This was such a sweet little diner to stop by to during our roadtrip back to california! everybody was extremely friendly and welcoming upon entering and throughout the entire dining experience. The philly was AMAZING, super hot and fresh, crispy fries, and it came with two ranches, YUM. The hot chocolate was bamboozling because it was a monstrosity but it was so delicious... the same for the pancake haha it was quite huge but everything came out so fresh, hot, and tasty!!! read more

The name says it all! Super assortment of pancake combinations. Different batters and fillings so you can mix it up! I opted for the Jalapeño Bowl, and was pleasantly impressed. My wife had an omelette combination that filled the plate. We were greeted immediately and had a table right away. Our server made sure our drinks were filled and that we were satisfied. This location is very clean and well laid out. This is one of three locations in the Medford area. Soon food pics, they were closing soon so enjoying the food was priority! read more

I've eaten at the Central Point location and was blown away by that staff and food. Unfortunately this location leaves a lot to be desired. No introduction from staff just here's your menu...what do you want. The food was mediocre at best. Hashbrowns should not be burnt to a crisp and tear up your mouth. Great food! Hot, fresh and tasty. Ive only had the breakfast so far. I hear their lunches have the same great quality. Service was wonderful. The waiters were friendly, payed attention to detail, always available. They seemed to enjoy their job (Hard to find these days) I noticed a possible manager, addressing the customers, super upbeat!! We were seated asked for coffee they served coffee no discussion brought creamer walked off we tried to get attention for waitress there was 3 on floor restaurant was not full after about 7 minutes caught her attention asked for spoon for coffees she informed us it will be a bit they were being washed we waited about 10 minutes with out anymore service we got up to leave were charged for our coffees that were full and on table we have been coming to this restaurant for the last 5 years and now do to rudeness and service we won't be back read more

It was about as good an omelet as I've ever had. The server gave the option for hash browns, and I was NOT disappointed. This is my to go to spot !! I take all my friends and family here for brunch! The food is fresh and service is great ! We always get a lot of food and many times end up taking some home. We had breakfast with friends. Everyone ordered something different and most of us took part of our meal home. The portions are generous. The many varieties of pancakes are amazing. What made this visit for us was the service. We were kindly greeted when we walked in and served with a smile the entire time. From the host, to the wait staff, everyone was very friendly. This is a cute restaurant. Bi-level seating area with a "homey" feel. The pancakes are next level! Hubby ordered the Elvis pancakes. There was bacon in the batter! Ripe bananas and peanut butter to top them off. DELICIOUS! I had the chicken fried steak which was good. Not too exciting when compared to the pancakes. First off, if you're coming for the pancakes - just know that they are huge! They offer them as a single and stacks of 2 and 3. 3 is definitely sugar overload, so I would recommend getting 1 with a side of eggs or something. That being said, the pancakes are so good. They over several pancake flavors, and can make any of them with gluten free batter. It's hard to not go overboard when adding toppings as well. Aside from the awesome pancake options, service was great. The restaurant was fairly bus, even it being a Friday morning, but service was fast and friendly. Parking can be a little rough when it's busy, but there is some street parking on the other side of the building. The inside is your typical diner vibe. Never been there for lunch, always breakfast. Nearly forgot they offer burgers! The lemon blueberry pancakes are to die for! And I'm not a pancake guy. Prefer French toast or waffles. Mostly diner food, so you know what you're getting, but the chorizo is not particularly good. It's very Texas and not Mexican. Everything else is actually really enjoyable! It is a small, intimate space where we were greeted with a big smile by the hostess and our waiter came by soon after we were seated. It was a chilly walk around the corner so I was looking for a hot coffee to warm me up. Having never been here before I opted for the special of the day, which was something with lavender in it, and I was surprised at the delicate way the latte both supported the robust coffee flavor and the delicate lavender addition. It was better than I anticipated and I knew that we had stumbled upon a gem of a spot that emphasized quality of what they serve. Now, for breakfast, I love a good gravy but I am always disappointed by my order. The country gravy is usually too thin, to bland, too chunky with some sort of meat product, and too small of quantity to really enjoy a good biscuit with it. With this skepticism in mind, I ordered the "The Works" assuming at the very least, the addition of fried eggs and ham were good enough to eat on its own when the gravy, which I also assume will disappoint me, runs dry. I apologize for my assumptions, ButterCloud Bakery, because I was served a thick, seasoned, peppery gravy and plenty of it. This is actually the best gravy I have ever ordered from a restaurant, if I was not traveling, I might have bought a few sides of this delicious concoction and brought it home for the next several mornings! Nothing skimpy on my plate. My husband ordered the beef and blue and devoured every last bite. I managed to steal a few bites off his plate and was pleasantly surprised, I did not expect to like it as much as I did. I stole a few more bites when he was in the bathroom! We left very satisfied with our meal, our drinks, and our service. Fast forward a few months later and we are traveling with my parents to California and we insisted that we stopped by ButterCloud Bakery to share our gem of a find. My mom considers herself quite the cook and she also was skeptical of the gravy. One bite and her eyes popped...she was also impressed. This time round I had the scone and gravy and enjoyed every last bite. My mom tried a specialty hot chocolate and I, again, had the latte special of the day, both were rich with flavor. Our second round at ButterCloud Bakery did not disappoint and we have decided it will be our go-to spot when we are in the area, there is still a lot of menu items to try!
