Biscuits are sad without no black raspberry jelly or apple butter!

If Cracker Barrel wants to improve they could bring back fresh Grapefruit juice option. Bring back original Cornbread dressings to the regular menu, make apple butter and homemade Black Raspberry jelly a staple with biscuits. Add Sausage links to the menu for breakfast. Have more low carb and all meat options. Hire back the sweet older ladies as servers, just have the boys carry the heavier platters. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Make it feel again like Grandma's kitchen and less like some new era concept.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Southern nostalgia and good country food fixings was why Cracker Barrel was always such a hit! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Love the fire in the fireplace during the cool fall, winter and spring days![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Not every place is 5 stars and this one was a resounding 3. Plenty of parking, no line and time to browse the gift shop. That were most of the high points. Service was quick, but lacking friendliness. I actually felt they wanted us to just go away before we ordered. I ordered the Momma's Pancake Breakfast with eggs over medium, sausage and pancakes. My eggs were over easy and all were cold. The sausage had a funky taste and not a cool funkiness. The pancakes were so cold the butter didn't melt. At least the syrup was hot! After the food was left on the table, the server disappeared until time to drop off check. Overall, somewhat disappointing!

Came here for a working breakfast with colleagues on weekday and fortunately we got there before it got busy, because within an hour there was a long line and a wait to dine in. Our server was Tara and she was helpful and knowledgeable. The menu was decent and the food tasted great. The place is clean and the others working there were also friendly and helpful. Overall, I'll definitely return!

Second plate had the skin off of 1 piece of chicken. No biscuits for either order.

When my fiancée and I ate there a couple weeks ago, the food was all seasoned to our southern taste buds just perfectly. The staff is so friendly and ready to help you with any questions. However, beware of places that say they serve several meats and vegetables. We had catfish, chicken tenders, fried chicken, hamburger steak, corn dogs, sweet and sour chicken, chicken fried steak, and chicken livers and several kinds of vegetables. Most items were warm not hot at all. The hamburger steak and the chicken fried steak looked like banquet frozen meal meat and tasted even worse. The chicken livers were inedible. They were pink inside and I have had a lot of chicken livers in my life none like these! The catfish was tough and I couldn't find one thing on the bar that even looked good. Everything is bland and the glazed carrots on the buffet were so tough and shriveled up that looked like they had been sitting for days. None of the vegetables looked good. They have a dessert bar as well with ice cream, but this is where I drew the line. When we walked over there to get dessert there was a piece of chocolate cake sitting there. We almost grabbed it until we see gnats flying out of the cake. They weren't on top of it they were flying from the inside of the cake, almost as if they have been living inside of the cake. If you look at the pecan pie picture you can see the gnat on the plate but the chocolate cake if you zoom in you can clearly see the gnats on it. Disgusting to say the least and regret even stopping in! One of the nastiest buffets I think I have been to and after spending $45.00 we should have just got us a pizza and called it a day! I hate leaving reviews like this but it needs to be said. Stay away from here it is not good at all!!! Marvin's in Fayetteville and Mildred's in Ardmore are some of the best buffets I have ever been to! 10/10 and worth the drive.

Even when the line looks long, the staff keeps things moving without ever making the order feel rushed or sloppy. What I always go back for: Cajun Filet Biscuit: It's always served steaming hot. The chicken has that perfect Southern spice that isn't overwhelming but definitely has a kick. Bo-Berry Biscuits: These are a must-buy every single time. They're consistently soft, loaded with blueberries, and topped with the right amount of icing. The Sweet Tea: It's exactly what you expect from a great Bojangles--cold, crisp, and just the right level of sweet. The team here is always friendly and they actually pay attention to the details, like making sure you have napkins and your sauces are in the bag. Buttery and flaky, like it came straight out of Grandma's kitchen. Cajun fries hit the spot too--perfectly salty with just enough kick. Solid 4 stars--messy fingers, full belly, and zero regrets.

The smell of grilled meat hits you the moment the doors swing open, and before you know it, you've got a basket of their legendary yeast rolls in front of you--warm, fluffy, and possibly more addictive than the actual meal. The vibe is loud and laid-back, with peanut shells (sometimes) on the floor and license plates on the wall. It's not fine dining, but it never pretends to be. I ordered a mesquite-grilled steak smothered in garlic butter and onions, and when it landed right, it was the kind of savory, smoky bite that makes you nod slowly like, "Yep... that's it." The sides--mac and cheese, sweet potato, and maybe a drink the size of a small bathtub--made it feel like a Southern comfort parade. The service was cheerful, even when the place got busy and orders came out a bit slower. It's one of those places where you don't go for precision--you go because you want meat, a loud booth, and a night where you can eat with your elbows on the table and not get judged. Some nights, Logan's hits it just right. Other nights? Maybe your steak's a little off or the fries are lukewarm. But either way, those rolls always bring it home.
