From the time I walked in the door I only saw happy people and smiles. This is good. I love the concept. Walk in, place your order, take a number and sit down. Brought my husband here after seeing all the great reviews. It's nice to see healthier restaurants opening up and think the prices are fair based on the quality ingredients in their food. I had the chicken sandwich and my husband had the chimchuri steak and I really wanted some brussel sprouts so we shared a side of those. It was so good that even though I was full I had to finish it because I didn't want to waste it. The chicken was super juicy and flavorful. Most other places make chicken dry and flavorless. I love their organic and grass fed options! Good service, reasonable prices. The only thing I would recommend is to not put hot items in a plastic to go container because hot food items in plastic are not good for your health (the chemicals in the plastic leach into the food). Please use other healthier options for to go containers for hot food. read more

This place is so delicious and healthy. I recommend the guacamole greens salad, it is always refreshing and is such a large portion I can barely finish. They also have really tasty desserts if you have a sweet tooth. The menu has something for everyone, so if you aren't a salad person they still have lots to choose from. Delicious! I love this place. The food is fresh and good. My son loves the tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich. I've tried multiple items on the menu and they were all good. Stopped at this newly opened family owned and operated restaurant for dinner tonight. We were immediately greeted by Nora and she described their menu choices. Restaurant was bright and clean. This place is REALLY REALLY GOOD! I came in because it's the closest place to us with vegan options! There's not a ton of vegan options but it's enough when there's nothing else. Make sure you pay attention if you are vegan tho, it seems like not everyone that works here really knows what that means, and I've had to return/throw away my food a few times because they put pesto aoli or regular cheese on my sandwiches. Just double check everything and if they don't know, ask someone else. When they do it right, it comes out amazing, and it's worth the mini hassle of making sure it's 100% Plant Based. Like just now, they're remaking it for me because they used the wrong bread. SUPER BUMMER, but they care about making it right, and I appreciate that. Not bad, i had the grass fed steak with berry salad and raspberry cookies. Fruit and greens were fresh. It about time east county got a healthy place. I requested that my steak be cooked medium and half of it was but the other half was too tough to eat. I really want to give it 3.5 because of that. The cookie was great but made out of town. I will try it again but if steak is too tough again i wont be back and i will change my review to reflect that. read more

This place is great, truly! A healthy spot in El Cajon is hard to come by but thank goodness for Crafted Greens! Their Kale Caesar with grilled chicken is to die for. I came for the 3rd time to crafted greens and I have yet to be disappointed. Their 5 star rating should be a 6! My favorite is the Kale Cesar salad and I add the grilled chicken. It is absolutely delicious!!! Not sure what's in the dressing but it is divine. I will say...their customer service is truly out of this world. I've been here during busy times and slow times and no matter what you're greeted by the staff with a smile and everyone is always more than willing to talk about the menu and make great suggestions. Today, my husband and I came in with our puppy and the outside seating was all taken. When the staff noticed, they grabbed a table from the inside and some chairs and set us up very nicely in the shade. The gentlemen even came out with a cup of water for our dog. Love the Brussels sprouts here. They always write cute and welcoming messages on the bag when ordering takeout! They always thank you for your business which is rare in El Cajon! Definitely one of the best places to eat. It's only busy because the food is so good and fresh here. I've only ever been dissatisfied once here and I've been going here for around 8 months! I had the Brussels sprouts seasoned differently then usual when I always order from here that's my only complaint I've ever had here, But I fully understand they could of been burnt from how busy it gets here not their fault. I still love coming here regardless. The steaks always seasoned good, desserts are delicious. Not to mention friendly staff. The beverages like lemonades or teas are also great to try out. I've only had that one eh experience but besides that everytime I come here it's worth the price and the food is delicious!!!!
