I absolutely love Cracker Barrel and this location is no different! Super easy to be seated right away at dinner time on a Friday night and our food and drinks came out as soon as we ordered it. We did have to ask for silverware a few times, for ketchup (which never came), and for jam with our biscuits. The service wasn't the best but everyone that helped us was nice! They seemed a bit short staffed honestly. Our food was delicious as always. My go-to chicken and dumplings were perfect! The usual creaminess was more water like consistency and honestly I enjoyed it more. The carrots and corn sides were fantastic and soft. My husband ordered the meatloaf, hash brown casserole, and fried okra. To be honest service was quick and not much people out at5 pm for early dine. I specifically ordered the southern fried chicken because I wanted a fried chicken leg. What I got was some crazy looking chicken fried steak. The guy at the stand repeated what I said too. I also got a chef salad but for the size of the salad you should have 2 containers of dressing vs one. They package the salad on top of the warm food so when I went to look at the chicken container all I could see was the sides. I've been to many of these Cracker Barrels over the years. I enjoy the hometown feel of this place and the fun gift shop up front. We stopped in here for some breakfast after a long drive. The restaurant was nice and the food came out at a decent time. Unfortunately customer service was severely lacking this time around. I know breakfast tables turn over over quick, but our waitress was already in a hurry to get rid of us once we sat. My Sunrise Sampler was good, but I felt they were a little chintzy on my side of hashbrown casserole (I ate it in 3 bites). I loveeeeee their French toast!! I literally get the Same thing everytime i go for breakfast and it never gets old! The country store is so cute to walk around and look at all the seasonal stuff for sale although it is a little overpriced. The staff is usually very friendly and even though I always go on Sunday and have to fight the church crowd we usually get sat without 10-15 min. On June 1st 2025, me and my family visited during a long and strenuous motorcycle ride, we sat down at 9:30 and the entire section we were sat in was empty. 20 minutes later the section filled up due to church traffic coming in. At 10:20 our food hadn't even been thought of, while every table in the section had been served their food including a round table with a considerable amount of people more than us. After excuse and excuse as to why our food and drinks were taking so long, we decided to leave without having received our food that we had ordered over 45 minutes prior. They then decided to hand us a ticket totaling $86 in an attempt to have us pay the full bill. After the manager was explained as to what occurred, he then tried to rectify the situation by not making us pay for the soft drinks that we had received in the meantime.
