The man working looked like the only guy running the spot and he was very friendly, approachable and helpful. My husband loves lychee and I like coffee. He had great recommendations. I had checked out the boba in the area and decided on this place for many reasons. The rave reviews, the lovely menu, and so on. I took the time to check all the major sites including their social media to ensure there were no closures or weird hours. I wanted to ensure I wouldn't be wasting my time by going out of my way to stop here. I arrived a half hour after open this morning to discover a big closed sign. What a let down... Everything online indicated this location is open Thursday at noon. It would be helpful if the Bobazing team consistently used Yelp and social media to communicate closures to customers. We were craving boba and this spot was close by so we tried it for the first time. It's not too fancy from the outside, but the guy at the counter was very friendly and welcomed us in. He was eager to answer any questions but little did he know we are pretty good with our boba knowledge lol. The powder mix-ins are right there on display which was a unique touch. The menu is a typical screen with all the options but there is another one next to it that scrolls through pictures of everything for those of you who are more visually oriented. Loved that. The interior was clean and quiet with a multitude of board games. Definitely suitable for students or families who want to study or relax. The owner was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, hence the two stars. Since he was the only worker, our drinks took 15 minutes to complete and we saw the whole process. None of the drinks came with fresh fruit and everything was made from powder and syrup. The ice and sugar levels weren't adjustable and we found everything to be too sweet. =ORDERED= *Rose Milk Tea: no presence of rose but rather some strange perfume like addition. The tea was weak and this drink tasted more like sugary milk. *Taro Smoothie: no freshness or natural earthiness from actual taro. Primarily ice, sugar, and fake taro flavoring. *Cheese Foam Green Tea: the foam was very thin and disintegrated into the tea before we even received our drinks. Had the most tea out of all of drinks but the green tea was still very weak for boba standards. Despite not having any additional flavoring, the tea was naturally too sweet. *Boba: undercooked. Overly chewy with a hard interior. They had a punch card for a free large drink after 10 purchases but I don't plan on returning. Unfortunately the beverages were some of the worst we've had, overriding the cute decor and polite owner. The search for decent boba in AZ continues. read more

First things first. popping playlist. All the latest GOOD hits playing, we loved that. Another thing good thing the bestie and I loved was that they had interesting flavors. They had more flavors than just the normal strawberry or chocolate flavors. The negative was that they were out of boba when we got there! They were making a new batch and it'd be about 20 minutes for it to be done. Now, I love me a good boba drink but it's not worth waiting 20 minutes for, especially for drinks in which we didn't even know if they'd be good. Plus we had a movie to catch so we couldn't have waited even if we wanted to. The drinks themselves were good - and the cups they came in were like durable for multiple time use, so that was different from any other place we've been too. They also had a punch card system where you buy so many drinks and get the last one free. I wish more places did that cause we love boba and we love to try out new places. The price wasn't worth the size though. The cup wasn't that tall and it was skinny so I wonder how much product you really got, and it was over $6 (without any boba too!!) The staff was really nice though and the guy who made the drinks and served them up asked for us to let him know how we liked the drinks - as we told him it was our first time there.
