We always love Cracker Barrel! I have celiac disease and they have a wide variety of food here that I can eat. I particularly love the spicy, grilled catfish! If you put that along side, some sweet tea, or some southern half-and-half, you've got an excellent meal going on. The service seems to always be top notch. I am not one who likes to sit and wait for somebody to fill up my drink and there is always someone there just doing that. And what can I say about the aura and ambience of this place. It always makes you think about things from your past as you look at the cool decorations on the walls. The only thing is some of those things that are considered history, I remember as a kid. I guess that says I'm getting old.

Good for a Cracker Barrel. It took our server forever to come back to the table. We both ran out of drinks water and tea, we both asked for an extra item and we had to flag down another server. The kale salad was not good it tasted old. The okra was cold. Other items were good. Fast food service. Bathrooms needed to be check.

Hey Y'All! What do you do for dinner out when you have 18 people from the north in the midst of southern cuisine territory? Heck ya go for some great local BBQ but wait ... we have teens those pesky rascals and some adults who are not adventurous enough to sit outside a smoker eating their collards. So, I was out voted ... actually I may have been the only naysayer in the choice of this national roadside mainstay ... a corporate success story molded in a country feel where you start out by spending a minute or two in the obligatory rockin'chair sit a spell option outside the store. Yes, store ... well actually restaurant... do people actually plan shopping trips to Cracker Barrel and skip the eating? If you paid attention to their post experience online survey you'd think the store meant as much or more to management than the meal does but we came for the meal. TWENTY NORTHERNERS worn out from a day's adventure of hiking, swimming and parental moments of chastisement. All walking right through the country store past cast iron griddle pans, country music and Miss Trish's cookbook prepared with loving notes about Garth. I took the back of the pack position not wanting to see the host's face when this smelly throng appeared but we were taken immediately with total ... and I mean TOTAL COMPLETE COMPREHENSIVE AMAZING warmth! We were their guests and they wanted us to sit a spell to enjoy their corporate menu of southern food. Yes, you can close your eyes, kick your heels and wish upon a star before sitting down at another Cracker Barrel and not know one from the other. They go out of their way to accent the walls with antique imagery from the surrounding community but 19th century Americana looks like 19th century Americana wherever you are. Cracker Barrel's corporate management obviously insures that each restaurant looks exactly alike ... including the peg game on the table (Sadly, ours was missing a golf tee which made playing the game more challenging for the adults who immediately chose that options while the teens were busy with their electronic devices.). Ok, the menu is the same one I looked at in Clarence New York and in Mount Laurel New Jersey. If you have seen one Cracker Barrel menu you know what it looks like. If you haven't ... the menu's tell a great story of country vittles. Yes, there are greens ... and corn bread ... and gravy plus meatloaf and fried chicken. Cured ham and sweet potato. Always a deal of the day plus some country lemonade and sweet tea! Someday by accident I am going to walk into the kitchen of one of these corporate eateries looking for the rest room to see if there are chefs actually cooking or if there is just a collection of microwaves heating the prepackaged corporate food because at places like CRACKER BARREL the food always tastes the same ... I do give CRACKER BARREL an edge in that where it is made on site or in some factory the food always tastes pretty darn good. So, why the 4 starts for a formulated corporate restaurant attached to a country store located just off an interstate to maximize traffic through its doors. SERVICE ... it's all about being treated the right way! These folks kept checking on us ... caring for us ... filling our water glass ... a young man who I assume was the manager in his country look including a bow tie came smiling to our tables at the end of the meal askin 'did y'all have a good meal?' They truly wanted to see if they could do anything for us. And then the bonus ... 'would you like to give y'all separate checks?' Would we? WOW ... we don't have to figure out 20 checks ... bingo bonus .. you bet y'all (BTW ... y'all can be used to address one individual or a group of individuals. I learned that down in the holler!)! So, we checked out in the store ... hit the road and the other adults said "that's why we always stop at this Cracker Barrel each year when we come to Kentucky on our mission trips. Weren't they awesome?" Yes, they were and my food (The SAMPLER) was hot and yummy filling my tummy to a point that I couldn't eat a third cornbread muffin. Good job corporate Kentucky restaurant store ... and if I had just a wee bit more time I might have bought Miss Trish's cookbook to learn what special things she cooks for Garth!

On a caravan trip with family to virginia, we made a pit stop at this Cracker Barrel for lunch. The wait was long. I can't say that I would have willingly waiting this long to eat Cracker Barrel, but my hands were tied. There were multiple people not wearing masks and perusing the store - I immediately decided to wait outside. Yikes! The dining area was adequately spaced, and I felt super comfortable there. The wait to get a table was long, and you could tell the server was busy. I ordered the chicken tenders, due to nothing sounding great at the time. The food was fine - pretty standard Cracker Barrel fare. Our server was nice and attentive. The hash brown casserole wasn't my favorite, but the fried apples were enjoyable. All in all, this was par for the course.

Despite the wait due to limited seating with COVID regs, the food was delicious and the service friendly. Once we sat down, we didn't have long to wait to get out brunch hot and tasty. This Cracker Barrel never disappoints!

I loved the ambiance it put off instantly It feels homey and inviting. Food... I had the Londonian salad, with the honey vinegarett dressing. My husband had the pork burger with blackberry bacon jam. SCRUMPTIOUS!!! Their pickles are so yummy. We were sorry they didn't sell them Miss Shayleigh (sorry if it's spelled wrong) is an excellent server. Such a kind personality and she was very helpful to these old tourists. Looking forward to our sightseeing tomorrow Last and certainly not least, dessert... Their version of bread pudding was FOR ONCE, not a disappointment! Thank you for creating the most wonderful dessert. WOWZER!!!!!! ENJOY!

The freshness of the salad was right from the garden and the homemade breadcrumbs jumped out with flavor. I had the large Pear Dream salad, so vibrant and tasty and a bowl of the corn chowder. Carrie was the most gracious and hospitable server and is a true asset along with the chef! Well done!

We rented a boat, gassed up the boat, parked in the lot, used the facilities, and ate a lunch here…read more Boat rental: super smooth process. Boat was exactly as advertised, clean, and comfortable. Upon gassing up for return, they pulled it around to the slip saving us the trouble. Refueling: they have long enough pumps to refill in any orientation against the dock. Staff were quick to provide pump service. Car parking lot: some concrete, some gravel, minimal shade, short walk across a concrete dock to the marina Facilities: bathrooms are tight, but I'm guessing that's so they could fit in two stalls instead of just one. Main door + curtains on stalls. No baby changer (no space). Lunch: We ate around 12:30, after breakfast was over (over at noon I think), menu was basic, but there were enough options - wings, tenders, sandwiches, pizzas, nachos, etc. Drink service was prompt and our water pitcher was refilled as needed. Our food came out and everything tasted just as described, no complaints! (But lets be honest, you come here for convenience, not the food, nothing to rave about) Dining area was as clean as you can expect from an open air atmosphere (a few stray gnats, but that can't be avoided). Biggest downside to the marina: No WiFi and no cell reception. (Download any maps you need before you head out for the day!)

DO NOT COME HERE ON A HOLIDAY. Ive been to a lot of marinas. And this one by far was the worst one…read moreI've ever been too in my entire life. 1. We had to clean our own table off to sit somewhere. 2. They were out of ice so no one had any cold beverages, and the bartenders were so rude about it refusing to make drinks even though we said no ice was fine and also they out of majority of liquor. 3. We came on 4th of July and there was only 3 waitresses running the entire restaurant, we waited 3 hours on our food order just to find out they cancelled it 2 hours ago. Then they had to retake our order another 3 times to get it put in. 4. When the food finally came 4 hours later, the burgers came out raw, and was still missing half our order. 5. Then they tried to charge us for food we didn't even get. The management for this place really needs to do better. You'd think they would be more proactive about stocking liquors and assign more waitresses than usual for a holiday. And also if your entire restaurant out of ice should a manager go buy bags of ice to help the business do well on one of the busiest nights for a marina? I'm Baffled and what a shit show it was.
