When I picked up the board, the repairs were spot on and the color matching of the turquoise green color of my board was spot on. Got to meet the repair guy and he was super friendly and chill . Great guys at this place! Gonna be my go to spot for any future repairs.

CHANCE, the board and wetsuit manager, walked me through seams, thickness, materials, and zippers, explaining how each one plays a role in keeping you warm. He also helped double-check the fit on the suits I tried. Super helpful. Knows his stuff. BUYING EXPERIENCE DANIEL, holding it down downstairs, was welcoming and easy to talk to. Told me to swing back any time I needed gear or had questions. Solid vibe. THE #1 SPOT FOR WETSUITS & SURF GEAR They've got a full floor dedicated to wetsuits--and not just any suits, but legit options. If you surf in California, like I do, you'll want a 3/2mm full suit. The Xcel suits they carry are top-tier--way better than the cheap Amazon ones. Sure, they're a little pricier, but they actually keep you warm and hold up. If you're looking for a wetsuit, new board, or surf gear, check out Inflight first. You'll be stoked you did.

Cat and…read moreDom are really good and caring instructors who prepared us with solid basic dry land instructions and made sure we are comfortable getting in the water. FYI, we haven't even been at the beach since covid. So, yeah... first time in the water in a while and learning how to surf. With great instructors anything is possible and it is never too late to learn something new. In the water they made sure we were safe and guided us thoroughly. My wife was able to stand on the board on her first wave. It was really fun. I needed more help and they were always there to coach us right along. We are definitely coming back for more surf lessons. If you want to learn give them a call.

The communication was excellent, responses were prompt, and the team genuinely cared about helping my niece achieve her goal--standing up on a surfboard (just like she dreamed!). They didn't just focus on the end result--they spent over two hours patiently working with her, correcting her form, and building her confidence every step of the way. Cat is amazing, Bjorn was incredibly patient and encouraging, and Rosa was so sweet! We couldn't have asked for a better team. Highly, highly recommend!

During this time of year, the beaches are less crowded and much more desirable (at least for me)…read more I go to the beach for therapeutic purposes. Not so much for those coppertone tans I once yearned for every time I see the beach. But I do like the sun for some vitamin D. It is a good walk on the sands if you park here and take a round-trip walk to the opposite end of seal beach then back, which easily adds to those 10,000-step goal. I like just walking along the jetty and spotting those cute little squirrels. They like posing for my photos lol. Super therapeutic just hearing the sounds of the waves hit the shore. Look for beach closures though. Today there is a tsunami warning for west coast and is closed. And beaches are closed for swimming due to sewage spills a couple weeks ago. Oh and when husband and I go for walks, we always find plastic debris on the beaches and feel obligated to do our part to clean up. So always bring along a bag for beach clean up. Let is do our part to keep our beaches pristine. Parking is paid though and Passport app or parking kiosk.
