My first visit to Craft Street Kitchen the other day was such a great experience. I came with a group of 5 girls for dinner, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. Taylor took amazing care of us. Honestly, his service stood out in a way you don't always expect at a more casual spot ~ he was attentive, friendly, and really on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed or overlooked. It made the whole experience feel elevated! The food was just as good. I ordered the Greek salad with chicken without potato salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly done. I also had Endless Summer cocktail that was smooth, delicious, and perfectly balanced ~ not too strong, not too sweet Even though the place was busy and had a really lively, energetic vibe, the food came out quickly, which was impressive given how packed it was. You can tell it's a true scratch kitchen, and I absolutely love that everything feels thoughtfully prepared. I left impressed and already looking forward to coming back to try more dishes. Craft Street remains one of our weekly dinner and sometimes brunch spots. The food is consistently good and those ever changing specials keep us coming back to try new tasty dishes and drinks though I wouldn't be mad if they started rotating every month again! That said, what may be even more important to us is the service. The staff at Craft are phenomenal. We have grown to love so many of the folks who work here who greet you with a smile, remember your favorite drink and just make the experience so much more enjoyable than just dining out. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff, particularly our server Emma, was all incredibly friendly and adapted to our table of 8 including 4 kids. The treated us like VIPs just because it was our first time in the restaurant. Our Southwest flatbread with Brussel sprouts were tasty. We also had smashed potatoes that were a bit dry and not flavorful. Desserts were very good. We tried banana bread pudding, peanut butter pie and snickerdoodle skillet. Each one was full of flavor but peanut butter was a bit rich by the end. The place was very busy for a Thursday night but evidently it's busy a lot. We called in advance to find out how the wait list worked and that was worthwhile to avoid a long wait. We will be back! read more

My new favorite eatery. After reading the reviews, my husband and I decided it was worth a visit even though I was skeptical. Our experience with most local restaurants has taught us that salty, fried food is the normal - hence, we rarely eat out. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality of the food, the preparation, and the variety of dishes on the menu. Because I choose a vegan diet, it is frequently disappointing to find nothing but a salad offered on most menus. The Farro Bowl caught my attention and I couldn't believe how tasty it is - it's everything I could ask for. My husband was equally happy with his selection. Our server, Daniel, was the best - very personable and helpful. Picked up dinner on the way home.... We called about 20 min from CSK and placed our order with a friendly hostess. On arriving, we checked in and the order was ready to go. Paid at the register, and the bag was closed up with a security seal so we nines no one had touched it. Once home, we found that they had not poured the sauce on the Buff Cauli, which was great so it didn't get soggy. Nice touch, CSK! Hubby and I got Farro Bowls, and they were hot and delicious. Perfectly cooked farro with a nice blend of sautéed mushrooms, garbanzo beans, avocado, tomatoes....yum! Daughter had burger and fries, presented just as she ordered. An EXCELLENT dining experience all the way around! We were greeted by smiles and a warm welcome from our hostesses. Alexa showed us to our table which was a nice comfortable booth and shared with us the specials. Then Alex our waitress was absolutely phenomenal as she welcomed us and answered all of our questions about everything on the menu. While deciding on our meals, we had the Buffalo Cauliflower app. As Alex mentioned it is wonderful and cauliflower was not soggy but was a bit spicy on the hot side. Delicious. Then we ordered the Figster Salad which was HUGE along with the "Not your Mama's Meatloaf" which Alex mentioned was a fan favorite. I'm not a huge onion fan and they had carmelized onions on top of the meatloaf but said of course they could take them off. It was delicious as the mashed potatoes and carrots surrounded the meatloaf. My wife's salad was also fantastic. The chicken was breaded & seasoned just right. No need for dessert as it was a most wonderful & fulfilling meal. Oh yeah, Matt the manager came over and asked us about our meal. We also had a brief, pleasant conversation about the restaurant ownership as well as his & our backgrounds. Just a nice and appreciative way to end the meal. I don't go out to eat super often, but if I don't want to cook and I'm not entirely sure what I want Craft Street Kitchen is my go-to. I've tried a pretty good portion of the menu and have always really enjoyed everything I've tried. I tend to go with friends and we always trade a bite or two so everybody gets to try a little bit of everything. My favorites are the Skillet Mac and Cheese Appetizer, the Red Rooster or Shorty's Rebel Burger. I always order with their side salad because it's SUCH a good salad! It's not just some chopped iceberg with shredded carrots. It's a full-on salad. For dessert we have to get at least one or maybe two of the Banana Bread Puddings for the table to share. We were out in Palm Harbor for Gold tournament and decided to stop here for dinner. Their location in Trinity is one of our favorite restaurants so we decided to try this location and it did not disappoint. The restaurant is beautiful and much larger than Trinity location. We tried the Brussel sprouts as an appetizer and they were delicious. I had the flank steak with fried rice and it was amazing. The only disappointment was my wife's burger was a bit overcooked but overall the food was great. Our server was excellent and attentive. We are huge fans of Craft Street Kitchen and would be regulars if it was closer to Wesley Chapel, but we will make the 50 minute trek every so often as it's that good. read more

Jared picked Craft Kitchen for lunch! Everything is made from scratch and was really good! I had a grouper sandwich (ate without the bread) with charred brussel sprouts while Beth had a flier grilled cheese and French onion soup and Jared had a flank steak with friend rice. Everything was flavorful and nicely presented. The server forgot to put in the appetizer order and apologized. Because it is all made from scratch you may have a slightly longer wait but the food made it worth the wait. I saw a few more unique recipes that I would love to go back and try! I was served Raw Chicken with the Pasta La Vista last night. Manager came to the table and offered to give me another meal, I declined. He offered me a gift card for another visit, to which I told him I wouldn't order food from there again. He got an attitude saying how great the place was and how many plates of food they serve, etc. Making it like I was being unreasonable and rude. So basically they served me something that could have made me deathly ill and got an attitude about it when I declined further possibly tainted food. I'll never eat the food there again. read more

The hype of this place did not disappoint. I follow their Instagram and they're always putting out a new specials menu with some very thoughtfully crafted seasonal dishes. I had to hit up the specials board of course when I was there so I had the Shanghai chicken salad! They did not skimp on chicken and the flavors were balanced perfectly with just the right amount of tang! The crispy wontons added a nice crunch too. I tried the prickly me pink margarita and it was the right combination of sweet and refreshing. The black salt was a nice touch too. The service is on point there too. Our server basically read my mind when I told her I was wondering what the foods on the specials board looked like and she had a little mini pamphlet at the ready for me with pictures of all the foods on the board.
