No matter the time or day the service never fails to disappoint. This time was no different with the exception of a hair hanging off my plate and the waitress insisting it was egg! Oh but the best part was the new egg was not a new egg but simply the old one flipped over. Nevermind the fact the hair was stuck to the meat. Yes I would love to eat meat that has had someone else's hair stuck to it. Oh and wondered why I couldn't eat and stood here insisting it was a new egg. I have photos showing otherwise. Oh the manager offered to take my meal off the ticket..... uh yea I hope so I didn't and couldn't eat it. We shouldn't be paying anything. Oh she also gave me an expired coupon and when I asked about the date she insisted they will still accept it.... unless who ever i get next time says no... lol it seems to only be this location but it has been bad since they opened a bit over 20 years ago.if you keep having turn over and service isn't changing there is a common denominator, Management, provide more training or let them go.

Bad customer service if you have a 50% off sign out in your gift shop honor it that is all

Cracker Barrel is a lovely place to shop, I enjoyed the Christmas themed decorations and the coziness of the store. There were so many trinkets and doo-dads, my mind could hardly take it. That being said the atmosphere is terrific and the attitude of the associates and staff was on point. They were generous with their time and very helpful. I ended up spending a lot more than I intended on spending but I was very happy with my purchases. I've gotten myself prepared for winter weather and also a new style and look. There are definitely some hidden gems in this store, I'm glad I stopped by. Everything was very neat and tidy, the music was nice. This is a great place to shop overall and to dine. Thank you for a good time, I will definitely be back!

Family style restaurant, nice waitress and friendly. Chicken and Dumplings were very good, okra was overcooked. Fried Catfish and hush puppies were over cooked and raw inside. The mash potatoes were dried out and slightly hard, mac & cheese was very good. The biscuits were fresh and hot and were also very good. The waitress ask if I would care to order another meal or remove the price off the bill. This moved them from a 2 star to 3 stars.

Made from scratch biscuits with their signature "sawmill" gravy.

I'm not quite sure how many times we've been to this Cracker Barrel location (we've lost count) but this one definitely seems a cut above the rest. Solid wait staff that are cordial and everything you'd hope for. The food is always as you would expect or better, and the cleanliness is great. Our waitress this visit was Amy. She was a master of her craft and managed several tables with ease and a smile. It's always great when the service staff truly enjoy their work. Its a genuine authenticity that just elevates the experience to an entirely different level. The breakfast this morning was delicious and the coffee was piping hot -- which we were particularly appreciative considering having an exhausting weekend so far. The eggs were made exactly as we ordered them, the bacon was crisp with a nice smoked flavor. My wife's pancakes were fluffy with that unique slight griddle crisped edge that were perfect. Great visit. We've been here dozens of times and I know we'll be back dozens more.

    All of it!

We were seated by a young man, in training named Aiden and he was pleasant and cheerful, gave us our menus and ordered our drinks. Awesome. Proudly serving Pepsi products, I must say that the post-mix is perfect (not too sweet and the right amount of carbonation - awesome.). Soon we were visited by our server, Destiny, who was very nice and upbeat. Awesome. I ordered the Gyro Burger ( monstrous burger with lettuce tomato, and onions topped with what the menu only called "Gyro Meat" (please say yee-roh). Well, let me confirm that it is indeed absolutely authentic schwarma! Some of the best I have ever had! With tzatziki sauce and feta cheese. AWESOME. A huge bowl of amazing fries on the side, and I spent 20 minutes in heaven. Many thanks to the afore mentioned front of the house ( special shout out to Gage as trainer/bussman) and somebody kiss the cook because I am taken! I HIGHLY recommend Main Street Cafe' and by the power vested in me by the St. Louis Elite Squad, I hereby award SIX STARS ******

Walking through the office today I caught the smell of delicious smoked goodness and instantly wanted some for myself. I can't tell you how happy I was to find that the aroma that caused me to lose track of my engineering responsibilities was located directly outside the front door to the building. This was my 2nd time to get a mouth watering BBQ sandwich from The Southerner. The folks running the truck are always more than helpful and provide a meal that's a good value proposition. Quality, quantity and price seem to be well balanced. Albeit a tad bit on the expensive side. Look to spend about $12 for a sandwich and side. The turkey, brisket and sausage are all great. The brisket is pulled not sliced or chopped. It makes for a great tasting sandwich that doesn't need much sauce at all. Although the sauce is pretty darn good they get 5 stars for not needing it.
