I'm tired from a long week and just able to relax in life. Bought a convertible sports car at 70... Steamed Shrimp Pound Cream Of Crab
Joe M.

Superb evening with my lovely wife! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great conversation, nice music, excellent service, by many.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a Friday evening, long ass week, and I need a drink(s), steamed shrimp, with a good atmosphere, close to home![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

broiled crab cakes with mashed potatoes

Broiled crab cakes with a side of Caesar salad and of macaroni and cheese. They took my order quickly and the food was great. Waiters wandered off after I got my entree and I had to ask for my to-go box and check. That may be because they had two waiters. Perhaps each waiter thought that the other waiter was helping me. Drinks menu should have a mocktail, dealcoholized wine, or alcohol free beer. After all, most people drive here, and there is at least one non-drinker in every group: the driver. Make the driver happy and they will bring the drinkers back!

Chesapeake Burger on a side salad

I had two back to back meals here while staying at a nearby hotel. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a very nice and welcoming looking place inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bartenders were all very friendly. I sat at the bar. I had a couple Tito's and soda and then I ordered the crab soup & the house salad with a broiled crab cake. They brought a fried crab cake and I had ordered the broiled, so they apologized and they did exchange that for a broiled crab cake which took about 10 minutes but I was not in a hurry. The following afternoon I returned & had 2 Loose Cannon IPA's. I appreciated that they give you a frosted glass with your bottled beer. I ordered the Chesapeake burger with no bun and instead I added it to a side salad and they gave me a bowl for the side salad instead of a plate which was nice. That burger was delicious because it is topped with a crab dip and then a slice of cheddar with lump crab meat on top. I also had another bowl of the Maryland crab soup, which is very good. There is a private parking lot out front with plenty of parking. I would definitely eat there again because they have a very large menu with lots of choices. I would not hesitate eating a lunch or dinner here if I was staying in one of the local hotels. Be advised that there is a credit card surcharge so it is cheaper if you pay by cash.

Cadillac margarita

Not sure what I was expecting when I came here but I typically have good luck with pubs when it comes to eating and drinking. We were immediately greeted upon entry and I'm glad because I'm not familiar with this area so I didn't know what I was walking in to. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The vibes were typical pub vibes, a decent size bar and overall dining area.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We sat at the bar assuming it was happy hour and we wanted to see what was offered. Even tho the menu was extensive, their happy hour was more like "small discount hour" with items being a few dollars off. We opted to just order as usual with two Cadillac margaritas that were great sizes and strong! I ordered the Maryland cream of crab soup which was just ok, a blackened chicken Ceasar which was AMAZING and huge! I think I loved the fact that the chicken was just as much as the romaine, I ate the whole thing. Needless to say I'll be back here, the salad and 15.00 drinks sold me. Definitely a place to check out in the Aberdeen area.

Tuna appetizer

General atmosphere for a pub. Beautiful sunny day so I opted to sit on the patio. A little warm since they still had the patio window areas closed. Still nice to be outside. The server was very pleasant and attentive. Cream of crab soup was delicious. I had a side salad - that was not very impressive and there was a glaring bad spot on the sliced cucumber. The seared tuna appetizer was great. Heavy handed on the blackened seasoning but I enjoyed it none the less. I will go back if in the area again.

Convenient to our hotel. Food was ok. I asked for mozzarella on my Philly steak and got provolone. It was tasty, but not what I ordered.

Food was pretty good. Crab dip real good. Service was timely and the owner seemed to make his rounds to welcome everyone.

Overall, the brass tap is a chill establishment with a rather decent craft beer selection. While I…read morewas there, I have enjoyed a few of their appetizers of which the buffalo cauliflower is a must. It was very flavorful, and the overall taste profile was phenomenal. Not overbearing and it also has the Nashville hot seasoning, which is a nice touch. Of the times I went there it was fairly slow and I think that it's just due to the lack of live entertainment and also advertising any special events. For example, I was there on 'May the Fourth' which would have been a great opportunity for them to have maybe some themed trivia to draw people in. They have space for live music and based on what staff has said they want more live music there but they've struggled to get entertainers in without having to book well in advance. The only reason I am not giving 5 Stars is because the vibe could use some work. Their outdoor patio is under utilized, and has the chance to be a much nicer outdoor seating area. Just a few missed opportunities. For all you IPA lovers (like myself) they have plenty of great craft beers on tap and plenty of IPA's to satisfy your cravings.

I think their pizza was the best thing on the menu and beer selection is a highlight, but plenty of other evening places to eat and drink at in the area.

One of my brothers is obsessed with this place!!…read more After the first time this is his most requested ask. He enjoyed the hush puppies they bring out to start with their honey butter, and the food in general. He ordered the shrimp pasta which he has stated is his favorite and has ordered it each time we come. I have ordered the stuffed flounder, the Mac and cheese, and a salad and I was not disappointed. There is plenty of booth seats, bar seating, high top seating and even some outside seating. It can get a bit loud inside when they are busy. All in all it's a great place to go for lunch, dinner or even a date.

Happy hour everyday day of the week parking is easy attentive and friendly staff I noticed a few regulars came in and they were remembered. Idk it felt like a friendly, familiar atmosphere because of that.. if that makes sense? lol The complementary hush puppies (no dipping sauce, just something drizzled) and the coconut shrimp were my favorites. The Asian salad dressing made it a little less enjoyable for me, but one of the managers said that many people love it (I asked what was in the sauce, I didn't share my feedback) ‍ btw: the rice noodles in it are the fried/crunchy vermicelli type of noodles. I also ordered two of the blueberry lemon drops which were sweet and amaazing!

Great place to grab delicious food and good drinks. They also have some great Happy Hour deals. We…read moreordered a spicy margarita and a beer that was on tap (hazy IPA) that were both good. The spicy margarita was the perfect blend of heat and sweet (Sean was the bartender that made it). We ordered cheesesteak egg rolls (these alone are worth stopping into this place), sweet potato fries, tuna tenders, and the creamy tomato soup which is served like French onion soup is in a crock with melted cheese. Do not skip this soup! We were satisfied with all of the food choices. Every single bartender was super attentive and constantly checking to make sure that we were getting everything we wanted and needed. They were all super friendly and attentive. This is your typical bar atmosphere where everyone is friendly and people are enjoying themselves. There's two separate bar areas and ample seating around the main bar, as well in the other room. There is a back entrance and a front entrance into this restaurant. We have been to private functions here before. If you are looking for a venue for up to 150 people, check them out. They have very reasonable prices for catering and the set up of your own private room with your own private bar is a great option when hosting a gathering. The parking could be an issue as they have a very small lot. There are metered lots and streets nearby though so as long as you don't mind a super quick walk, you will be fine. I must repeat- get the cheesesteak egg rolls and the tomato soup.

This is a review of MaGerk's food truck at the Fallston Fire Department event on April 4th…read more In my opinion, an eatery's food truck should be an advertisement for the quality of the food at the main establishment. Therefore the food should be first rate. Not the case for the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich I ordered. In a word, it was terrible. Basically it was greasy hamburger meat spread over a mediocre bun, with little or no detectable cheese. I through most of it away. The fries I ordered were greasy and tasteless as well. My wife had their Smash burger, and that also was mediocre at best. NOT a good experience. Needless to say, I will not be ordering any more food from their food truck, nor will I go to their main establishment.
