Very clean place upon walking in. You'll notice the bright interior and simplistic decorations. You'll then see the menu on some laminated sheets at the counter. Very unique menu. You'll see some of these other reviews mention that they got some nice options. I got a seasonal drink that had lavender in it with carbonation and crystal boba. I'm not gonna lie - it was not good. It tasted like seltzer water with boba. I didn't really taste lavender or maybe the ice watered it down too much. With that being said, my friend got a special order of a menu item with no sweetness and hot. They happily accommodated the request but did warn her about it probably not tasting as good/they've never done what she requested before. They eagerly offered to make her a new one if she didn't like it. Staff was nice and helpful. Drinks didn't take long to get and a good bit of seating options in there. There's an area to doodle and leave a sticky note and a corner with board games in it as well! Very good place would love to go back and try some more of their teas. read more

Boba is easily overpriced in many places nowadays but here they keep it reasonable. I like the menu is so artsy and has many tea choices for milk teas. I did like Earl Grey milk tea that I ordered. It isn't very sweet for those who like their milk tea on the sweeter side, you may consider getting even more than 100% of sugar to compensate for that sweetness. For me though it was just the right amount. My only comment is that I'd personally prefer the boba to be bigger sized as theirs is pretty small. But overall it's reasonably priced and good quality! read more

(both are caffeine free too which is great for me w/ an AM job!!) my gf can't have sugar (diabetic) so she gets the jasmine green tea w/ cotton foam every time and it's so good even unsweet!! we've been to many boba shops that don't offer any unsweet tea so i'm thankful the crafti staff are so nice about her order. i could go on forever, just trust me on this one!!! read more

I've been a regular with my boyfriend since this shop first opened. We go in almost every weekend. Not only that they served great quality drinks but they also served the customer service that no other tea shops can beat. The owner of the shop is such a passionate hardworking young lady with great aesthetic. The moment you walked in the store you can see the amount of effort she puts in her store. Has potential albeit the rating. Crafti Tea had a clean interior with incredibly friendly staff and simple menu. Perhaps with adjusting the sugar levels and fixing the ratio of toppings to tea would improve the overall taste. Located across the street from HMart, Crafti had most of the parking lot to itself. I was promptly greeted and given recommendations of their best sellers. They were offering a seasonal summer menu with fun themes which I appreciated the innovation. The earl grey milk tea was the most popular, followed by the fresh taro milkshake and the seasonal cloudy caramel. Ice levels could be adjusted while they had a sign for suggested sugar levels. After my purchase, I received a stamp card for a free drink after ten drinks. =ORDERED= *Earl Grey Milk Tea: tasted like cereal milk. Wished the earl grey tea was more prominent to overcome the milk. The recommended sweetness was 75% and it was still too sweet for me. Perhaps with a lower level, I could have appreciated the tea more. *Boba: not the best boba ever but decent. Texture retained its bounciness even after 30 minutes. *Cloudy Caramel: cloyingly sweet. If possible, get the lowest sweetness. The cotton foam overwhelmed the wintermelon tea and I couldn't even tell what tea base I ordered after drinking most of it. Although the description mentioned sea salt, I tried the foam on its own and it resembled whipped cream with no saltiness. The ratio was heavily skewed towards the cream, nearing 1/3 of the drink. To improve this drink, there needs to be less foam and more sea salt to offset the roasted honey. The wintermelon tea needs to be unsweetened to not contribute even more sugar. I'll probably return to try their other seasonal beverages but I hope to see the tea be a more prominent player in their boba as opposed to the toppings. Innovation was there but execution wasn't. read more

Best Boba Shop in the Phoenix. The vibes are absolutely immaculate and the owner & staff are extremely nice and accommodating. My friend had their milk tea and it was too milky and lacking that slight bitterness from the tea and the sweetness that cuts through it. Had it delivered to us and ice didn't melt yet so that was a bonus! I can't get over how many flavors and concoctions there are to chose from. It is quite overwhelming if you are someone new to the Craft Tea and Mocktail market, like I am. My husband ordered a dessert drink; Deliciously flavored with chocolate and topped off with a creamy rich swirling of milk topping. He LOVED the chocolate and caramel flavors and said it satisfied his dessert cravings. I ordered the Strawberry flavor with jelly boba at a 25% sugar sweetness. It was very good, but a little sweet so next time I will tone down the sugar content a little. I love the branded cups and I love how they can put them in a bag to go and they won't spill! That is so very clever and definitely makes the drinks travel friendly when it's your turn for drink duty. I love the location. So many fabulous and delicious shops, stores and restaurants located on this street and the MeKong Market is right next door. I love the atmosphere and the cool vibe going on here. There are small trinkets, jewelry, gifts and candles for sale if you need a little gift on the go. I can't wait to return and try another flavor.
