I recently bought an old home flip project to turn into my forever home. I noticed it seemed like we never had enough hot water at a time or we have to wait hours in between all of us to get ready in order to have hot water. I have a family of 5, all girls but me. I contacted Craigs office to schedule, the ladies were all really pleasant, they explained there's a first time dispatching fee for new customers (probably bc people try to walk out on their bill during these times) and scheduled me for the next day. When the plumbers came out they inspected and saw no issues but did give me the option to replace the 30 gallon water heater with a bigger one due to how my family uses so much hot water. They explained the pricing difference and told me a 60 gallon should work but gave me all the options and pricing for 50, 60, & 80. Despite the price, I went with the 80 gallon so that if we need it we had it. They ordered it and had it put in within a week. After that, no more problems with hot water. I have used other "popular" companies for other properties I flipped, Craigs is honest with pricing and the quickest around. DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE and call AJ Perry or Mr. Rooter, those popular companies are a shame, they charge out the a** because they can afford to lose your business and they do a botched job. I will NEVER call anyone else for my plumbing/heating/air needs!! They are reliable, always on time and get the job done no matter what. I can call them and usually get same day service. This is my 3rd time using them for a backed up sewer. The first time, they do charge a $150 service fee that gets taken off your bill but I understand that it's mainly for insurance for them. People (especially during these times) try to walk out on their bill. They specified that it was a first time fee though. I contacted numerous plumbers, well-known and local ones, and had a lot of servicing done before but Craig's Plumbing is by far the cheapest, most reliable and best. I have been screwed with plumbers giving me quotes and then upcharging hundreds more after the service. All the plumbers that have come to my house have been knowledgeable and always corrected the issue. My sewer was backed up and overflowing the first time I used them; another company tried to use a small size snake but didn't clear the clog at all. I ended p calling Craig's and they told me the biggest snake was required and told me why it backed up again. I can't go on enough about these guys!!! These guys bring amazing quality of work for the lowest price. Everyone knows that plumbers are expensive and a good plumbing company is hard to find. I have tenants renting out the downstairs apartment of my house, while they were on vacation they asked me to check on their cat. I walked in to a pool full of water surrounding the toilet and was in instant panic mood. I called a couple places and they all would give me some outrageous price without even seeing or hearing the issue. I called Craigs Plumbing, paid a small fee & they were honest and told me until they no the issue for sure they cant give a price. Very unlike the other money hungry plumbing places that just say some random # before knowing. they came out, fixed the problem, cleaned everything up and I havent had any issues since. I use them for all my plumbing issues now. I only see negative comments about pricing but really if you were familiar w. pricing then you know they are honest. I was freaking out when I came home from work and smelt gas. I contacted the office of Craigs and the young women was so polite, calmed me down and assured me that they can figure this out. She put me on the schedule for later in the afternoon and talked me through their policy and process. I never really needed to call any repair services but now that I'm divorced, it's only me. The guys showed up earlier than expected (I think their names were Marshall and Joe) they investigated the piping in my basement and found a leaking gas line. They die the repair then the smell of gas and my anxiety went away. Craig's Plumbing has been my plumber for almost 4 years now and I must say they are the best in town! They give the greatest prices and explain in detail exactly what's going on and give options in how to fix the problem. Most plumbing business would just say 1 thing is wrong, fix it and just charge you tons of money while you still have no idea what's going on or what the problem was. I'm a very detailed person so I have to know what goes on in my home. As a building maintenance manager of a big apartment complex, we frequently need plumber & HVAC techs. Tenants have a lot of issues throughout the day & night. Craigs plumbing always comes out, is there for emergency calls and gets the job done. When I took over the building, I found myself in a real pinch with a whole building backed up. I called Craig in an emergency over the weekend because a friend referred them. Sewer line backed up into my house, big mess. Craig was responsive right away, understood the mess I was in and dispatched one of his crews immediately. They could not have been more professional, and knowledgeable of the situation. Called them to fix my leaking toilet and needed a estimate on a new water heater. got charged a first time dispatch fee and they were out at my place within 2 hours. They fixed the issue then while there gave me 2 quotes. I appreciated the fast service and the techs really explaining things out to me. Marshall was helpful and professional. you can tell he loves his job. Speedy service, got the job done right, explained everything out and gave me options. My older heater wasn't kicking on. I went to turn on the heat but got nothing. I went into panic mode because I recently moved in my 97 year old grandmother. I called around and the wait time for other furnace techs was a min. 2 days. I made a call to Craigs plumbing and someone was at my house within an hour. Turned out to be a faulty ignitor. I thought I would had to have waited a day for them to get the parts but no. They ran out to get them then came back, switched it out and problem solved. I called Craigs for an emergency back up. Sewage was coming out of my tub and my toilets were overflowing. They were the only company willing to come out and service at midnight. I am so happy I called them. They fixed the issue within an hour or 2. They were professional and nice eventhough it was late. I dont know of many plumbers that 1. do emergency calls and 2. would be pleasant and have a good attitude doing it. I'm grateful for them. I highly recommend Craig's Plumbing and Heating. I had a leak coming from the roof on the first floor of our home underneath a shower on the 2nd floor and feared the worst. On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Craig's who sent out two men who were prompt and professional. They quickly diagnosed where the leak was coming from and made the necessary repairs and then tested the new connections to make sure everything was working properly. I Google'd local plumbers and Craig's plumbing came up so I decided to give them a call. They scheduled someone to come to my home that same day and it turns out I had a bad switch. I called them to see if they had a service agreement available for my heating unit this way I can get the unit prepper for the upcoming winter.
