Nutella crepe and cinnamon cream crepe with cappuccino and chai latte.

Great spot in Sumner. The crepes are delicious and generously appointed. Solid coffee. Nicely designed place with a big city feel. Wonderful, friendly staff.

Left: CBA crepe and pumpkin chai Right: My Sad "Fair Crepe" with no filling and "Banana bread" latte with no syrup

This place fell off. I don't know what happened to it. I remember it being delicious, but I brought an out of state friend here and I was so embarrassed. Positives: I love that there are sweet and savory crepes so there's something for everyone. I love that they have seasonal drinks so there's a funky flavor to try out and not the basics all the time. The batter of the crepes are really eggy, which I love. Negatives: What happened to the sweet crepes?? They used to be filled with caramelized apples or some fresh strawberries with paste or strawberry and rhubarb. Now 3/4 of the sweet crepes HAVE NO FILLING. I paid $13 for a crepe with just brown sugar as a filling.... guys, this is a rip off. The sweet crepes had options of brown sugar filling, powdered sugar filling, maple syrup. This is a joke? The only one that had fruit was the strawberry Nutella one and Nutella is usually a flavor palate for kids. I was SO disappointed. I ordered a small banana bread latte and ended up having no banana bread syrup in mine so it was just a regular latte, I should've said something but I was basically already done with the experience when I realized I paid $22 for a basic SMALL latte and some batter with brown sugar. My friend got the pumpkin chai and that was really good, I do have to say. It's cute but not worth it at all.

Wanted to give them 5 stars, but the food just isn't good enough! Located on Main Street in historic Sumner, WA there is a big parking lot in back. Open everyday from 8am to 3pm. Inside this place is clean, modern, and SUPER CUTE!!! They have two menus, one for coffee and one for crepes. You order at the counter, they give you a number, and you find a seat. Food came out in a timely manner. I ordered the blueberry lemon crepe. It was a very generous portion/size but they used frozen blueberries and the lemon sauce in the crepe was too sweet. I didn't get that sweet and sour combo I was hoping for. The crepe also could have been more CRISPY. I love crepes though and this place is really cute. I'd come back and try a different crepe another day when/if I am in the area.

Nice spot in old town with plenty of seating (one of the rooms is available for rental for events/meetings/etc). There is a public bathroom down the hall, which is very nicely maintained. Their main draws are coffee and crepes. The crepes are homemade and can be savory or sweet. The coffee is spectacular and comes in darling rustic cups. We tried the lemon blueberry crepe, thinking we would take some home and instead completely devoured it. Lovely cheerful service wit a smile. Will definitely go here again next time we are in Sumner. A great place to stop by in the midst of window shopping the main street.

This is a little cute shop in downtown Sumner. Walked in and immediately greeted by the worker. Placed our order Lumberjack crepe and spinach pesto crepe. They were both extremely delicious!! We will be back again!!

I struggled between a 4 and a 5.... But there's nothing really wrong to worthy the knock down from a 4 to a 5. It's a charming restaurant! Even has a separate area for adult adults only! I love this idea! I don't like a big menu, but this is where I think they could improve... The menu is almost too small. But what they do have, they do well! They have both sweet and savory crêpes to crush any craving you have. While the menu is small, there is something for everyone. The drinks are where they really specialize.... and that menu is quite extensive. It's a "bus your own table" kind of a place; which often means people leave crumbs and sometimes trash on the seats and table. The employees do their best to clean up after people, but this is somewhere I think they could improve. The portions are large, but not overfilling. Some items they do charge extra for add-ons. I teeter back-and-forth as to whether or not it's worth the small extra charge (we're talking $1 here... so it doesn't exactly break the bank). However, I do think overall it's slightly overcharging for what you get. Yet again, the ingredients are fresh.... So you can see how I could go back-and-forth between a 4 and 5 star rating. All in all, it's a great place for a first date, gathering with the girls (or guys), or small work event.

Super cute mural outside of the cafe.

Visiting from California, we met up here for breakfast with family from various parts of the Seattle area. The restaurant is really cute and clean, with great lighting and fresh plants everywhere. Our crepes and drinks were a hit, all around our table of 6. Lots of cute shops nearby, so after having breakfast, we enjoyed some fun shopping. My chai was so delicious, I had to get another one before we left the area after shopping.

    Peaches and cream

Not worth the money in my opinion. I got the peaches and cream crêpe, it was pretty. It didn't taste bad, it just wasn't worth the price. You could tell the peaches were obviously from a can. I could've easily made what I ordered at home. There was nothing special about it. The workers were very kind! Great customer service. Inside was very loud , it kind of echoes in there.

This place which I found with Help from Yelp was pretty nice. I'm not a coffee drinker but they seem to have a lot of specialty ones. I ordered ice tea and they have pretty good range of types of tea. Not your usual plain black tea. They have crepes too both savory and sweet. I ordered one that had potatoes, tomatoes, spinach, and cheese. It was pretty big but I was able to clean my plate. It was very tasty. The inside is nice. They have a general area for eating and there is an area that is glass walled that is for studying, no children allowed.

Perfection. Pros: 1. Such a cool place! Ambience met the mark for me. Plants, great decor, setup makes sense and clean. 2. Food / drinks - exceptional! My friend and I both ordered the berry crepe and cappuccino and enjoyed every bite. Presentation was picture-worthy! 3. Appropriate pricing & great customer service. Cons: Seriously, nothing. New favorite place!

    So cute! First time here!

We like to find new places to have breakfast & coffee before church. Today we stopped by here! Very cute spot, definitely recommend checking it out. We went at 9:30am, from start to finish/standing in line and waiting for our food. Are good was ready around 10:15am. I received my coffee about 15 mins after ordering. I don't mind the wait at all because it's a cute comfy place to sit. They have one spot with 2 chairs near the fire place. We didn't get to eat there because church started at 10:30am so we had to take it to go. My kids enjoyed their crepes! I suggest kids/teens sharing. My teen boy finished his but not my teen daughter or little boys. They all had the Nutella. I ordered the breakfast one. It was pretty good. My coffee was the highlight of the morning! It was perfect. Vanilla Cappuccino w/Oat milk. I will definitely be back without my kiddos. It's to expensive when you have 4 kids. I will bring them back as a special treat sometime in the future again. I do plan to go back soon with some friends. It's the perfect friend meet up spot plus I LOVE GOOD COFFEE. I am happy with just having coffee and sharing a crepe. Like I mentioned though it was 9:30am and the line was pretty long. If your not in a rush on a weekend check it out! My pictures are TO GO boxes, the presentation is very nice on the actual plates!

Kind staff and yummy crepes. I ordered the Nutella crepe and enjoyed my morning walking around the shops in downtown Sumner. The creperie is an inviting space inside, with an area you can reserve for work, meetings, or events. They also have a cool mural outside!

All the portion sizes are absolutely large and you can definitely take leftovers with. Our server was absolutely amazing. He took care of all of our needs very quickly and very informative about the menu and gave suggestions about what he thought was the flagship dish. Definitely could not eat all the food. Portions are absolutely massive, and most dishes are served with a cornbread topped with a cream/icing. When the server was placing them on other tables, I thought they were cinnamon rolls from the size! I ordered the "Th-th-th-that's all folks," which consisted of crispy breaded pork chops with grits, gravy, two eggs, potatoes, and cornbread. The serving size was massive and could easily be 2 meals (I had lots of leftovers). The porkchop had a great texture and wasn't too dry. Grits were creamy, and the cornbread itself was very delicious. Service was friendly and attentive, as we had servers coming by multiple times to top off coffee. This is a great breakfast spot in Sumner!

(Updated Rating)…read more UPDATE: I am updating my review because Farm 12's customer service completely blew me away! After my initial review, management proactively reached out to make things right. Not many restaurants take active measures to leave a better impression, and I 100% want to support their incredible service. We returned on a Monday at 11:30 AM and had a spectacular experience. The weather was beautiful, so we enjoyed the stunning outdoor seating area by the fountain and florals. Because it was a quieter weekday, we were seated immediately, our server was incredibly kind and attentive, and our food came out in just 15 minutes! We ordered the Fried Cod and French Fries, which was fried to absolute perfection (perfect batter, crispy outside, soft/warm inside). The fries were spectacular, too. I only wish the sides of coleslaw and pickles were a bit larger. We also had the Salmon Farro Bowl, which featured beautifully cooked salmon and a nice medley of veggies and avocado. It was a little bland for my personal taste, but it is a fantastic, clean option for health-conscious diners. My first visit was clearly just a fluke due to a busy weekend crowd. I truly appreciate their proactiveness in reaching out, the beautiful ambiance, and the excellent food. I will definitely be visiting again!

There's ample parking that's paved or across the street on gravel. The food looked amazing in photos, but I wouldn't say it was as good as it looked or sounded in descriptions. It was generally very tasty, but everything felt like it was missing just one ingredient that would make it better. It could be that I'm just more used to ethnic flavors and these were just not quite hitting the mark. For example the stratciatella was good, but if the whipped ricotta was a little more fluffy and there was some extra black pepper or lemon added it would have been perfect. The pork belly was a little dry and not worth the price for just three pieces. The thick cut truffle fries were very good however. We also tried the bucatini and it was nice but still I wanted a little more kick. It has spice but just needs a little something to punch it up. The steak sandwich two of the three of us sharing a meal loved and I'd say was the best thing we ate. The service staff was kind, considerate and gave us time and made sure our drinks were filled. There are still a lot of dishes I'd like to try and since I loved the area, it would be worth coming back again.

First time trying the brunch after many dinner visits…read more Started with cocktails and both were really good. The Greenhouse Bloody Mary was lighter and fresher than a typical Bloody, made with an in-house clarified celery juice base that gave it a really bright flavor. We also tried the Rhubarb Sunrise with rhubarb purée and vodka, simple, refreshing, and super easy to drink. We started with the crab cocktail: chilled crab leg meat over ice with lemon and cocktail sauce. Really fresh and simple in the best way. The salad ended up being one of our favorite things we ordered. Fresh greens, snap peas, pistachios, feta, mint, dill, and a grilled lemon vinaigrette. Super refreshing and kind of addictive. The server did a great job with the timing of the food which is always appreciated, so you don't feel rushed. We split the pork belly benedict and it was excellent, rich smoky pork belly, perfectly poached eggs, and a really solid hollandaise. The potatoes were crispy and nicely seasoned too. The French toast was ridiculously good. Thick-cut with a crunchy caramelized outside and soft custardy center, topped with strawberry-rhubarb and fresh whipped cream. Sweet but not too heavy because the rhubarb balanced everything out. By the time 11:00 rolled around the restaurant started to fill up, if you want to come when they open at 10 you could probably get in without a reservation or sit at the bar. The outdoor patio was also open and looked nice. Finished with a michelada made with pilsner, vodka, Bloody Mary mix, and a shrimp garnish. Awesome food and cocktails like always from Oxbow. Definitely coming back for brunch with family and friends.
