thing missing was French bread to dip into the extra sauce. We did offer this as a suggestion to the owner. It may not look like much from the outside, but when you get in, you'll find delicious food and very friendly and attentive staff. It's our first meal in St. Louis and we are very impressed. We tried crawfish, shrimp and crab legs and each one was amazing. My husband was an idiot and left his credit card behind and they very graciously held on to it and returned it to us later. I appreciate that they offer lunch specials and ordered the boiled in a bag shrimp and mussels in Cajun flavor. Wow! Absolutely delicious, very unique, reasonably priced for a generous portion. They are selling swai fish in place of catfish. The shrimp was good, very flavorful. But I am so tired of these restaurants selling me swai fish and calling it catfish. They know that most people can't tell the difference between the two and that's why they are getting away with it. But I can, because swai fish is wet, it has a lot more moisture in it than catfish, which is dryer and more flaky. I know that catfish is more costly than swai but I would rather pay the higher cost and get what I want, rather than them trying to pawn the swai off on me. I definitely will NOT eat here again.
