I can't stress enough how wonderful this company was to my family. Yelp does not offer enough stars to properly rate them, they deserve 100 stars. If you are looking around for the right company you can read this review then call them immediately as you have found THE BEST flooring service company there is. I have dealt with multiple other flooring services companies in the past and this one is by far the best I have ever used. Upon their arrival for the job, which was in a new build prior to move in. It turned out the home builder did not do a good enough job cleaning our tile for it to be sealed correctly. In the past every company I had used for these types of home services who encountered something like this used it as a stepping stone to raise the charges dramatically and made us feel like we had done something wrong and inconvenienced them terribly by not knowing any better. Other companies I have used are proficient in telling you what they cannot do. Cranmore only told us how they could solve our problem and solved it without skipping a beat. Without making us feel like we did them wrong somehow. Cranmore did the polar opposite, they simply got to work making it the way they needed it to be so they could do the job right and honored the pricing we had agreed to. The employee who did the work was courteous and polite (also different from my previously hired companies.) He did not treat us like our insufficient knowledge on this type of work was an inconvenience to him. They treated the job like they took pride in their work and their customer service without making us feel bad about the issue with the home builders cleaning work (which left a lot to be desired.) read more

I have used Cranmore Carpet Cleaning for years and have never been disappointed! I first chose them because they were the best price, but after interacting with them all, this is a family business, I feel like I am part of their family... and they take care of their family!!!! Tiffany makes setting up the appointment easy and you always get a quick email confirming the appointment which helps as a reminder too. They are on time for the appointments, no waiting around and messing up your busy schedule, which I appreciate very much!!! They also put corner protectors on my walls so there is never a time when a wall gets scuffed, another little detail that makes a big difference. Incredible service! Cranmore is definitely the way to go. I just had my carpets cleaned less than 20 minutes ago and I couldn't wait to write a review because I was so incredibly impressed with this company! Great prices for the work that they do, and they are very respectful and lay out all of your options before they begin. One thing I loved that EVERY other company does that Cranmore did not is pressuring the customers. All of my options were laid out from the beginning including prices, and he started working immediately after. There was no hidden fees, or add ons I wasn't aware of. My carpets look 100x better than they did before. The only thing left is red spots from kool aid from my kiddos. I was given the option to get those taken out but declined. Overall, this company is amazing and so friendly from the moment you make your appointment, to the moment they leave your house. Awesome family ran, local company. Scheduling took all of 5 minutes with Tiffany who was very easy to work with. Ty, one of the cleaners, was early, incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed to care about the work he was doing. Real cool guy. Price was $80 (no secret or hidden fees) for 2 rooms and a hallway which is more than fair, given the stellar quality of work that Cranmore is known for. We have two dogs and parties every few months with 40+ people walking around (including kids), so the carpets have seen plenty of use and Ty got it looking brand new and VERY soft. The cleaner smell isn't harsh at all and is actually quite pleasant. Our carpets were dry the same day. There's a reason Cranmore has a 5 star rating on here, don't stray away from them if you need good, honest work in a timely fashion. I'll be recommending Cranmore to friends and family. read more

My brand new carpet was no match for my very sick dog, and to make matters worse, my carpet turned blue! After a small panic attack, I called Cranmore Carpet Cleaning and from the very beginning I was met with patience, professionalism, kindness and someone who understood my sense of urgency. Tiffany went above and beyond to help me figure my mess out and was able to troubleshoot a couple solutions to my bizarre problem. I also felt that the prices she quoted me were very reasonable and the scheduling was easy and quick. Great customer service and they showed real initiative. We had never used Cranmore Carpet & Tile Cleaning before. We asked them to send somebody out for an estimate. Brian the tech showed up and gave us an estimate and a demonstration. After the demo we agreed to have them do all tile floors. Brian, was to be at our home between 12:00 & 2:00 the next day. Unfortunately, and through no fault of Brian's he let us know he was going to be 45 min to an hour late. That created a problem, as we had a prior engagement. I spoke to Tiffany and expressed my concern. Twenty minutes later two other Cranmore representatives showed up ready to do the job. Cranmore was family owned and located very close. They gave me an on-site estimate and stuck to it. Their prices were extremely reasonable so I decided to give them a try. Brian came one day and moved all the heavy furniture with a smile; big brawny young man. His carpet cleaning was excellent. They had told me in advance that my 20 year old beige carpet would show dark where it was worn and I understood that but he worked very hard to make it look as good as possible. The next day, Jason cleaned all my LR sofas and big chair and all the tile. My beige toned tile and light rust grout looks like new- truly. Jason even did my kitchen area twice. Great customer service from start to finish!!! I first sent a message to their facebook page just to get an idea of how far in advance I would need to plan, all of my questions were answered instantly. Called on Tuesday and spoke to the receptionist who was fast, friendly and very efficient and made an appointment that fit my schedule perfectly. This morning Jose was here at 8 am sharp with a clean crisp uniform on, took a few measurements and gave us the exact price and confirmed that we agreed before starting so there were no surprises at the end. He was very respectful as he worked quickly and effectively through the rooms. After he was finished we were amazed of how great they looked. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Cranmore Carpet Cleaning. Tiffany was extremely kind when I phoned to book my cleaning and explained all pricing so I wasn't shocked when they came out. The day of my appointment the technician was running a little late, but I received a phone call an hour before my scheduled time to let me know and a call was given when he was on his way. When our technician, Bryan, came he was nothing but professional and kind. He explained what he was going to do and even stated that one of the areas of my home didn't need treatment. Unbelievable! I am more than satisfied with the results of this cleaning...honestly, my carpet looks brand new!!! I have been trying to get stains out from the baby spilling kool-aid, our new puppy peeing in the house, and other random unexplainable things the children have managed to destroy the carpet with. There was a scent in my house I could not get rid of, hence why I decided to call a carpet cleaning professional. I am so impressed with my "brand new carpet" and the price I paid for it. I used Cranmore to clean upholstery (a cream colored/off white used sofa that I bought from a thrift store). Although in pretty good condition when I bought it, it was carelessly delivered and had become heavily soiled. I felt very frustrated, as the damage was really bad. Cranmore did an excellent job! The young man that came worked very hard at restoring the fabric to the best condition possible given the age and color of the sofa, and the damage that had obviously occurred due to the way it was delivered. How many times can someone really strike Gold??? Seems like every time the name Cranmore is involved it is a sure-fire win! I have worked with them for years now and as a Realtor refer them to all of my clients for both routine cleanings as well as new installations, but this time I was able to have the pleasure of having them both install brand new carpet and steam clean all of my tile.
