They did arrive a few minutes late, but the receptionist called me prior and told me they were running a bit late and asked if that would be okay. I chose this company because of all the rave reviews and I'm new to this area of town, so wasn't sure who to choose. I'm giving the company two stars for the timeliness of the cleaning tech and how professional and polite he was. "Meh, I've experienced better" is definitely how I see the actual cleaning though. First of all, they don't pretreat high traffic areas, so the areas don't look much better after they are done. It's only slightly better than it was. Secondly, they don't move furniture because, "it's just dust underneath, and you can vacuum that". I understand not moving heavy dressers, but this person didn't even move the couch or recliner, which aren't always in the exact same spot and could have used cleaning underneath. Previous carpet cleaners have always moved furniture. Finally, parts of my carpet are crunchy. I have vacuumed it multiple times trying to get those areas to soften up, but it's not helping much. I asked the cleaning tech if my carpet would look better the next time it was cleaned, and he said that carpet tends to look worse with each cleaning due to wear and tear. This has never been my experience, and I've had carpet (light carpet) in every house I've ever lived in. Usually they pretreat and clean and it looks like new, and my carpet is not crunchy afterwards. He was really nice about it, and I figure he's just sharing what his experience is when he goes to clean carpet, but then it makes me wonder why pay someone to do this for me? Sorry to be the lone poor review, but if this is the result of professional carpet cleaning, I might as well rent one from the store and do it myself. read more

We have been using Cranmore Flooring Sales and Carpet Cleaning services for many years now and have found the company to be extremely efficient, professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. Ty and Tiffany along Lana, sales assistant, are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, but most of all patient with us in making our decision on the type of flooring we wanted. This time we had them install luxury vinyl flooring in our our living room and den because of the durability and waterproof nature of the flooring. I received 3 quotes from 3 different companies and I am SO happy I chose Cranmore. To be honest, Cranmore wasn't my cheapest quote; however, their punctuality, responsiveness and customer service is what won me over and made me choose to spend a little more. I've never had my floors professionally cleaned before but I am absolutely sure I made the right decision choosing Cranmore. They did a free estimate for steam-cleaning my tile and grout, shampooing almost all of my carpets and cleaning 2 of my couches. Contacted Cranmore Carpet Cleaning via their website and asked for a quote to clean two bedrooms and a walk in closet. Tiffany responded with a reasonable quote within minutes. Scheduling was quick and easy. Blake, the business owner, arrived early and was very professional and courteous. He and his helper inspected the carpets then set up their equipment. I've used different companies throughout the years, but this year I decided to try and support our local economy in Surprise. I found Cranmore Carpet Cleaning by searching the web via Google and reading some of the reviews. I called the company, was greeted by Tiffany in a professional and helpful manner. We discussed my needs, scheduling and we were off. 1) I was having some area rugs cleaned and the office was helpful in meeting me at their office to drop off the carpets, which I appreciated, based on my busy schedule. This is where I first met Todd. 2) On the day of cleaning, Tiffany did call me ahead of time to let me know that Jose, the Technician would be running about 30 minutes behind schedule, but only because he had to pick up my area rugs to bring them out to the home. 3) Jose arrived at the appointed, presented himself in a friendly and professional manner. I showed him the areas that would be his focus and before he started he asked if I would be interested in demonstrating or providing a quote of tile cleaning. Why you may ask, I have a large area of tile in the home. I was actually glad because after the area rugs were removed from the tile floors, I noticed how dirty the main travel areas were. My only request was if it didn't take too much time, let's go ahead and spot clean an area and if they could bring the tile back to its original look or close, they would have my business. One thing to note, I have had another major company do the floors in the past and they did NOT come out no where near as well as they did with Cranmore. Jose completed the work in the timeframe he noted, and I must say that I was very impressed. The furniture looking amazing and cleaned up very well, I have cats. The carpet looked like brand new and the tile floors, WOW! For those of you local in Surprise, support your local business and these folks should be on your list. Forget those other knuckleheads that come in, tell you they are giving you 40 or 50% off as a loyal customer and then leave you feeling like you need a small loan to pay off the bill OR that your floors don't look that much better than when you started. I am definitely having Cranmore Carpet Cleaning come back, clean my tile floors and plenty of carpet in the remainder of the house to be worked on. I checked YELP to see what Carpet Cleaners in the Surprise, Az. received very good reviews in noticed that 90% percent of the reviews for Cranmore Carpeting were a "5 STAR" rating. First I emailed Cranmore with some questions and concerns and I received an answer the same day( a good sign) Then I called the Cranmore the next day to set up an appointment and Tiffany informed me they could clean my carpets the next day. I made the appointment and Jose arrived exactly on time yesterday. I walked him through my entire home and identified all the areas that were the most in need of cleaning. I have a light tan carpeting throughout my house, but in most areas it looked grayish brown with many dark mystery stains. Jose was very patient and answered all my questions and assured me that he had over 15 years of experience and had seen and cleaned worse. He pretreated the carpet and cleaned and then rinsed it thoroughly. I thought it looked good, but Jose went back with a fine soft carpet brush and found a few areas that needed to be done a second time. Jose explained that he always did this so any areas that might need to be recleaned were easy to find. I was so glad he did. Then he said it would take 6-8 hours to dry and he was exactly correct.(I did leave the screens and door open so our dry Arizona air could help speed up the drying.) After I paid Jose, he reminded me to call Cranmore if I found anything I thought need additional cleaning after the carpet dried. Today I walked through my house and was amazed at how all my carpeting seemed beautiful. I am so glad I called Cranmore and was lucky enough to have Jose do the cleaning.
