I gave Walter a photo of what I wanted with a description and he killed it (down to the handle design and rail color). After getting our quote, he came to take measurements and a 50% deposit (the remaining due after installation). We were quoted a 4-6 week lead time but it took 11.5 weeks. I understand that delays happen especially with the current supply chain issues, but I just wish there was more communication regarding the delays. Overall, I'm super excited about the barn yard door! It looks aesthetically pleasing, rolls smoothly, and Walter and Chris worked hard on the installation (taking just a little over 3 hours). It looks way better than the DIY ones you buy online and I love how the frosted glass turned out.
