    Large crab
    Arlene S.

If you love seafood and don't need a fancy place to dig into some delicious, fresh seafood then Crabby's is a great place to visit. After a short wait for a table we shared a feast of 5 large crabs, a dozen tasty little necks , an amazing cup of crab soup loaded with succulent crab, fries with aioli crab sauce( so good) and dessert plate with a sour cream, brown sugar, and a heaping stack of sweet strawberries. Many pictures shown are not the full serving because we dove into the food so fast. Crabby's will not disappoint if you are a seafood lover.

I recently visited Crabby Restaurant with a group of friends, and unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. We had a group of nine people and sit at two separate tables (they don't have one table that could accommodated nine) --one with four people and the other with five-- they should not automatic applied 20% gratuity to parties of six or more. We made it clear that we wanted separate checks for each table. Despite that, our server still added the 20% gratuity (after tax), which felt misleading and dishonest. When we questioned it, we didn't get a clear or satisfactory explanation. To make matters worse, one of my friends who ordered takeout was also charged a 20% gratuity on his to-go order--something we've never experienced at any other restaurant. This just added to the feeling that we were being taken advantage of. When we questioned she was mumbling and then said will take off the gratuity on the to go order. I forgot to take a photo of the check. As for the food, we tried the sampler platter, which we found to be overpriced for what was served one King crab leg (dry and no meat), half Dungeness, half snow and two blue crabs for $109.99. Nothing particularly stood out in terms of flavor or presentation. Overall, the experience left a bad taste--not just from the food, but from the way the situation was handled. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Crabby Restaurant based on this visit.

Crabby's is a casual seafood restaurant that offers my favorite food of all time - crab! You can get snow crab, blue claws, dungeness, & king crab among many other items! I love that they offer an all you can eat special on select days for only $39.99 per person, but you can also order by the pound. There's also plenty of options with no cracking required & a full bar - try their Crabby Mary if you like savory drinks. Service is always on point & you'll never wait long for a refill when you're doing the all you can eat! They are located in May's Landing in South Jersey but this is a seasonal restaurant that's currently closed. They do use FB, so check em out for their latest updates!

I passed this place a bunch of times and it has been on my list. Today was the day. I got in there around 1:30 on a Friday during the summer. Not busy. Plenty of parking. Old school charm. 38 years in business. Jan has been there from day one. Very helpful and nice. I ordered the seafood gumbo. Not too spicy. Best soup I've had in a long time. I ordered these French fries with crab on them and some type of garlic sauce. Fries looked to be made from scratch. Very tasty. I ordered these 3 large blue crabs. Not a fan of picking them apart but they were cooked perfectly and tasted good. They don't broil their crabs cakes and so I chose actual crabs. I'd go back. Not too far from Philly and worth the trip, even if you're not going down to the shore.

This is a local bar with amazing seafood. We started off with the crab soup (not shown) which was rich and creamy. Then we had the real loaded crappy fries which hands down where some of the best fries I've ever had and I consider myself a French fry expert. They were crispy crunchy fries (not breaded) topped with real crab meat and a garlic aïoli sauce which had a taste of vinegar what a great combination. I ate so many that I couldn't finish my meal. My husband had the shrimp fra diavolo which had just the right amount of spice and firm shrimp. I had the ahi tuna steak blackened with broccoli which was cooked perfectly meaning it was raw. The place itself is lit much to look at. Picnic tables covered in paper and dollar bills hanging from the ceiling. Services was fine.

Crabby's is a classic dive bar, but improved! Serving fresh seafood, they offer many nights with all you can eat crab variations including blue crab claws, snow crabs and dungeness crabs. Service is fast and friendly, with a full bar.

Historically a fun place. Still looks the same. Kind of pricey. No salads on menu! Wtf. Limited veggie options. Seafood is overpriced.

We had such a great meal here. They brought crusty bread with a Kalamata hummus, which you could definitely taste the garlic, luckily we both love garlic. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin kebabs which comes with a pilaf and vegetables, and he just about licked the plate clean, saying it wasn't dried out or overcooked. I ordered the salmon, which also came with the pilaf and vegetables. I tend to be picky about my fish since it's so easy to overcook. This salmon might have been the best fish I've ever had. It was seared quickly but not so long as to overcook it or dry it out. I forgot to take a picture of dessert, but we had the chocolate mousse that comes with vanilla ice cream. Yeah, it was as good as the rest of the meal. Another plus for this restaurant is the acoustic tiles, so you can hear the people at your table and you don't have to yell for them to hear you. The whole place is surrounded by windows plus a lovely seating area outside it was a bit humid so we chose inside. After introductions we received our bread it had a wonderful spread my wife thought tapenade and our friend thought it was hummus. It didn't matter both bread and topping were right on right on right on. For starters I got grilled shrimp perfect example of the Greek fare lemon garlic and herbs I had to share one w my wife and was very sad I had too. One friend got dolmades grape leaves stuffed w rice and herbs my wife and him enjoyed them and loved how the y hit all the spots and were true to form our other friend got the melintzandalata an eggplant dip that had a zing to it served with pita bread. The dip was good the pita over the top good wished I had ordered a side with my entree but I from what I tried I'll be back to order the pita again. Onto the entrees oh everything was perfectly timed and service was once agai beyond lovely no rush just letting old friends eat and enjoy. Oh so two had the salmon and loved it. One had the pork loin kabob thoroughly enjoyed gave a two thumbs. My entree was the filet mignon kabob. Had peppers and onion with it plus rice pilaf w house veggies I scarfed it down like a last meal it was that good came w a side of tzatziki sauce. Everything was tender hot and tasty. Plus we got a side of lemon potatoes I must say we are spoiled we used to live blocks from south street souvlaki whos lemon potatoes we loved these were just as good. We spit them and again I wanted them for myself but share and share alike.. everything was so much my wife and I had enough room to try a dessert we got the mosaic which was a frozen choco mousse with a cookie in it topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream w choco sauce with a cookie in between. It was a little bit hard to break with a spoon but we ate every last piece. And enjoyed it I personally would have been happy with a chocolate mousse on the softer side but it was desert and we tried it and ate every piece leaving nothing on the plate Ice cream and sauce were a great accompaniment. Anyway we have lived in villas for a while and this is the first time we were not disappointed. We can't wait to go back hoping my wife will be up for it next week we wanted to impress our friends and thanks to olive branch we did. Oh the server kept my iced tea full and to me that's huge I drink s lot of iced tea. Coffee was a hit they brewed up some decaf fresh for my wife yeah so that's it don't sleep on olive branch it's GREATTTTT!!!!
