Tried the restaurant again after several years of not eating here. Previously swore I would never return but I heard mgmt and menu changed thought we would try. Ordered grouper melt, 1.5 lb Bairdi crab, and Key West combo. Also got two top shelf margaritas. Food wise Key west combo was good but grouper was dry, seasoning was spot on. Grouper melt had too much bread, fish was lost in bread, cheese and onions. Bairdi crab was good, slightly overcooked and overpriced at $60.98. Sadly the fries were probably the best thing on my plate. Drinks are weak, tequila was undetectable due to terrible sickening sweet margarita mix Service slow and server seemed to care less. Ambiance is loud and seating uncomfortable. Would not recommend and won't be back for the price better options in Lake Nona. read more

We hadn't been back to Crabby Bills in quite some time after a couple of not-so-pleasant experiences. Last night, I feel the team has made a great turnaround and I look forward to more visits. With a picturesque backdrop of East Lake Toho from the patio, is one of the best spots in St. Cloud for scenery and a meal/cocktails. We enjoyed our meals and only hit one snag... and this is where I say the turnaround was most evident. The manager was stopping by tables to ensure a great meal and service. We assured her the service, food timing, and overall experience was very good. I had a disliking for the fried fish that came with my meal. The food here is very well made. A little pricey so ask what market prices are. The dining room could use a little update but it's a nice crab joint. The staff are very good. The view of the lake is nice but it's a west view so plan around the sun setting if you don't want the shades pulled down. Maybe an upgraded sun shade is the answer so the marina can be viewed. read more

Fabulous lunch waterside! Jordon our waiter was efficient and very professional. Two of us had the Grouper melt- was fresh and absolutely delicious! Wife and I were giving the place another try after hearing it was under new ownership. We were seated quickly and reviewed the new menu as boats moved about outside on the lake. Clam chowder had an overbearing taste (liquid smoke is my guess) , calamari was good, HogSnapper, one of my favorite fish. We ordered the grouper melt (side thousand island because I saw others and it had a lot more than I normally would want) and the steak tacos. The grouper was great, as was the Caribbean street corn that I upgraded to. Flaky and well seasoned. The steak in the steak tacos was a little tough & it came with a lot of raw onions on it, which my fiancé wasn't expecting because the menu didn't indicate that. It was ok. Fries were well seasoned & cooked perfectly. I wish the server had come back sooner after we had our meals dropped off. Beer selection was limited. Whiskey selection was very basic. Prices were extremely reasonable and it had a wide selection of fruity cocktails if that is your preference. Service was ok. We could see other servers that really seemed to be hitting it out of the ballpark, so it was probably just an off day for ours. Giving it a 4 out of 5 because it seemed like a fluke. I went there with my family who's on vacation so we got the Nachos, Piña Colada, Clam Chowder, and Key-lime Pie. I thought let's start with that and then we can order our meal later. The staff were friendly and atmosphere was nice but the food was horrible. Nachos were super salty, clump up cheese and the jalapeño peppers were huge, the piña colada was too sweet. It was just coco López and ice, no pineapples or pineapple flavor. The clam chowder was decent but the key lime pie was too sour. We started off with the Amazing Shrimp and Feta Toast! Honestly, we thought this was a weird combo, but I can not tell you enough how delicious this was! We also accompanied this with fresh hush puppies! Hubby had the Shrimp & Grits and his only words were..."Mouthwatering" I had the Blackened Grouper with baked Mac & cheese & broccoli. I will say I loved the grouper, just perfectly cooked and the seasoning was perfect, not too overpowering. The baked Mac & cheese was a little disappointing honestly! No "wow" factor, but still good. Delicious fried calamari and gator bites, watch out for the fried spicy peppers included, they have some heat! The grilled fish and shrimp combo was pretty good. We checked out this spot after doing the drive thru safari at Wild Florida. My boyfriend and I both love seafood and enjoy trying new spots whenever we are out and about so it sounded perfect! We went in between typical lunch and dinner rush times, so there was no wait. They have indoor and outdoor seating options so you can enjoy a water view outside or enjoy the relaxed atmosphere inside. Our server was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal and all of the other team members we encountered were friendly as well. We ordered gator tail as a starter and I ordered their Caribbean mahi mahi sandwich blackened with cheese with mac and cheese as a side. My boyfriend ordered their crab cake meal with fries and cheese grits. The gator tail was very juicy and tender and had a tasty dipping sauce. They also include deep fried cherry peppers for a little kick! My sandwich was very delicious and had a generous amount of mahi mahi. The mac and cheese was amazing. It was very creamy and cheesy just as mac should be. I tasted my boyfriend's crab cakes and grits and though those were delicious as well. I went to Crabby Bill's on a Friday night with my fiance. The parking lot was full, but there was plenty of parking available along the streets at the entrance. Our wait time was less than 5 minutes, even though the place was pretty busy. Service was excellent, and the outdoor views were beautiful, even though it was dark. I ordered the Dragon Fruit Margarita and my fiance had a drink with Casamigos in it (we forgot the name) they were both delicious, mine was just a little too sweet. We had the calamari appetizer which was a small portion and a little too salty, which is disappointing because the calamari were actually very tender. I had the coconut shrimp (with 2 sides)...BEST COCONUT SHRIMP EVER...large, sweet, and crispy. My fiance said his hog snapper meal (also a generous portion) was delicious. There was a gentleman playing live music, which added to the ambiance, along with the beautiful full moon. We ordered two slices of key lime pie to go. We live within walking distance to Crabby's. Today (3/20/2026) was our first visit ever. Here are my thoughts. Overall experience was good. BUT... We sat for more than ten minutes before someone finally asked us if we had been helped. We said no and she rolled her eyes so there's a disconnect with the staff about who's doing what. Next to us was a table that was never bussed after the last guests. We were there for 45 minutes and sat next to a dirty table the whole time while the birds picked through the trash. Equals more disconnected staff coordination which means management is not involved. Kinda like any fast food joint, the picture on the menu of the big fat juicy looking crab roll sandwich was pretty far from what you get; as few spoonfuls of crab on a dry roll. DISAPPOINTING THERE. Bland. Not much flavor. The patio was nice but hadn't been swept likely all day. It was filthy. More management/staff disconnect. Prices were high for the scrawny sandwich but prices are high everywhere theses days. There's a lot of room for improvement. Great location. Great environment and view. I think the staff underperforms which is a leadership issue. Whoever the GM is, he or she is not in touch with the customer experience. If I were the owner I'd be hopping mad. Get it together people. Haven't decide whether a second chance is in our future. Right now, there's nothing drawing us back. read more

On my birthday, my husband brought me and friends to this restaurant for dinner. The place was neat, the servers were all friendly and the food was good. Very flavorful. I've read good reviews on this restaurant but, that night, wasn't perfect as I wished it to be. Our server keeps forgetting our friends correct ordered sides. First, they indicated no cheese. Food came out with cheese. So, the server changed it and was apologetic. 2nd, she kept missing to put the fries out. Twice. We just took the fries home. All in all, it was ok. We also had the calamari but there were hot peppers so, kinda now we're used to. Lemonade was perfect, Long Island ice tea was doable as per hubby. So me and the Wife decided after living in the area (7yrs) to give Crabby Bills a try, Saturday night 8:30pm walked in and immediately sat, young lady host who greeted us was beyond nice, escorted us to our table all the while the staff greeting us as well, ( very nice) the host also while seating us gave us the nightly specials! restaurant was at 35% capacity including the outside dining area, which by the way you should sit because of the view and live entertainment, we choose the inside and we're seated, immediately approached by our server to take a cocktail order, nice small talk about our first time in the restaurant, drinks were delivered in under 5 mins, wife had a frozen drink and boring me had a Pepsi, server went over the specials again and gave recommendations, never trying to over sell, we started with the Hush puppies and Baked clams with parmesan and garlic, for the main course, I had the surf and turf 12oz NY strip and Snow crab cluster, Wife had the Shrimp Feta toast appetizer as her main, apps on the table in 10-12 mins, truth be told I'm all about the presentation however taste is everything, the clams tasted fantastic just alittle boring on the plate with no garnish, all good, hush puppies were fantastic as well. Mains arrived about 5 mins after the apps were removed however before that I believe the manager stopped over for a visit, very nice lady and a nice touch! Mains perfect! Hot! steak temp (MR) perfect, server check back in 2 mins all the while refilling drinks and detailing the table! Wow! We didn't get dessert, wife was tired however, we will return.
