Server Ashley delivered our favorite classic Cracker Barrel breakfast with the delicious seasonal treat DIY hot chocolate. Cracker Barrel had previously updated menu offerings, removing our longtime favorites Sunrise Sampler. The holiday cinnamon French toast is a perfect addition to the breakfast menu. Today's offerings is a nice return to what has been a legacy of home cooked food prepared consistently. Ashley is an upbeat and cheerful server who made our lunch experience great. Thank you Cracker Barrel for staying true to your roots.

Stop here early, around 8 a.m., and restaurant was not busy at all. I was sat very fast, in the back corner of an empty room (odd so far away from servers). Waitress came out with a menu and drinks fast. Ordered biscuits and gravy with side of scrambled eggs. Waitress says "add bacon or sausage for $1" I do. Biscuits and gravy came out fast, so good. But the eggs and sausage did not. She apologizes and goes back. About 10 minutes later, the eggs come out with 2 burnt and hard sausage patties. She apologized for the wait. Eggs tasted great, and sausage patties were straight trash. Odd encounter at such an empty Cracker Barrel.

Another delicious breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Service was spot on. The new items, Benny's Benedict and pancakes tacos are a neat variation on some classics.

My first Cracker Barrel breakfast! We had it catered so we had a bunch of different foods here. I've been told that the breakfast is the thing to come here for so I was excited to try it out! The biscuits were very dense. Warmed up with melted butter, these were great. Underneath a spoonful of sausage gravy... delicious! But overall there were too dense for me. Also not a fan of their french toast. Now I'm not a huge fan of it in general so take that into account. You can tell these are 100% homemade though! It's definitely not frozen! Hash browns are THE BEST!! I didn't know they put cheese in there until I took my first bite. Yes ma'am, may I have another? The bacon and sausage were great!

Decided to get dinner with my mom, brother and service dog. Our server's name was Jariah. While we were seated quickly, when we placed our orders, several things were missing and the server seemed to push back at several requests like biscuits with our meal. I asked for a to-go bowl for water for my service dog and was brought a glass of water then when I asked for the bowl was told they are not allowed to provide those for animals. I shrugged it off and went ahead with the meal since I lived close anyways, although have never been told this before anywhere including this restaurant. We had to ask several times for condiments, to go containers, etc. before another server, Nikki(Nick) who was a 3 star server came and saved the day fixing all of the errors Jariah made so far. I never got a refill on my drink until I asked and it was ready to leave. Also the chicken tenders this visit were pretty heavily battered causing parts to be hard to eat and chew. My mom and brother seemed to like their food once they got everything they needed. Service was pretty subpar other than Nikki but it appeared to be mostly new staff as he was the only one we saw that had an embroidered apron with stars and our server Jariah didn't even have a name tag I had to get her name from the receipt. I'm not a huge Cracker Barrel fan but my family enjoys it and this just wasn't a good experience. I can see why they are rated 3.5 stars at the moment. I really hope they get better staff.

How expensive it is for the food they provided that was burnt.

Went for breakfast at 11:30 AM after having ordered our breakfast the waitress forgot part of our breakfast and cheese was added to the potatoes, even though I didn't ask for it. I'm allergic to it so I asked her for a plain potatoes. She seemed very annoyed having 2 cups of coffee and two pancakes with some eggs that I didn't eat because my potatoes were cold. I waited. She never came back and then when she did, they were burnt. She kept checking on all the tables around us, calling them her girls and we went unnoticed. Our coffees were not refilled another disappointment in the Daytona Beach area would not go back. The bill is $35. That's ridiculous. It's just pancakes were ok then 2 cold eggs, burnt potatoes, a hard piece of sausage a small cold slice of ham, ham that was all fat and one burn piece of bacon. Very disappointed in a service. It was a cold day today and a place felt cold won't go back. And the reason I won't go back is because the waitress kept going to three tables that had women at it and just ask them. How are my girls? She did this to three different tables. What can I get for you? What can I do for you and our table? We couldn't even get ketchup, refill on coffee. My husband asked for an order of toast that never came out. She brought the potatoes that were burnt when she brought the bill but then everything else was cold. I left it there and she didn't even ask why. Really went downhill..

Cracker Barrel will always be my fave restaurant idc. Since all of my friends are in their 20's, now one ever wants to go with me lol. So I usually have to find people at least 60+ to go with but... When we were on vacation for New Year's weekend, we stopped by this location, since it was basically in the parking lot of the Daytona speedway. We had just finished a two hour long museum visit and tour. I convinced my bf to go here because he was hungry, and it was the closest restaurant. ***LOCATION*** The perfect spot to go after visiting Daytona speedway! It is literally in the parking lot. They have their own lot too, so plenty of parking, as per usual at basically every Cracker Barrel. ***EXPERIENCE*** Our waiter was super friendly! Brought us lots of biscuits & cornbread! I just realized you can now get drinks at Cracker Barrel, so that was fun. Always love playing checkers while waiting for a table, then playing the golf tee triangle game at the table, then perusing the vintage candy and grandma kitchen decor in the shop afterwards. I don't know why, it is always the same stuff, but it's basically a tradition. ***PRICE*** You can not go to a sit down restaurant cheaper than Cracker Barrel. I paid like 10$ for a huge plate of 4 veggies and several biscuits and cornbread. I think my mimosa was only like 5$? ***FOOD/DRINKS*** Their strawberry mimosa... 12/10! and it was so surprisingly strong. Never would I think I would be feeling a light buzz at Cracker Barrel lol. I always order the 4 veggie plate with some combination of dumplings, green beans, okra, carrots, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, or double of some of them. They are all 10/10. Biscuits are better than cornbread, only because I love honey with cornbread. Otherwise cornbread in general is too dry. I don't want to be choking on the crumbs. Idk if they have honey or not, I have never bothered to ask, but they always have jelly and the biscuits are 10/10 so I usually stick to that. Biscuits can also be kind of dry though too so def need something with either of them. My boyfriend tried meatloaf for the first time and was convinced that it is the best dish in the world. Now we can go to Cracker Barrel whenever I want because he was so obsessed with the meatloaf! (yay) ***BATHROOMS*** Clean enough. Your standard Cracker Barrel bathroom. Looks very old and uninviting but still above a gas station bathroom. ***CONCLUSION*** Cracker Barrel is always a good idea!

I haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in a long time but I decided to give it a try. Why, I have no idea but it was a regrettable decision. What the hell did Cracker Barrel's "Executive Team" do??? You got rid of the paper menus to roll out some crappy menu that looks like a Denny's. The cute names you all had for your breakfast dishes are gone! You used to give Dickinson's jams and jelly only to replace it with Smuckers. A move that was purely done to save Cracker Barrel money and give their customers a cheaper product. The portion sizes have certainly shrunk as well as there is maybe 3 ounces of hashbrowns and the eggs are medium size at best. The changes Cracker Barrel will come back to haunt them as there is nothing here that is crave-able. Prices have gone up! Portions have been reduced! You replaced higher end products with a cheaper alternative. I am done with Cracker Barrel. You lost your way because some clown in an executive position, who is completely detached from operations, thinks he has a better idea. You broke something that was unique! Now I see why as I sit here at 9am, along a very busy highway in Daytona Beach and there is only two other tables that are eating. Seems like you are losing or pushing away your customers.

Food is consistently good. Gotta wear blinders in the dry goods store or I'll (or you) will spend a mint!

My hubby had been working outside all day and asked if we could wait for an inside table. The host personally went and cleared/reset a table for us. My husband tried to tip him and he would not accept it. Our server was Cassandra and she was amazing. After dinner and dessert we asked for some recommendations amd she had some great ones. We had the lamb, a filet and a ny strip. All were cooked perfectly. The standout for me was the fried chicken. You can add a breast or thigh to any meal. I had a thigh and it was one of the best I have had. Crispy, tasty and the chicken itself was tender and juicy. When I come back I am definitely ordering the chicken! If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try. There is free valet parking, which is helpful since there is not a lot of parking. The valet were hustling! Did I mention the heat? Don't forget to tip them. The faster they move the higher the tip in my opinion.

The tenderness of the smoked meat was in my opinion good as I had ribs, brisket, and chicken. I was surprised that by the time I actually got my food (the meat items) that it was cold I did enjoy the candy yams as well as the baked beans had a very sweet barbecue taste to them. Although my three meat plate included chicken, I did not realize that it would not be the Baked or fried chicken, but in fact it would be smoked chicken and I know a lot of people like the fried or baked versions as do I but I guess I'll have to try that separately the next time The restaurant is a little shop as the owner is also the Cook and one person to wait tables I thought the restaurant itself was a small and cute little restaurant and it appeared to be clean so that was a big plus, but of course it appears the AC had broken down and they were having to force cooler air from one side of the building to the other I personally would go back and try a few other things, but the Mrs. wasn't in agreement As far as service, I have no issues with the service we received on our visit
