Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.

Our geothermal heat pump installer advised us to get a quality treatment system or risk premature failure of expensive components. We'd already seen etching damage in the toilets and a water heater had failed. Brian came out and tested the water, then recommended a system that would take care of all of the problems and be very low maintenance. They were able to fit the system in our crawl space, which was a major relief to me. I didn't want all of the extra equipment and plumbing on the main floor. We've had the system two years now, and Brian just completed annual service on it again. Everything has performed flawlessly and we enjoy clean, soft, safe water throughout the home. That's major to me, and I liked the honesty as I was shown the list of pricing so I understood that these were set prices and that made me feel safer, like someone wasn't just trying to give a higher cost because I'm a woman. You may laugh but I still see that practice, so that was good to see. I called two other places and one (Benjamin Franklin) actually wanted to charge $350 dollars more for the same work, and then came down in price to be just $100 more than Southern...I know I'll never call Benjamin Franklin! He is organized, knowledgeable and communicated the instructions of the RO systems to us. Furnace is $5600 replacement. I believe they should take responsibility for their error. As of yet we have no settlement. I expect them to pay for the furnace air unit which they destroyed.
